Chapter 1593: Chapter 1592: Any Day Now

I was just grumbling to myself like always as I stared at my reflection, the large bubble attached to my midriff only seeming to get larger and larger with every passing day as those five pups grew as much as they could.

They didn’t seem to care too much about how badly this was making their Mama look, nor did they seem to care that there was only so much room in my stomach since they were constantly ’demanding’ even more food, which was why my stomach was grumbling back at me yet again.

Trying to pick between the three pieces of clothing that I had that actually fit and felt comfortable shouldn’t take as much time as I always ended up taking, and yet here I was for the seventh or eighth minute just standing here, staring at myself.

It felt like someone had taken a giant sack, filled it with three juicy watermelons and then strapped it to my abdomen, while my breasts had been pumped up an additional size as they filled themselves up with an abundance of milk.

Kavya had informed me that the actions of my wives had already kickstarted my body’s abilities to produce sustenance for the babies, and because my wives were gluttonous it was also coming out a bit thicker and more often than it ’should’ be, something that prompted her to hand over a formula for some kind of smoothie that was meant to keep me nutritionally balanced.

Fruits and vegetables mixed with some herbs and then having a splash of some potions mixed in too made for one rather decently flavored smoothie that had practically replaced water for me at this point, and yet even that was barely enough for what I was going through.

This pregnancy was also beginning to affect the rest of me since I wasn’t as active as I once was, leaving my thighs to plump up some more whilst my cheeks got a bit squishier, something that I knew my wives loved even though I personally wasn’t a fan of it.

After so long of being in immaculate shape and knowing that I was a powerful warrior who could handle herself, this sort of ’uselessness’ that I found myself feeling made me rather conflicted, since I knew why I was like this – and was rather happy about the reason behind it – but also I just missed staring at my reflection and seeing that stunning model that would have made practically everyone in my old world drool.

“You really need to just accept that you look absurdly sexy still, Kat~!”

Jahi peeked inside and grinned at me before she was pushed aside by Leone, who gave the Demoness a glare and said “You need to go to that meeting already, Jahi! The merchants are all waiting for you, and if you end up being late to it again they’ll start thinking you see them as a joke!”

“Yes, yes… Kat, when I get back put that red lace lingerie on for me, alright? I’ll need to unwind after negotiating all those deals…”

I just waved her away and gestured for Leone to step in, the Vampire sliding up behind me rather smoothly even as she blushed, unable to take her ruby eyes off of my curves; it gave me that familiar thrill that felt wonderful, but knowing that I couldn’t push her down and take her for a wild ride tempered that thrill quite a bit.

With the Demoness gone I looked at my ashen haired wife in the mirror and asked “In these three months or so, you all have been feeling… fine..?”, earning a confused tilt of her head as she waited for me to elaborate.

“Now that I’m this far along none of you can go as hard as you typically do on me, and I know that Jahi’s been wearing you out recently, so…”

That made her blush even more, but without missing a beat Leone hugged me gently and murmured “Physically we are ’irritated’ that we can’t get the same release as before, but mentally… Kat, my love… every single day has felt like a blessing, and when these five decide to come join us, it’ll have been more than worth it.”

She ran a hand over my stomach before gently sinking her fangs into my neck, sucking out a few drops of blood to satiate herself before she pressed a potion in my hand, one that she had been working on for a little while now.

“I finally finished this too, and it should be something quite nice for me going forwards. It’ll thicken your blood a little, temporarily boost the mana inside of it and amplify your healing slightly, which means…”

She trailed off and let me finish as she smiled, watching me uncork the vial and say “It means you can feast without concern, even on someone who’s pregnant.” before downing the potion, feeling a rush of energy inside of me that replaced what she had already taken.

Humming softly and kissing my neck, she added “And it should be quite the boost to training as well as just your natural state since it has some mana of its own to provide. Whatever nutrients you might have been missing out on before, this can replace. I don’t think any of us should use this more than once or twice a week, but still…”

“Was this what brought you here?”

She nodded and hugged me closer, before she gave me a shy smile and whispered “And… well, like Jahi said, that red lingerie..?”, causing me to roll my eyes even as I walked over to grab it, having her help me into it before I leaned against the wall for her, finding some solace in how she hungrily pressed against me over and over again.

It was gentle yet needy, soft yet unyielding, and before I knew it I was in the midst of an orgasm when Anput strode in, her own bare stomach looking nothing like it used to, yet below looked all the same… and it felt the same too when she took Leone’s place the moment the Vampire was done.
