Chapter 2850: Permanent Death of a Yamm

Frey held the prismatic feathered spear and then hurled it towards the remaining upper half of the Enraged Greater God of Seas, and Rivers Yamm. The Enraged Greater God of Seas, and Rivers Yamm tried to escape but he was being bound. He also lost half of his strength when his lower half has been devoured by the beast that lurks below.

“May you rest in the afterlife.” Frey stated as the prismatic feathered spear came down onto the remaining half of the Enraged Greater God of Seas, and Rivers Yamm and eradicated him entirely.

[The remaining divine spark of the Enraged Greater God of Seas, and Rivers Yamm will return to the divine realm.]

The Enraged Greater God of Seas, and Rivers Yamm could not even scream in pain as his entire being is destroyed. As soon as what remained of the Enraged Greater God of Seas, and Rivers Yamm has been destroyed, a piercing light suddenly rose up to the sky. This is the remaining divine spark of the Greater God of Seas, and Rivers Yamm which is returning to his divine realm.

“So, he thinks that he will be safe from death? Seek the enraged one and carry the sentence.” Frey stated with a smile as her prismatic feathered spear suddenly lost its shine and then became covered in black feathers instead.

The black feathered spear then rose up in the sky and then pierced the skies as it traveled to the divine realm of the Greater God of Seas, and Rivers Yamm. A few seconds later, the entire sea before them suddenly rumbled violently. The rumblings of the sea did not last long as it stopped as soon as the world notification appeared.

[The Greater God of Seas, and Rivers Yamm has been permanently killed.]

[Changes to the mortal realm shall be observed. All of the raging seas and rivers that are under his control has calmed down.]

All of the players received this message and even the gods that were ignoring Frey suddenly looked at her with wariness or hostility. Frey’s abilities did not just increase her strength but it also increased her lethality against divine beings. She did think that her last attack might kill the Greater God of Seas, and Rivers Yamm as he is already greatly weakened.

The Greater God of Seas, and Rivers Yamm has descended with about 95% of its total power which is why he was incredibly strong. The remaining 5% was left in his divine realm so that he has a chance to revive if his body in the mortal realm gets destroyed. Just as the Greater God of Seas, and Rivers Yamm predicted, his body was destroyed which is why the remaining divine spark returned to the part of his divine soul in the divine realm.

The Greater God of Seas, and Rivers Yamm would have been able to revive and would have acted vengeance against Frey and the others but the latter prevented all of that. The ability called the Wrath of the Nine Realms is not a simple attack as it will not stop until the enemy is killed. The Wrath of the Nine Realms skill also has a small chance to activate its hidden skill called Executioner of the Nine Realms.

The Executioner of the Nine Realms is a hidden skill that activates to enact justice to those oppressed by the divine beings. Its chance activation is activated by the number of mortals that the divine beings have punished unjustly. It seems that the Greater God of Seas, and Rivers Yamm has done many unjust deeds against the Samebito and others which is why it activated.

The Executioner of the Nine Realms transforms the power of Frey’s skill into that of death energy with the lethality increased for divine beings. The black feathered spear pierced through the walls of the divine realm and skewed the remaining divine body of the Greater God of Seas, and Rivers Yamm. A god dying in their own divine realm is a permanent death sentence and the Greater God of Seas, and Rivers Yamm only had 5% of his remaining power which is why he died after a few seconds.

As soon as the Greater God of Seas, and Rivers Yamm died, his soul is immediately collected by the Goddess Freyja’s goddess of death version as she will be the one sending it to the afterlife. The death of the Greater God of Seas, and Rivers Yamm alerted all of the gods of another being that could kill them permanently. The gods and goddesses were already afraid of Adrian but they have also listed Frey as one of the mortals they need to monitor.

Since the gods and goddesses can no longer look into Adrian directy because of his Abyss skill, they are now focusing on other mortals that have ascended their shells. The gods and goddesses have already created a list of mortals that have the ability to kill or deal a heavy wound on them. If the players could hunt gods, then the gods are also hunting down players that pose a threat to them.

Not all of the players in this list are being hunted down actively as Adrian is just avoid if possible. Even gods know that the mortal realm is still the land of mortals even though the gods can now freely descend. The dangers and opportunities of a god is as lucrative as that of a player. You can even say that the gods are special NPCs that can also grow with the changes in the mortal realm.

“Oh! You guys already defeated the enemy.” Adrian stated as he appeared suddenly.

“AHAHAH! VICTORY! Let us all party and make merry, my lads and lassies!” The Undertow Guild Leader Ahab shouted with joy as soon as the silent atmosphere earlier has been dispelled by Adrian’s appearance.
