My Three Babies Have Different Fathers

Chapter 29: He might become as stupid as my other brother

"But..." Greo stammered. "I have absolutely no authority to do that."

"You don’t need to use your useless authority. Just help me make it legal according to Hans Xin’s business regulations."

Greo swallowed with difficulty. Even though his master’s business assets had decreased drastically overnight, ten percent of his shares were still worth an incredible amount. If Hans found out, he would surely be executed. But if Hans remained unconscious, Greo could not let go of the shares. Hans Xin was his savior!

"I’ll help you," Greo finally said.

Zahn nodded and then turned toward his two brothers. "Let’s play at Sean’s house tonight instead. I still want to take care of my father, who is almost dead. It’s my turn, so you have to accompany me until I’m finished."

Kevin and Sean simply shrugged casually before taking the backpacks that Sean’s secretary had been carrying.

"Pick us up at midnight. We’ll play with this first."

"Yes, Sir," the secretary replied with a respectful bow.

The three of them got into the car prepared by Greo.

It was a jeep with a high-level security system, escorted by four other cars. Sean, Kevin, and Zahn sat in the middle row, while three of Greo’s subordinates sat behind them. Greo sat in the seat beside the driver.

The car sped away without giving the three of them any chance to relax at all.

Slash!

Kevin snorted when a sharp object pressed against his neck. "Are you trying to threaten us?" he asked calmly before spraying the liquid Zahn had prepared earlier toward the man beside him.

Sean and Zahn did the same. The three men in the back collapsed instantly, their bodies convulsing before going limp.

Greo was stunned. "You... what are you..."

"Greo Bin," Sean interrupted calmly, "you are Hans Xin’s right-hand man, the son of a lowly servant of the Xin Family. You nearly died when Hans’s younger brothers threw you into a garbage grinder. Hans saved you and made you his right-hand man. Now, besides wanting to poison your own master, you also want to kill his son?"

Screeech!

The car suddenly stopped when Greo raised his hand, signaling the driver to stop.

"Brat! What do you mean? Wait... how do you know about my past?"

The only people who knew about Greo’s past were his boss, Hans Xin, and Hans Xin’s two younger brothers. There was clearly no way Hans would tell an outsider about something so trivial.

"Damn!" Kevin cursed when his head hit the front of the seat.

He was sitting in the middle, and the seat belt had not held him properly.

"Zahn! You have to compensate me for my loss!"

Zahn scratched his nose even though it wasn’t actually itchy, then pointed at Greo. "You! You have to compensate him! You were the one who told the driver to stop!"

Greo did not respond to Zahn. Instead, he stared at Sean, who had just spoken about him.

"You hurt my brother! Pay him. If his head is injured, he might become as stupid as my other brother. Do you think I’ll let you go after doing this?" Sean finally replied.

Greo unfastened his seat belt, got out of the car, then pulled Sean out. "You! What did you just say, little boy?"

Kevin and Zahn immediately got out as well. The bottles of liquid in their hands instantly pointed toward Greo, who was still gripping Sean’s hand tightly.

"How dare you hurt our big brother?!"

"Who exactly are you?"

Sean snorted. With one of his tiny legs, he jumped and kicked Greo between the legs.

"Y-you... b-bastard!"

Greo stumbled backward several steps before finally falling to the ground. The pain made it difficult for him to speak.

The subordinates Greo had brought in the other cars quickly surrounded the three children and pointed their guns at them.

"Greo Bin. Besides wanting to kill Hans Xin’s son, do you also want to kill us? Do you know who we are?"

With all his strength, Greo tried to get back up with the help of his subordinates.

"Little brat!" he said through gritted teeth. "Do you know who you’re dealing with? You even dared to deceive me, deceive my people, and then try to kill my boss?"

"I did it. Why are you pointing at my big brother? Besides being blind and stupid, can’t you recognize people either?"

Kevin stepped forward as well. "Greo, let me guess—the hospital still can’t treat Hans, right? And his condition has been getting worse since last night?"

"Capture them!" Greo finally ordered after a moment. "The medicine for the boss must be in one of these children’s hands!"

The three of them were immediately surrounded and restrained by Greo’s subordinates. Yet not a single one of them showed any fear.

"The medicine isn’t in our hands," Sean sneered. "Zahn, explain it to these idiots. How could you possibly carry the medicine around everywhere?"

Zahn nodded. "I haven’t even made the medicine yet. So even if you kill us, Hans Xin will still die."

Greo’s subordinates, who had searched through all the belongings of the three children, shook their heads.

"Greo, there are no bottles labeled as medicine in their bags. But they brought several bottles marked with skulls. Is this medicine?" one of them asked.

"Hahahah!" Kevin finally burst into laughter.

"Zahn, how could your father recruit a bunch of idiots? Does your father really like collecting stupid people? Not only can his right-hand man not tell the difference between poison and medicine, but neither can his other subordinates?"

"Zahn, your father’s underground business will probably only last another year at most. With idiots like these, I even doubt whether your father will still be alive, even if you hadn’t ordered the poison to be given to him," Sean added.

Zahn clenched his tiny fingers in annoyance. "Sean, you’re good at business. Do you think my plan to save my father while taking ten percent of his business shares is right? I won’t suffer any further losses, will I?" he asked while looking at Sean.

He didn’t care at all that both of his hands were still being held by Greo’s subordinates.
