Chapter 2662: Four Demonic General Chiyou IV

Kabrakan’s armor called the Mountain King Armor: Behemoth is different from his normal Mountain King armor. This armor is infused with the essence of the Primordial Beast Behemoth and also resembles it quite a bit. This hulking armor has incredibly thick plates that will not be penetrated even with attacks that have vibration. This meant that the attack that the God Chiyou used earlier on Kabrakan is now rendered almost ineffective.

Kabrakan still got damaged but it is not to the point that he would die from it as almost all of it has been mitigated by the armor itself. Even the God Chiyou is shocked that his attack that could blast away a mountain could not crack the armor that covered the being that he thought was a coward. Kabrakan did not stand by and just get attacked though as he can also attack like the Behemoth.

The Behemoth is the master of the earth and is also a powerful user of the highest form of earth magic which is Tectonic Magic. Tectonic Magic is the use of movement in the earth which could be powerful or subtle. It is literally magic that could move continents if one has mastered it to the highest degree possible. Still, Kabrakan has limitations since he is not a mage user.

The Tectonic Magic that Kabrakan can use is different from what a Tectonic Mage could do. He is a tank build player and it also adapted that style to fit him. Instead of mana, Kabrakan will be able to use Tectonic Magic when he receives damage while wearing the Mountain King Armor: Behemoth. In this state, the damage he receives is converted to a special gauge that acts as his mana.

“My turn! Continental Crush!” Kabrakan shouted as his entire body suddenly jumped up in the air.

Even though his body looks like it would weigh a ton, the speed at which Kabrakan could move is actually quite normal. The God Chiyou actually felt fear for the first time as he saw the armored Kabrakan jump into the air. The God Chiyou tried to move and evade but suddenly found his shadow pinned to the ground.

The God Chiyou ignored a bullet earlier because it did not even hit his body. This bullet was none other than a special bullet fired by Silent Ghost that is similar to the arts used by Awraka. Silent Ghost taught Awraka how to cleanly hit long distance targets while he got taught a skill called Shadow Binding. This skill is one of the basic skills used by the Shadow Unit as they could temporarily restrain any being that has their shadow magically rooted to the ground.

“This is just low level magic! I can easily dispel this!” The God Chiyou stated as he did destroy the shadow binding in a split second.

What the God Chiyou did not factor in is the fact that Silent Ghost can cast this skill as many times as he needs. He just needs to create specialized bullets that carry the Shadow Binding spell and he would have unlimited chances to bind the shadow of enemies. Granted that Silent Ghost always targets their shadow with pinpoint accuracy.

The God Chiyou suddenly felt the trajectory of five bullets carrying spells that he does not know of. He always found the sniper troublesome but that is more on the fact that Silent Ghost could vanish without a trace. The bullets were faster than the God Chiyou which meant that his shadow would once again be bound if they hit even the tip of his own shadow.

The God Chiyou burned more divine power than he thought as he released a blast of energy to deflect the bullets. He thought that the bullets would be destroyed and he could easily evade the landing Kabrakan but he was wrong. All of the bullets that he tried to destroy suddenly became illusory because all of them were illusions. The real bullets were fired in different angles and carried the special ability that Silent Ghost has which is Ghost Walker.

The God Chiyou tried to jump out of the way but one of the bullets have already nipped his shadow. He tried to jump away but his own shadow betrayed him which is a new thing for him. The God Chiyou does not normally have a shadow but the body given to him by the Corrupted Yellow Emperor has one. A variable that has never existed before or has never been considered by the God Chiyou is what brings him misfortune.

“Die!” Kabrakan stated as his entire body carried the weight of a continent and slammed directly towards the God Chiyou.

BOOM!

A powerful shockwave that leveled the entire area resulted in the attack that Kabrakan has used. Upon the use of Continental Crush, Karbakan’s Mountain King Armor: Behemoth turned to dust as he used every power it had. The fact that the entire area and the surrounding one-hundred-meter radius was leveled is testament to the power of the attack.

Even Silent Ghost had to gulp as he saw the destruction done by Kabrakan. All of the guild members always viewed Kabrakan as the somewhat silent big brother of the group that always supports the guild members. He was also never seen to be very aggressive or have any notable attack power but he is considered as the protector of the guild. The fact that the protector could become a being of pure destruction is not something that Silent Ghost could wrap his head around.

“I guess this is why the other guild members always say that those closer to the guild master become out of the norm.” Silent Ghost stated as he personally knows one that became out of the norm because of the guild master.

“Why is he not dead yet?!” Kabrakan muttered as he immediately retreated a few meters away but a hand suddenly grabbed him by the neck.

The hand was quick and is obscured by the dust that rose from his Continental Crush. When it cleared, the God Chiyou could be seen heavily injured and without two arms. Two arms were missing from his body while the third one is bent in an abnormal degree. Only one arm is functional but even that is damaged to some degree.

“I did not expect that from a being that uses a shield. You have truly opened my eyes to beings that use a shield. Be grateful that I, the God of War Chiyou, is acknowledging a shielder like you for you are the first to push me to this degree. Now, you can die with great honor that a God of War has acknowledged you.” The God Chiyou stated as he started to strangle Kabrakan’s neck.

Kabrakan’s neck is thick and muscular which is why he is not easily killed even when he was grabbed by the God Chiyou’s hand. Another factor is that the God Chiyou is now tired and could only summon some strength into his hands. If he managed to strangle Kabrakan earlier then he might have been able to choke the life from him in an instant.

“Pathetic! I cannot even muster up enough strength in my own hand. Have I truly been weakened this much by a bunch of mortals?” The God Chiyou thought as something pierced his chest.

A curved sword suddenly pierced the God Chiyou’s chest and it extended until the tip was a few inches away from Kabrakan’s face. With his chest pierced by Apolaki’s sword, the God Chiyou slowly lost all strength in his hands which resulted in Kabrakan being let go. The God Chiyou could not believe that he was unable to detect the presence of another being out to kill him.

The God Chiyou knows that he has not weakened to the extent that he could not detect killing intent directed at him. He then caught another mortal clutching a small fan that has the markings of a monster called the Death Bellflower. The Death Bellflower is a plant type monster that creates a powerful scent that could hide its existence even from the gods as the legends say. It does not have any attack power but it has godlike disguising ability.

“To think that this is where I fall. I was killed by mortals again even with divine power at my disposal.” The God Chiyou stated as his body stood there lifeless.

[You have killed one of the Four Demonic Generals of the Corrupted Yellow Emperor.]

“WAHHH! We actually did it!” Kabrakan shouted as his body ached all over.

“I am just taking a quick nap for a minute.” Arsenal stated as he plopped to the ground.

“It was a battle that I did not think we would win in the first place but we did it.” Apolaki stated.

“Good job.” Silent Ghost stated as he gave a thumbs up but he suddenly felt something strange in the air.

A golden dragon arm suddenly ripped through space and gathered the dead body of the God Chiyou.
