Chapter 150: Four Hours War Part 15

Jiraiya made multiple clones of himself and created a lot of smoke. Using the smoke as cover, his clones started preparing Rasengan.

[Dust Release- Detachment of the Primitive World Jutsu]

Onoki shaped his attack into a rod and spun around, clearing all of the smoke and the clones inside the smoke.

Some of them had already finished preparing the Rasengan and ran away.

They used the Body Flicker Jutsu to dodge the attack while the Gamabunta was released from its summoning restrictions.

It returned to the Mount Myoboku while Jiraiya slammed his Rasengan on top of Onoki’s head from two sides.

But Onoki still had the Dust Release rod in his hand that he could wave around for a while.

Of course, this wasn’t going to last long, and Jiraiya understood this. He took advantage of Onoki’s lack of agility and used his clones to distract him.

The moment his clones started distracting Onoki, Jiraiya came from below the moment Onoki’s Dust Release disappeared.

In Jiraiya’s hands, a Massive Rasengan was hurled towards Onoki. Only for him to see Onoki’s face reveal a smile.

Suddenly, the vanished Dust Release was revealed, showcasing the power of a strange illusion similar to Transformation Jutsu.

The white rod pierced through the body of Jiraiya, destroying him in seconds, but only for him to turn into a puff of smoke that was later cleared by the Dust Release.

"What?"

Onoki showed genuine confusion and suddenly noticed something strange happening around him.

He started hearing strange music, but before he could focus on it, Jiraiya rushed down from above with another giant Rasengan.

This surprised Onoki, but he quickly covered his fists with massive rock arms and blocked the entire Rasengan.

Crack! Crack! Crack! Boom!

The rock arms started cracking until they turned to dust and fell on the ground.

The massive Rasengan continued moving towards Onoki, who did his best to block it with a wave of earth wall.

But suddenly, he found himself surrounded by four toads, with all four of them pointing their palms at him while another held a samurai sword.

More importantly, there was a sheet of music behind each one of them.

Onoki found his movement stopped.

Jiraiya appeared inside the Genjutsu world and looked at Onoki.

"This is your last chance, Onoki. Stop this meaningless war!"

"Meaningless?"

Onoki looked at him as if he were some kind of idiot.

"Are you a child?"

"Well, from our toad age, little Jiraiya is indeed little."

Shima spoke.

"That’s not what he meant, Ma. He believes Jiraiya is a child because he believes this war is meaningless."

Fukasaku replied.

Hearing his words, Onoki sneered.

"It seems like your inheritor is rather dimwitted to not even understand the cause of this war."

"It’s Naruto, isn’t it?"

Fukasaku asked.

Jiraiya looked stumped. He knew the reason, but he couldn’t accept that they would start a war just because of one person who hadn’t done anything.

"Naruto Uzumaki is only thirteen years old, Jiraiya, only thirteen! With this kind of strength at such an age, do you think any nation would dare to start a war against Konoha until his death?

"No, they won’t. Nobody is foolish enough to throw their lives away. But without war, do you think hidden villages can survive?"

"Of course not! You are lucky that you have Lord Hashirama, who made the entire forest just for your village."

"Land of Earth, Land of Wind, and Land of Lightning gave us one of the most defensive yet most difficult places to live."

"Hurricanes, Dried Land, and Lightning Storms. Each of our hidden villages possesses a certain attribute, but they are nothing more than just unconditional places for us to live."

"Do you think anyone is willing to live in such a place without a desire for a better life? Your Konoha possesses everything we sought after."

"More importantly, our Daimyo wants nothing more than to win war, while we want more of his economic support."

"With most of the resources hoarded in your country, the war will always begin, but this time, you created an anomaly. We need to nip out that bud before it can grow into a disaster."

Hearing his words, Jiraiya sighed heavily.

He looked at Onoki with a painful expression and said.

"Naruto is no bud, Onoki. He is stronger than the First Hokage. You just don’t understand the truth."

"Impossible! You must be bluffing."

Onoki roared when he heard that. His eyes were bloodshot as he refused to accept a truth like that.

"I am not bluffing. You are right about Naruto being an anomaly, but you are wrong about his strength all along."

"The strength he displayed in the Chunin Exams is just a distant past; the strength that he posted on that card is just base strength."

"His true strength is several times that, with Sage Mode and Kyubi Chakra Mode combined."

"So, I will ask you one more time, Onoki. Give up!"

He looked at Onoki and softly spoke.

At this moment, two toads sighed and completely released the Genjutsu. Previously, they had only kept a part of it to keep Onoki from moving.

But now they had completely removed it because they saw the truth.

Onoki was like a child who had been frightened to his bones.

Suddenly, they turned their heads to the side simultaneously and felt an enormous chakra pressure coming from Hinata’s direction.

"Whose Chakra is that, Jiraiya?"

Fukasaku asked in amazement.

"That Chakra belongs to Hinata. Although I don’t understand why half of her Chakra has a different chakra signature now."

Just as Jiraiya said that, they witnessed an astounding sight. An entire part of the ground was ripped apart by a massive tornado.

The Tailed Beast Chakra was scattered around. They could see that the attack was very controlled; otherwise, it could’ve easily reached them.

"How do you have such a powerful shinobi, Jiraiya?" Onoki screamed.

Jiraiya gave a bitter laugh and said.

"You might not believe me, but that’s just a twelve-year-old kid."
