"It’s getting late. Let’s finish up quickly. We’ll rest a bit and then be on our way. I wonder if we’ll run into any enemies over the next few days? We’re strong enough to handle anyone, but fighting always wastes time. So let’s just hope we don’t meet anyone at all — that way we save time and avoid getting hurt," Hiroshi said, finishing the last of his meal with a smile.

Harumiko nodded in agreement. She knew how troublesome enemies could be. A few opponents were manageable, but a large group would be a real problem — and the biggest issue was always the delay.

"Even if we do lose a little time, it’s fine. The most important thing is that we stay safe and unhurt. Nothing matters more than that," she said softly with a smile.

Hiroshi nodded. They both ate quickly now; their main goal was to build up their strength, since they would be travelling non?stop for the rest of the day.

Soon enough, their meal was done. They leaned back against the big tree to rest for a while — it wasn’t good to move around immediately after eating.

"Nice to finally take it easy for a moment. After this, we pack up and leave. I really wish we could just teleport straight to Konoha right now... but I guess that’s impossible," Harumiko murmured, looking at the sky with a sigh.

Hiroshi turned to glance at her, then looked up too. "Where I come from, there were all kinds of vehicles and transport. If we had them here, it would be so much easier. We wouldn’t have to run everywhere, we’d get there much faster, and it would save so much energy. But I’m sure Konoha — and this whole world — will develop that way someday."

His mind drifted back to all the different machines and transport from his original life; he felt a little nostalgic and really wished they had them now.

"I agree. It won’t be long before we have things like that here too. Then going anywhere will be simple. I hope it happens soon — I’d love to see what the future of this world looks like," Harumiko said, stretching lazily and smiling at the sky.

Hiroshi thought about his old world and how it had progressed step by step. Long ago, people there walked everywhere too — it was human ingenuity that invented everything else.

"People here are just as clever. I’m sure it won’t be long before similar inventions appear. Life will get so much easier," he said.

He knew development had its downsides too. It changed how people lived, yes, but it also brought pollution and other problems.

Travel became convenient, but exhaust fumes severely damaged the atmosphere. Here though, the air was pure and fresh. When you looked up, the sky was a brilliant, clear blue with soft white clouds drifting by.

Back in his old world, you would constantly see aeroplanes crossing the sky. Here, there was nothing like that at all.

"Thinking about it... if this world industrialises, the air will get polluted too. I wonder what new inventions they’ve come up with back where I’m from? Maybe even teleportation machines by now! Haha, that’s just my guess — but with human intelligence, who knows what they’ll create," Hiroshi said softly, gazing upwards.

Harumiko rested her hands behind her head, leaning against the trunk, watching birds soaring freely high above.

"Hiroshi, where do you think we’ll end up tonight? I’m really curious," she asked with a grin.

He shook his head, smiling. "Hard to say exactly. But I know we’ll cover a huge distance today. There’s no point worrying about it now anyway — we just need to focus on the road right in front of us."
