Chapter 473 - 306: Rub, Rub, Rub (2)
"My sister went and asked my mom. When she heard, she was stunned. She called us both into her room and chewed us out. Then she hired a specialist to explain it to us, and that’s when we learned it was just a genetic trait. I’m like this, my sister is like this, and our mom is the same way. It’s not a disease at all."
Hehehe—
Chen Yuan pictured the two little girls thinking they had a terminal illness and hugging each other while crying. He couldn’t hold it in anymore. He buried his head in the pillow and laughed, his shoulders shaking uncontrollably.
’The sisters’ childhood really was interesting. Jiangg Yao’s jokester personality clearly started at a young age.’
His laughter earned him a smack.
Jiangg Yao slapped Chen Yuan’s shoulder, her lips pouting. Her annoyance was tinged with bashfulness.
"You’re still laughing!"
"I..." Chen Yuan tried hard to hold it in. "I didn’t mean to. It’s just that the image in my head was too funny... I’ll stop laughing."
He stubbornly pressed his lips together, forcing himself to be serious, but the smile crinkling the corners of his eyes was impossible to hide.
Yaoyao knew he would react this way after she told him.
After a moment, she couldn’t help it either. The two of them embraced and started laughing together. Their time together in the dim bedroom was so warm and blissful.
"It’s okay to be different from others. I think your body is perfect. Now that I know your secret, we’re the closest we can be," Chen Yuan soothed.
"I only told you mine. If you have any unknown secrets, Young Master, you have to trade one with me."
"Er... what am I supposed to say if I don’t have any?" Chen Yuan thought back. He really didn’t have anything particularly different about him growing up. While he always stood out in his class, his personality wasn’t very lively. His only unique trait was his rather delicate good looks, which made him popular with girls.
He said lightly, "Other than being better looking, I’m no different from other guys."
"Aren’t you ashamed saying that, Young Master? So narcissistic," Jiangg Yao huffed, turning her head away.
"Forget it, let’s not talk about me. But I’m really curious, what exactly is this special condition of yours like?"
In the dim bedroom, Chen Yuan’s eyes twinkled with curiosity as he stared into Jiangg Yao’s.
After a long moment, her face visibly turned as red as a boiled shrimp. She shifted her body to the side, looking wary.
"Curious my ass! You want to see? No way! Just telling you was a huge sacrifice for Yaoyao. I had to mentally prepare for so long." She nodded then shook her head as if confirming it to herself. "Nope! Not happening!"
"I’ll have to see it eventually. We’re going to get married and have babies, after all." Chen Yuan’s curiosity was now fully piqued.
"Then we’ll talk about it later."
"Is that so?"
Chen Yuan reached out and pulled the wary Jiangg Yao back. She tried to escape, but his arm was already wrapped tightly around her waist, making her struggles futile.
But he didn’t do anything else. His hands behaved, and he gently stroked Yaoyao’s hair.
"It’s okay. If you want to take it slow, we can take it slow. It’s not too late to talk about this whenever you feel the time is right... We’ll get to know each other eventually, maybe in a few days, or maybe in a few years. I will know you as well as I know my own body. I’ll learn every curve, every rise and fall; I’ll learn what makes you feel pain, pleasure, or tremble. In the end, there will be no you or me. Just us. Two lives, dependent on each other."
Given the progression of their relationship, it wouldn’t have been a problem even if Chen Yuan had been a bit more forward. Jiangg Yao still held onto a young girl’s shy reservations.
She would get angry, but she would also accept it.
Often, breaking through that final, hazy veil just required an uncontrollable impulse.
Chen Yuan’s magnetic voice, filled with restraint and affection, sounded beautiful and captivating in the silent night, and it was full of respect.
Suddenly, she felt that this reservation was no longer necessary.
Chen Yuan had taken a step back, but it felt as if he had taken a step closer.
"That was so romantic," she replied softly.
"I’m glad you like it."
"Aren’t you tired, Young Master?"
"Me? No. Do I sound tired?"
"No, I can’t say I did."
After that, they both fell silent for a while.
Jiangg Yao was thinking. Chen Yuan didn’t know what she was thinking about, but he felt that Yaoyao had something to say, so he waited patiently.
