Chapter 5: They felt heavy and full

"Wait!" Hana exclaimed when she realized the nurse was about to leave just like that.

"What year is it now? And where is this hospital located?" Hana asked, still denying many things in her mind.

The nurse looked at Hana strangely. After giving birth, many people did experience certain problems. Some might become a little confused, but... could anyone really become as confused as Hana?

The nurse looked at Hana’s petite body and the three babies who were now also sleeping.

Perhaps this lady is just too stressed after giving birth to three babies and nearly dying twice, the nurse thought to herself.

"Ma’am, it is 2030, and you are in a government-owned hospital in Karua."

"Karua?" Hana asked, completely unfamiliar with the name.

"Mm-hmm," the nurse confirmed firmly.

Hana stared at her for a few moments. After making sure she was not being lied to, Hana nodded.

The nurse finally left Hana’s room after Hana asked no more questions.

Hana looked at the babies beside her before letting out a low laugh.

"Hehe..." Her laugh came out dry. "She’s right. How could I possibly think that I traveled through time?" she said, her voice filled with conviction, or at least a voice that was trying to convince herself.

She got up and walked toward her three babies.

"Hehehehehe..." Hana laughed again, this time as she looked at them.

"How could I be this crazy? This is obviously impossible," she said. "My family is quite wealthy, and I don’t even know where Karua is. I’ve never heard of it before."

Hana touched the cheek of her first baby.

"You’re handsome, but there’s no way I would ever sleep with some random person, let alone let you stay in my womb all this time when I don’t even know who your father is."

"Exactly," she said firmly again. "How could I think that I traveled through time just because the owner of this body looks like me?"

Hana waved her hand.

"I’m really ridiculous. This must be because I somehow entered a novel, right? There’s no way this is actually my body."

Hana swallowed before looking down at her second baby, who had opened his eyes and was staring at her.

"Why are you looking at me like that?" Hana asked.

Finally, Hana picked up her second baby and carried him to her bed.

"What is it? Why did you wake up?" Hana asked again.

The baby’s hand moved, feeling around her breast before gently hitting it.

Hana was stunned. In her entire life, she had never allowed anyone else to touch her breasts. This was truly beyond the limits of her patience.

Hana was about to smack the baby’s bottom when he began to whimper.

"Oeekkk... oek..." The baby’s cries sounded loud in her ears.

Hana didn’t know what to say.

"What’s wrong with you? Did I hurt you? I haven’t even scolded you yet. And what’s with that? You’re already whining like that?" Hana asked.

Seeing that the baby refused to respond to her questions, Hana finally gave up with a frustrated expression.

"Fine, fine. Be quiet and stop crying. You want to hold Mommy’s breast?" Hana offered.

"For you, Mommy will allow it," Hana said.

The baby reached for one of Hana’s breasts and touched it when she brought it closer to him.

However, not long after that, the baby started crying again.

"Damn it. What’s wrong with you? Didn’t you want to hold it? Now that you’ve touched it, you’re still not satisfied?" Hana asked irritably.

Her other two babies finally woke up and started crying as well after hearing their second sibling’s screams.

Hana slapped her forehead. Her mother had once told her that having a baby was difficult. She had almost given up when she herself had been taking care of Hana as a baby.

Hana never imagined that she would now have to take care of three babies at once, and she had no idea what to do. There was no one to help her.

"Hic..." A sob escaped Hana’s mouth at the same time as the sobs of her three babies.

Because the noise had become too loud, the nurse who was responsible for bringing Hana her meals finally came in.

"Ma’am... what’s wrong?" she asked in panic when she saw Hana and her three babies crying over one another. She immediately walked toward Hana.

Hana shook her head.

"Nurse, the baby in my arms grabbed my breast. At first, I refused to let him. But when I saw him crying, I let him. Who would have thought that after touching it, his crying would become even louder?"

"Nurse, what should I do? I don’t speak baby. And now the other two are crying too..." Hana replied as she wiped away her tears.

The nurse was stunned for a few moments.

"Ma’am, how old are you, actually? Why don’t you know something this simple? Did you never even learn how to take care of a baby during your pregnancy?" she asked one question after another.

Hana shook her head as she looked at her.

How could she possibly know how to take care of a baby? She was only nineteen years old and had not even graduated with her bachelor’s degree. She had suddenly woken up in this body and given birth to three babies. That alone was something she could never have imagined experiencing.

How could she possibly have prepared herself and learned how to take care of babies?

The nurse also shook her head as she looked at Hana. She had seen a foolish mother before, but how could there be someone as foolish as the woman in front of her?

"Ma’am, your baby is hungry. He wants to eat. You need to breastfeed him," the nurse explained.

The nurse looked at Hana again when she did not immediately respond.

"Ma’am, do you not even know how to breastfeed a baby? Look at your breasts. They’re already wet. Didn’t you breastfeed him last night?"

Hana looked down at her clothes before shaking her head.

No wonder her breasts felt so sore. She never imagined that she would have to give them to the baby she had struggled so hard to give birth to the previous night.

"tsk... tsk... tsk..." the nurse clicked her tongue.

"Then you need to breastfeed him immediately. I’ll help you take care of the other two babies. Hurry up, I have a lot of work to do as well," the nurse said before turning around and immediately picking up Hana’s first baby, whose cries were the loudest.

Clearly, he was the hungriest.

Seeing her baby continue to cry, Hana finally opened her clothes and offered her breast to the little one.

The little one immediately stopped crying and obediently began to nurse.

Hana stared at her breasts, which were now full. In the past, hers had been extremely small. Even when she lay down, they would flatten out and were almost invisible.

Who would have thought she would finally experience what her friends had experienced?

They felt heavy and full, making her want to give everything to her babies immediately.

If Brandon were in this world, he would definitely like their size. He had always wondered whether she was even a woman because her breasts were almost the same size as Brandon’s.
