My Ultimate Sign-in System Made Me Invincible

Chapter 568 Uno Reverse

While the clinical trial was ongoing, especially after the physical progress on the first set of volunteers started happening, the Maybourne Group finally made their move, as they started investigating Liam’s finance.

Their aim was to expose Liam’s finance and also find something to link him to Nova Technologies, and expose it to the public.

Their thoughts was that if they can expose even Liam’s link to Nova Technologies, it will change the entire conversation around the company and those interested, like the Continuum Meridian will finally know how to get a piece of the pie.

Even if they can’t expose his link to Nova Technologies, exposing his true level of wealth was more than enough. And he would have to explain to the world how someone as young as him had enough resources to acquire a private A380.

Lucy caught wind of what they doing almost immediately and reported to Liam.

Liam had just finished his training and stepped out of the Dimensional Space when he got the report.

“They are?” He scoffed mildly, feeling unbothered by whatever action the so called group were taking.

“Yes, master. They are pulling every government resources they have. They are trying to gain access into JP Morgan’s infrastructure but they can’t, since I’m watching over it,” Lucy said.

“Well, since they are so curious about how I’m really worth, let’s give the information they need,” Liam said.

Liam understood that there was nothing for him to hide when it comes to his finances or his wealth, so he wasn’t going to hide it. The paper trail was solid to a point that even when the IRS investigated it, they found nothing incriminating, as the system did a perfect job.

While he was keeping things about him being the owner of Nova Technologies under wrap, it doesn’t mean that he’s scared of it being exposed.

He understood that they feel that the fact that an eighteen years old is the owner of a company that government can’t control and dictate the lives of human, would make the world react negatively.

But the truth was that he doesn’t care. He was only worried for his friends.

Lucid and LucidNet has penetrated the world to the point that no one can live without it. If Nova Technologies threatens to shut down operations, no one can stop them or do anything about it.

But Liam found it to be very hilarious that with everything that has been shown about Nova Technologies’ capabilities, there are still people that are dumb enough to think that they can take the company for themselves.

He felt that it was probably because he hasn’t given them something to truly fear. He hasn’t displayed his strength to let them understand just how futile their plans are.

Maybe, he might just do that. He had achieved a breakthrough to the First Transcendent Stage last week, and has been itching to stretch his muscles. Pinching some ants isn’t completely out of place, is it?

“Lucy, compile every information about my wealth, excluding those related to Nova Technologies, and anonymously forward it to a finance news company. Bloomberg and Forbes aren’t bad. I think it’s time to officially get in that richest person list,” he instructed.

“Yes, Master. The information had already been complied. I will forward it immediately,” Lucy said. “Do you also want me to retaliate”

“You said you have every incriminating information on them, right?” Liam asked.

“Yes, master. Even those they don’t want their closest friends to find out about.”

“Good. Compile them for me. I will be paying the President of the country a courtesy visit,” Liam said, before stepping into the bathroom to take a shower.

He stepped out a moment later and dressed up.

Lucy walked into the room, just as he was about to finish dressing.

“I’ve already forwarded the compile information about your wealth to Forbes and Bloomberg. You might get some call from them later. And I have printed out the information on everyone in the group,” she said.

“That’s good, Lucy,” Liam said.

Lucy nodded and smiled softly.

“You said that you will pay the President a visit. Are you going to threaten her? What are you going to do exactly?”

“Nothing much. I’m just going to tell her what I want and give him a deadline to give it to me, and I will also tell her what will happen if she doesn’t,” Liam said.

“That’s you threatening her,” Lucy nodded and shrugged. “Not that I won’t do worse but I don’t think it’s something Master should handle.”

“I want to handle it this personally, Lucy. You will be coming with me of course. We won’t just be visiting the President, we will also be taking her on a ride. I wish to perform some demonstration for her to know just how serious I am,” Liam said.

“So, Master wants to flex,” Lucy said with a look of realisation on her face.

Liam simply smiled in response.

He finished dressing up, waved his hand and his Lucid telekinetically flew to him from the bed stand.

“Now, Lucy, shall we go pay the President of the United States a visit?” He asked.

“Of course, Master,” Lucy smiled, and reached out her hand.

Liam held it and the both of them vanished from the room.

Meanwhile, the compiled information Lucy had sent was causing a wave in the headquarters building of both publishing companies.

They had been trying to investigate Liam’s finances for the past six to seven months, immediately after he surfaced with the world’s first and only private A380, but they weren’t able to get any substantial on him.

And now out of nowhere, they received a compiled information on his wealth and finances from an anonymous sender.

It was exciting and scary at the same time. It was exciting because they finally got their hands on the news of the century.

But it was equally scary because of the amount of information in the document.

The 18 years old wealth surpassed what they were expecting and was also in that exact range, as it explained his ability to acquire such an aircraft. But what made it even more scary was how spotless a wealth of such magnitude was and the fact that it didn’t follow the standard of borrowing.

This also meant that the wealth didn’t have much public record and it made them curious about the ability of the person that was able to gather such comprehensive information.

But even with their worries and fear, they will naturally publish information on Liam. And they are going to take their time to make the article the best.
