“Are all of them accounted for?” Adrian asked.

“Yes. These are all of the people that we have seen down there. Could there be other places where people are held?” Levin Cloud asked Adrian.

“I do not think so as there are no more signs of life in this place. I had Sirius and Charon looking in every nook and cranny but there is none.” Adrian replied.

“Before we go, I need Peridot’s help.” Levin Cloud stated as he whispered something in Peridot’s ear.

“Is that all?” Peridot stated as she took out a large green crystal from her inventory.

Peridot then destroyed this crystal as she slammed her hand onto the ground. The ground started to shake as the cavern that held all of the prisoners started coming down. The inside caved in while the outside turned to flat stone. The cavern that held all of the prisoners was destroyed just like that with one powerful spell.

“How did you do that?” Soleil asked with eyes that are glowing in admiration.

“I only managed to do it because the pretty butterflies destroyed all of the bad ice from before.” Peridot replied.

What Peridot said is correct as the entire cavern was reinforced with permafrost. The permafrost on the walls might have been not as thick as the ice floor or the ice prison bars but it was enough to hold that structure. If the permafrost was there then Peridot would not have been able to destroy the cavern with just a mythical tier spell.

“It is better to have that demolished as only bad things can be done inside of that.” Levin Cloud stated.

“Master, I am done!” Dodu reported as all parts of the Irregular of Freezing Frost have been dissolved.

Adrian was tasked to destroy everything that is from the Irregular of Freezing Frost. It seems that Irregulars could revive if even just a small part of them remains. They can be killed but another irregular could be born from an irregular that has been killed. This is also the reason why he made Dodu devour everything that is related to it.

“Good job, Dodu.” Adrian praised which Dodu liked as it jiggled cutely despite its size.

“A gift for master.” Dodu stated as it suddenly placed an orb in Adrian’s palm.

Adrian did not know what the gift was and just held out his hand in reflex. The shining orb suddenly got absorbed inside of his body. He suddenly panicked as he did not know what had happened and that Dodu might cry if the gift vanished, but the latter did not care. Dodu just looked Adrian as if it was waiting to be praised once more.

“Thank you, Dodu.” Adrian stated which made Dodu even happier as he did not know what happened to the gift.

“What the!” Adrian exclaimed as he did not expect to suddenly find himself gaining another exclusive skill from the Seven Deadly Sin category.

“Is something wrong?” Frey asked as she just finished talking with the prisoners and came to check up on Adrian.

“Nothing. Is everyone ready to go?” Adrian asked.

“I think we must stay put for one more day. The people might have been healed by Levin Cloud, but they are not in any state to travel long distances.” Frey stated.

“I agree.” Levin Cloud added as he is also worried about the people that he freed.

“Uhm… what are you guys talking about?” Adrian asked.

“I mean we cannot transport them without encountering any danger.” Levin Cloud stated.

“Guys… demon… remember.” Adrian stated.

“I thought you cannot use wide area teleportation magic because of the powerful mana source that is now gone since the winter tree has been destroyed. I am sorry for not realizing this. I will go an explain to the people that we will be returning to the village.” Frey stated as she excused herself.

“I totally forgot that you could just teleport all of us out of here.” Levin Cloud stated with a laugh as he found himself acting like an idiot.

“You look different.” Adrian suddenly stated as he had a good look at Levin Cloud.

“Different how?” Levin Cloud asked.

“Did you do something with your hair?” Adrian asked as he noticed the ice blue tips that were not present there before.

“It is winter essence.” Levin Cloud stated with a hair flip and then a hearty laugh after.

“I am just kidding. I will tell you all about when we get back. Also, thanks for saving me.” Levin Cloud added.

“What are best friends for.” Adrian replied as Peridot told them that they were now ready for transport.

Adrian smiled as he created the magic circle to teleport all of them back to the village that is led by Village Chief Taran. The villagers were suddenly shocked to find a large rift appearing in their village square. The remaining warriors prepared for combat for anything that comes out of the rift, but they soon lowered their weapons when Adrian and the others came out.

The cries, smiles, and laughter of the people that had their loved ones taken could be heard as all of them have reunited with each other. The people that were from different tribes were promised by Village Chief Taran to be sent back to their villages. It seems that she already initiated the Assembly of Village Chiefs, and she would return the others to their respective villages once ready.

There are also those that had their villages wiped out by the Frost Elves and decided to just join the village they have arrived in as they no longer have any living relatives. Village Chief Taran accepted all of them as she knows what it is like to lose family. After everything, Village Chief Taran bowed in respect towards Adrian and the others as they have brought back the family that they have lost.

“Thank you from the bottom of my heart.” Village Chief Taran stated.

“We only went there to save Levin Cloud. We just happened to find them there on the way.” Adrian stated as he felt that Village Chief Taran was being overly gracious already.

“This is just the northern way of showing gratitude. It might seem excessive, but family is the most important aspect in the north. Accept all of the love you are given as this is their sincerity flowing.” Frey stated as she also repaid the sincerity of the people with a bow. Adrian bowed back as well as did the others.

“Are all of you ready to return?” Adrian asked.

“I am ready to return. As much as the people here are great, I think I am going to be sick of snow for a while. I hope you did not take offense of that” Levin Cloud stated.

“None taken as I know what you have been through here. Just be careful and not get frozen by another being again.” Frey replied as she teased Levin Cloud a bit.

“Are you not coming with us?” Adrian asked.

“Unfortunately, I cannot as I am being called by my sisters. Do not worry as I will also investigate the things about the Primordial Beast of Gluttony or the Eternally Starving One. He might have left traces of his plans here in the north.” Frey replied.

“If that is what you want then. Just remember that we will rush to your aid as long as you call for us. I will rush to help you so not be afraid to ask for my assistance.” Adrian added.

“Thank you. Have a safe trip back to Avalon and also to where you are headed. This is a lucky charm from me.” Frey stated as she lightly kissed Adrians’ cheek.

“Oooh! Spicy!” Levin Cloud and Peridot teased but Adrian sent them back first via a portal that was suddenly created below them.

“Will they be? They will be. Stay safe.” Frey stated as she rode her mount.

“Stay safe as well.” Adrian stated as he waited for her to vanish off into the distance before looking at Vayu and Soleil that have yet to enter the portal.

“Do we just jump?” Vayu asked as he pointed at the portal where Levin Cloud and Peridot vanished from.

“Yes. That is the way back to Avalon.” Adrian replied with a genuine smile.
