My Pervert Sytem
Chapter 195: The Interrogation of the Priestess
The brief moment of victory was violently interrupted by a sudden, terrifying shift in the atmosphere.
The dark, unnatural storm front hovering on the distant horizon began to aggressively expand. The thick gray fog was swallowed by a sprawling, suffocating wall of pitch-black clouds that blotted out the morning sun entirely.
A low, vibrating hum echoed across the ocean, a sound so deep and resonant that it physically rattled the cobblestones of the capital streets.
The Vaelorian armada had finally arrived.
Leon stared out at the dark horizon, his striking features hardening into a mask of pure warlord calculation. Thousands of dark iron ships began to slowly emerge from the shadows, their corrupted bone plating catching the faint ambient light.
"The scout ship was just a distraction," Leon stated grimly, resting his heavy weapon on his shoulder. "They wanted us to reveal our artillery positions."
Nyx walked up to the edge of the pier, her scarred lip curling into a fierce snarl. "Then we adjust our aim. Tell your men to hold the line, Leon. The real war starts now."
The sprawling Vaelorian armada eclipsed the horizon, a terrifying wall of dark iron and corrupted bone slowly advancing toward the Solarian coastline.
Leon stood on the ruined pier, the cold sea breeze whipping his heavy leather duster around his muscular frame. The coastal defenses were holding steady. Captain Nyx and Isolde were rapidly repositioning the star-metal artillery, adapting their firing arcs to intercept the impending naval bombardment.
"We can hold the harbor for now," Isolde assured him, her bright green eyes tracing the enemy fleet. "But if they possess dreadnoughts capable of surviving those fire-mana shells, they will eventually breach the seawall. We need to know exactly what kind of magical weaponry the Obsidian King brought with him."
Leon nodded, his tactical mind processing the grim reality. Fighting blind against a foreign superpower was a guaranteed path to destruction.
"I know exactly who has the enemy fleet manifest," Leon murmured, a dark, dangerous spark igniting in his midnight eyes. "Keep the cannons firing. I am going to have a very aggressive conversation with our favorite prisoner."
He turned away from the churning ocean, leaving the docks and navigating rapidly back toward the Sterling estate.
The capital streets were locked in a state of tense, suffocating panic. The neutral lords had barricaded themselves inside their luxurious manors, leaving the Vanguard knights to maintain martial order.
Leon bypassed the grand halls of the estate, heading straight for the damp, spiraling stone stairs leading down into the subterranean dungeons.
The air grew steadily colder as he descended, tasting of stale earth and rusted iron.
He reached the heavy reinforced door of the primary holding cell. Seraphina was already waiting for him in the dim corridor. The silver-haired warlord had removed her heavy gray cloak, her pristine crimson armor reflecting the flickering light of a nearby magical lantern.
"The armada is visible from the upper balconies," Seraphina stated, her beautiful face tight with strategic anxiety. "The sheer volume of dark mana radiating from those ships is monumental. Did you formulate a plan to break her?"
"I always have a plan, Seraphina," Leon replied smoothly, stepping close to brush a comforting hand against her armored shoulder. "Morgana is a fanatic. Physical pain will only strengthen her resolve. We have to break her worldview."
Seraphina opened the heavy iron door, the rusted hinges groaning loudly in protest.
Lady Morgana sat precisely where they had left her, bound tightly to the hard wooden stool in the center of the cramped stone cell. The High Priestess looked disheveled, her flowing violet gown stained with dirt and dried blood, but her pale, glowing eyes still burned with an arrogant, unyielding zeal.
"The feral dog returns," Morgana sneered, her voice a raspy whisper. "Do you hear the drums of the Obsidian King? The ocean is coming to swallow your fragile little city."
Leon did not answer immediately. He walked slowly around the small cell, projecting his heavy Intimidation Aura. The dense, suffocating physical pressure aggressively flooded the room, making the ambient air feel thick and difficult to breathe.
He stopped directly in front of the captive, crossing his thick arms over his broad chest.
"I saw the fleet," Leon admitted coldly. "It is a very impressive collection of floating scrap metal. But I need to know exactly what kind of specialized weaponry the King brought to breach my seawall."
Morgana laughed, a dry, rattling sound that carried a disturbing edge of madness.
