All three of them were speechless.

Naruto looked at Sasuke and said.

"You should understand the pain of losing your people. Now, imagine thousands of people like you."

Naruto nodded.

"And, right now, we don’t have the manpower to focus on them. The Barrier Team is improving the barriers."

"The Intelligence Team and Anbu are focusing on saving as many people as possible. The number of missions is increasing daily."

"As it stands, we can’t do anything about Akatsuki."

Hearing that, Sasuke folded his hands and said.

"You are not a kind of person to watch them cause so much chaos for no reason."

Naruto nodded.

"Although Daimyo supports me, the budget he allocates every year is quite limited. Right now, I need a lot of money."

"Daimyo can’t just make money appear out of nowhere, and a lot of the money is in the hands of those nobles."

"Sasuke, if my Anbu members weren’t busy keeping check on Stone and Cloud Village ninjas, I wouldn’t have made this move."

"But right now, I need them to keep an eye on those people. We need to understand when the war will start."

Sasuke snorted and looked away.

Naruto tapped the table and continued.

Hearing that, Shino spoke.

"This seems logically impossible unless you show the strength of the First Hokage."

Naruto chuckled.

"I don’t need to do that, Shino. You will do it. Follow me!"

As he said that, he left the Hokage’s office with three of them, leaving behind a clone.

They ran on top of the Hokage’s mountain and behind it.

There was a large building. It was guarded by several Anbu Soldiers. Because of Naruto’s presence, they didn’t come forward.

Nobody could hide their Chakra Signature like their Hokage. So, they were sure this was Naruto.

He took them inside through the main door. The inside was quite bright, with several interior lighting.

"This is our Scientific Research Center. It was established recently under my authority. You might meet unexpected people, but you need to calm down."

Three of them nodded as they followed him inside. The inside of the building was divided into three rooms.

Each room was as big as a Hokage’s office, making it perfect for all kinds of experiments.

There was a lot of equipment. Everywhere they turned their heads, they could see equipment.

"Naruto-kun!"

A girl’s voice rang from the side. When they turned their heads, they saw a woman with red hair running towards them.

"Sasa!"

Naruto gave her a polite smile as he nodded. He turned back and said.

"This is Sasa from the Roran Kingdom of the Land of Wind. She and her entire family have relocated to Konoha. She is the daughter of their former queen. "

"That reminds me. Why are you here?"

Naruto gave her a strange look and said.

Sasa gave the other three a simple nod before she excitedly said.

"Tobirama-sensei and Kabuto-san have completed their experiments. They need a large amount of Dragon Vein Chakra, so they called me."

Normally, Sasa shouldn’t have any job with this project.

Unfortunately, they realized that they couldn’t transfer Dragon Vein even with Flying Thunder God Jutsu.

Eventually, Kurama came up with a solution to seal the entirety of Dragon Veins into Sasa. Its function was also similar to the Nine-Tails.

It could increase one’s regeneration, strength, Jutsu, and even give Sasa the strength of a Jonin without any training.

More importantly, she had complete control over the Chakra. Because of this, Sasa became an important part of this experiment.

"Naruto-kun, you’ve arrived."

Kabuto walked towards them from the second room with a gentle smile on his face.

His face and arrival instantly made Sasuke and Neji alert. Only Shino remained calm as he didn’t think Kabuto was an enemy.

Naruto nodded.

"When I got the message earlier, I didn’t think the project would be completed so quickly. It has only been three months, right?"

"That’s because we got a lot of experimental data from Lord Orochimaru. Besides, I was also able to help Lord Second."

As Kabuto explained, they entered the second room.

When they entered this room, Sasuke noticed another figure standing in front of a table, with a lot of computers and equipment around him.

"You’ve arrived. Here!"

Tobirama turned around and threw a small jar of red liquid towards him.

"Is this it?"

Naruto sternly stared at the red liquid for a moment as the sides of his lips curved.

"Of course! That project is complete in just three months. Now, you have all the materials and methods to mass-produce Rebirth Potion."

Tobirama spoke.

Hearing that, Naruto gleefully smiled and said.

"That’s great!"
