Chapter 2636: Reforge (2)

Chapter 2636: Reforge (2)

Suddenly, multicolored flames rose from the anvil beneath Tie Mutian’s statue. The flames were so intense and terrifying that even Yun Lintian, who carried the Primordial Sun God, the Divine Phoenix, the Golden Crow, and the Vermilion Bird’s powers, could feel the terrifying heat emanating from them.

Yun Lintian’s eyes widened in shock as he recognized the flames. They were the legendary Heavenly Fire that Tie Mutian had once told him about back in the Azure World.

“This is…” Yun Lintian breathed, his voice filled with awe.

Tie Muqiu nodded. “This is the Heavenly Fire. It is the source of my father’s power, the key to his unparalleled skill in forging divine weapons.”

She gestured towards the flames. “With this flame. I can reforge the God Slaying Sword in a matter of days.”

Yun Lintian calmed down and said, “I will have to trouble you.”

He was now fully convinced.

Tie Muqiu nodded and said nothing.

“By the way,” Yun Lintian spoke up, “I can help strengthen the barrier here. It will be a while before we can drive those creatures out of the Primal Chaos.”

“Thank you,” Tie Muqiu said sincerely. She was aware that the barrier wouldn’t last long.

Yun Lintian nodded and walked toward the edge of the mountain. He raised his hands and began to form hand seals.

Buzz-

Golden runes appeared in the air, forming a complex pattern that enveloped the entire village. The runes pulsed with a soft, golden light, creating a barrier that was even stronger than the one created by the Heavenly Court’s core.

Tie Muqiu watched in surprise as Yun Lintian effortlessly created the barrier.

“Heavenhold Formation?” She said gently.

“Yes.” Yun Lintian nodded. “This should be safe for now. Even the General Class Shadow Demon won’t be able to break it.”

“Thank you,” Tie Muqiu said, her voice filled with gratitude.

Yun Lintian smiled. “You’re welcome. Now, I must be on my way.”

He turned around and walked away. As he returned to the village, Tie Cheng and the villagers approached him with enthusiasm. They invited him to stay for a few days, but Yun Lintian refused.

Yun Lintian left the village under everyone’s reluctant gazes and returned to the Cloud Dragon Ark, continuing his journey towards the Ancient Battlefield.

As Yun Lintian ventured deeper into the heart of the Central Expanse, he couldn’t help but notice a marked difference in the creatures of chaos he encountered. They were larger, fiercer, their chaotic energies swirling with a more potent intensity.

The further he traveled, the more evident it became that these were no ordinary creatures of chaos. These were the elite, the vanguard, those who had been guarding the Ancient Battlefield.

Yun Lintian frowned as he grasped the White Dragon Spear, its smooth surface familiar and comforting beneath his fingers. He channeled his chaos power and divine energy into the spear, the ancient weapon humming in response, its tip glowing with an ominous black light.

With a flick of his wrist, he unleashed a torrent of attacks, the spear a blur of motion as he weaved through the chaotic expanse.

The creatures of chaos, sensing his power, surged towards him, their eyes burning with a ferocious hunger. But Yun Lintian was unfazed. He met their charge with a fearsome battle cry, his spear a whirlwind of destruction, each thrust and parry imbued with the power of his God Marks.

He carved a path through the chaotic expanse, his spear a beacon of defiance against the encroaching darkness. The creatures of chaos fell before him, their bodies dissolving into motes of chaotic energy, their screams of rage and frustration echoing through the void. The Cloud Dragon Ark, guided by Yun Lintian’s will, followed in his wake, its defenses holding strong against the relentless onslaught.

Linlin and Qingqing, perched on his shoulders, watched the battle with wide eyes, their own powers surging in anticipation, eager to join the fray. However, with Yun Lintian there, they simply had no opportunity to make a move.

Finally, after what seemed like an eternity of relentless battle, Yun Lintian arrived at the edge of the Ancient Xia God Realm.

The once majestic ancient city of the Ancient Xia God Realm, a testament to a glorious civilization long lost, was now completely consumed by darkness. The once vibrant streets and towering palaces were now crumbling ruins, their surfaces scarred and defaced by the ravages of war and the taint of chaos.

A wave of sadness washed over Yun Lintian as he surveyed the scene. Although he had been here once, he couldn’t help but feel bad seeing such destruction.

Roar-

At this moment, the creatures of chaos quickly noticed Yun Lintian’s presence, as he didn’t conceal his aura. They swarmed towards him, their numbers seemingly endless, their hunger for destruction insatiable.

“Do you want to try?” Yun Lintian looked at Linlin and Qingqing.

“Can we?” Qingqing’s eyes lit up.

“Of course,” Yun Lintian smiled encouragingly.

Qingqing and Linlin’s eyes lit up with excitement as they received Yun Lintian’s permission. They had been itching to join the battle, their powers thrumming with anticipation.

With a burst of wind energy, Qingqing propelled herself into the air, her small figure a blur of motion as she weaved through the incoming horde of creatures of chaos.

She channeled her wind power, creating a series of miniature tornadoes that swept through the creatures, tearing them apart and scattering their chaotic energies.

Linlin, not to be outdone, also leaped into the air, her body crackling with thunderous energy. She transformed into her majestic White Tiger form, her roar echoing through the ruined city as she unleashed a torrent of lightning bolts.

BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!

The bolts struck the creatures of chaos, their bodies convulsing and disintegrating under the onslaught of pure thunder power.

Yun Lintian watched with a proud smile as his two companions unleashed their powers. He had known that they were strong, but he hadn’t realized just how much they had grown since The last saw them.

While observing their impressive display, he didn’t remain idle. He channeled his divine energy and chaos power into his spear, unleashing a series of devastating attacks that complemented Qingqing and Linlin’s onslaught.

Together, the three of them formed a formidable trio, their powers complementing each other, their attacks flowing seamlessly together.

The creatures of chaos, despite their overwhelming numbers, were steadily being pushed back, their ranks thinning under the relentless assault.

“You have finally come.”

Suddenly, a cold voice resounded from the void, and two General Class Void Creatures slowly

emerged.