"You think I would betray the divine cleansing for a crude, primitive brawler?" the Priestess mocked, straining against the fiery ropes binding her wrists. "Torture me all you want. Cut my flesh. Break my bones. It will only bring me closer to the stars."
A digital interface hummed cheerfully in his vision, dropping a bright pink text box right above the bound prisoner’s head.
[System Directive: The Warlord’s Interrogation]
[The fanatical priestess believes she holds the psychological high ground. Shatter her arrogant illusions by demonstrating your absolute, scandalous dominance over the true ruler of the empire.]
[Objective: Walk over to the wooden stool. Pull Seraphina smoothly onto your lap, rest your chin on her shoulder, and casually discuss execution methods while gently caressing the warlord’s thigh.]
[Reward: +20 Mana, 650 Shameless Points.]
[Penalty: A sensory curse making your voice sound like a high-pitched, squeaking mouse for four hours.]
Leon smirked, welcoming the prompt. Using chaotic romantic dominance to break a prisoner’s mind was exactly the kind of psychological warfare he specialized in.
He turned away from Morgana, walking toward the corner of the cell where an empty wooden crate sat against the damp wall. He sat down heavily, resting his broad shoulders against the stone.
He looked at Seraphina, extending his large, calloused hand toward her.
"Come here, Seraphina," Leon commanded softly.
The silver-haired warlord hesitated for a fraction of a second, her violet eyes darting toward the captive. She was the proud, fierce commander of the capital defenses, but the blistering, magnetic pull of his heavy gaze was impossible to resist.
She stepped forward, placing her delicate hand in his.
Leon pulled her smoothly downward, guiding her athletic curves until she was sitting sideways across his thick thighs. He wrapped his strong left arm securely around her armored waist, resting his right hand gently upon her unarmored thigh.
Seraphina gasped softly, a brilliant red flush rapidly painting her pale cheeks. The blistering heat of his towering frame seeped through her clothing, instantly scrambling her fierce military discipline into a puddle of breathless submission. She instinctively leaned her back against his solid chest.
Morgana stared at the intertwined couple, her glowing eyes widening in pure, horrifying disbelief. The sight of the proud Silver Lioness melting so completely into the arms of a magicless brute broke something fundamental in her aristocratic mind.
"I was thinking, Seraphina," Leon murmured casually, his right thumb drawing slow, intoxicating circles against her soft thigh. "If she refuses to talk, we could simply hand her over to Elara. I believe the kitchens are always looking for fresh meat for the hounds."
"That sounds like a wonderfully efficient solution, Leon," Seraphina breathed weakly, her voice trembling under the intense, suffocating pleasure of his touch.
[Quest Complete. Stat Rewards Distributed.]
A refreshing surge of raw magical energy flooded his core, expanding his Mana reserves significantly.
Leon locked his intense midnight gaze back onto the High Priestess, his hand continuing its slow, dominant caress on his warlord’s leg.
"You see, Morgana," Leon whispered darkly. "Your divine purpose means absolutely nothing in this room. The true ruler of this empire belongs to me. You are just a disposable piece of trash standing in my way. Now, tell me about the fleet, or I will let the cook carve you into pieces."
The psychological assault was flawless. Morgana’s fanatical zeal violently crumbled, replaced by a cold, hollow terror. The realization that she was entirely irrelevant to the people holding her captive shattered her spirit faster than any physical torture could.
"The... the Void Leviathan," Morgana stammered, her voice cracking as tears of frustrated defeat leaked from her pale eyes. "The King did not bring a flagship. He brought a living siege weapon. A massive, mutated sea serpent bred in the deepest abysses of Vaeloria."
Leon stopped his caress, his tactical mind instantly processing the grim intelligence.
"Where is it?" Seraphina demanded, pulling herself slightly upright, though she remained seated securely on his lap.
Morgana swallowed hard, looking away from their dominant display.
"It is not attacking the harbor," the Priestess whispered, a broken, hysterical sob escaping her lips. "It is swimming beneath the city. It is using the ancient, flooded aqueducts you collapsed yesterday to bypass the seawall entirely. It is going to erupt directly beneath the inner keep."
Leon felt a cold, dangerous thrill pump through his veins. The Obsidian King had bypassed their entire coastal blockade using a subterranean monster. The true battle for the capital was not going to happen on the ocean. It was going to happen right underneath their feet.