A moment later, she lifted her head slightly, pressing her rosy lips against his.
It was just a brief touch before she pulled away.
"Okay."
Jiangg Yao made her decision. Mustering her courage, she slowly pulled the blanket over them. Their warm breaths mingled in the extremely small space as they gazed at each other. The ambiguous atmosphere was inhaled and then exhaled, and it wasn’t just the air that was heating up, but their bodies as well.
"Then... help me, Young Master. I want to know what it feels like... to be pleasured by you..."
She turned her back to him.
Her long legs tensed.
Like a strait bordering a volcano, a watery mist bloomed in her exquisite eyes.
In that instant, both of their minds went blank.
「Wednesday, 7:30 in the morning.」
Chen Yuan was supposed to go to his morning class, but he woke up late. When he got up around six, his throat was killing him and his head felt muddled.
The temperature difference between day and night had been huge lately. He’d been sneezing several times last night but had gambled on not taking any medicine.
As a result, he woke up with a cold.
He got up and drank a cup of hot water, which made him feel a bit better. He wrapped himself in his blanket, intending to fall back into a deep sleep. But in his half-awake state, he remembered he had to get up for his morning class soon. It happened to be an overcast day, with dark clouds covering the sky. Even though it was morning, it was pitch-black outside his window, without a single ray of sunlight.
Chen Yuan couldn’t sleep soundly. He kept startling awake from a drowsy state, and when he checked his phone, only about five minutes had passed.
After hesitating for a moment, Chen Yuan squinted, unlocked his phone, and typed a one-handed message to Wei Zhen. He said he wouldn’t be coming in the morning and asked him to cover for him during roll call. Besides, he had a filler class in the afternoon—a two-hour joint lecture—so there was no point in wasting his time.
Only then did his anxiety fade. He glanced outside through the gap in the curtains, closed his eyes, and fell into a deep sleep.
...
That morning nap made Chen Yuan break out in a cold sweat. He got up and took a shower, which made him feel slightly better, but his nose was still stuffy.
Since he didn’t have to go to class, he, who usually felt so busy, was a little unaccustomed to the free time. He wandered around his apartment with nothing to do, then went to sit on the toilet for a bit.
He was incredibly bored.
Chen Yuan decided to go next door to see if Jiangg Ning had left breakfast before going to work. He also wanted to tease Jiangg Yao a bit. It had already been the day before yesterday since they had been intimate. Originally, he had wanted to test if his ’scumbag’ skills could really maintain a balance between dating two sisters. But when it came down to it, he couldn’t control himself, and his relationship with Jiangg Yao was progressing at lightning speed.
It had now reached a point where even when they weren’t together, their Green Bubble chats were almost non-stop, rivaling the sweetest phase of an online romance.
Having made up his mind, Chen Yuan pushed open the door to 1301. With a huge smile on his face, he started walking toward the bedroom.
As he entered the living room, he froze.
There was a busy figure by the dining table.
Wisps of hair fell softly at her temples. She was wearing a modest turtleneck sweater, and her long hair, usually worn down, was held firmly in place by a claw clip. An apron was tied around her waist, and her profile had a gentle glow.
She was intently squeezing ketchup onto a pristine white plate. Her indescribable aura was like a ray of bright light.
The only light on this overcast day.
"Oh? Chen, you didn’t go to class? I thought you left without eating breakfast. Hold on, I’ll go make you a plate."
’Who else could have such a unique aura?’
Jiangg Ning actually hadn’t left either. She was making breakfast for her sister.
"Okay..." Snapping back to his senses, Chen Yuan nodded.
He watched as Jiangg Ning quickly entered the kitchen and slid the glass door shut. The faint, fragrant smell of fried eggs filled the living room, evoking the warmth of home.
A wave of guilt quickly washed over Chen Yuan. He lowered his gaze, feeling a bit lost as he sat down on the sofa.
’He had been so clingy with Jiangg Yao these past few days that his time with Ningning had stagnated. Suddenly, Chen Yuan felt like a complete scumbag, disgusting even to himself.’
His original intention of going to wake Jiangg Yao up had completely dissipated.
