My Online Girlfriend Has a Twin Sister

Chapter 163 109: Just Fell in Love With the Same Person

He dragged himself out of bed, groggy and unable to tell what time it was…

Chen Yuan didn’t even open his eyes as he fumbled for his phone. After searching for a long while, he still hadn’t found it. Instead, his fingers brushed against a warm, soft cheek and long, disheveled hair.

Warm breath washed over his hand as the silky hair slipped weightlessly through his fingers.

He slowly opened his eyes, his gaze falling upon Jiangg Ning’s tranquil sleeping face.

So peaceful, yet possessing a heart-stopping beauty.

It made one want to carefully examine every part of her face—her delicate nose, her rosy lips, her eyes beneath fluttering lashes…

Chen Yuan couldn’t help but sigh in his heart. ‘How can she be so beautiful? Every single part of her is perfectly in line with my tastes.’

People tend to love their partners most at two times of day—in the early morning and late at night.

When the first rays of dawn filter into the bedroom and you slowly wake to see your girlfriend sleeping as peacefully as a kitten, your heart fills with the thought, ‘How can my girlfriend be so adorable!’

When the city’s myriad lights have been extinguished and night blankets the sky, you’re wrapped up with your girlfriend, listening to her sweet, wheedling voice, feeling her arms holding you tight. Your heart will feel the same way: ‘It’s so good to have her here.’

At that moment, Chen Yuan’s heart was pounding wildly.

It was then that the memories of yesterday came flooding back, and his cheeks instantly flushed red.

He’d been completely lost in the moment then, but looking back now, it felt incredibly embarrassing.

Their first time… such intimate contact, an indescribable excitement. Scene after scene flashed through his mind… Her sweet, clinging words, her clumsy movements, the eager anticipation in her eyes.

“This is the first time I’ve seen a real one.”

Her shy words seemed to echo in his ears.

There had been many moments that left one speechless and amused, but they’d managed to finish successfully in the end. Chen Yuan only remembered the feeling of floating on a cloud; in an instant, his whole body felt ethereal, and he couldn’t utter a single word.

Afterward, he had closed his eyes, one hand resting on his forehead.

Just breathing.

Jiangg Yao had not only washed her hands but had also helped clean him up. After a moment, she’d climbed into bed too, turning on her side to hold him as he lay there, so exhausted he was nearly asleep.

“Sleep now, Little Master.”

Chen Yuan could vaguely recall those being her last words. Not two minutes later, he had fallen asleep as if a witch had cast a spell on him.

For some reason, he found Yaoyao’s words before bed so gentle. It was as if they possessed a real power, warmly caressing him and guiding him softly into his dreams.

The night passed quickly. He had slept especially soundly.

He got up.

Now fully awake, Chen Yuan finally saw his phone. It was on the nightstand next to his laptop.

‘No wonder I couldn’t find it.’

With the curtains drawn, the bedroom remained so dim he could barely see. Even the corners of the large, soft bed were cloaked in hazy shadows. Chen Yuan had completely lost his sense of time. He only found out what it was after picking up his phone to look.

It was already nine in the morning.

He walked to the window and gently pulled the curtains aside, afraid of waking his sleeping girlfriend.

The rain outside had stopped. The tiered rows of trees around the hotel glowed with fresh greenery, rustling in the breeze. The gray clouds in the sky obscured the daylight, but they weren’t heavy, having thinned into scattered wisps.

It looked as if a single wave of a hand could make them scatter like mist.

“Ngh…”

Just as Chen Yuan stood with his hands on his hips, trying to sort through the jumble of thoughts in his head, a soft murmur came from the bed. He’d been so gentle with the curtains, but Jiangg Ning had woken up anyway.

“You’re up?”

Jiangg Ning sat up, an unconscious pout on her lips. She gave Chen Yuan a dazed look, then brushed a stray strand of hair from her face. Her cheeks were still warm and flushed, as if she were wearing blush.

Her dazed expression was incredibly cute.

“I just woke up. It’s so dark in here I couldn’t tell if it was night or day. Looks like it really is overcast… I guess the weather forecast was right for once. And here I was, hoping to wake up to some sunshine.”

“Hm? What time is it?”

Jiangg Ning reached for the glass on the nightstand and took a few small sips of water.

As she moved, a strap slipped from her shoulder, revealing a soft, smooth expanse of skin that immediately caught his eye.

“It’s nine.”

“We slept that long? No wonder my head feels a little fuzzy.” Jiangg Ning got out of bed, put on her slippers, and walked over to Chen Yuan. Squinting at the view outside, she said, “Since it’s overcast, let’s just stick with yesterday’s plan.”

“Okay!”

“Alright, I’m going to—”

Before Jiangg Ning could finish her sentence, Chen Yuan suddenly wrapped his arms around her from behind.

His long arms wrapped around her neck, and his body heat brought a pleasant warmth. The feeling of security in his embrace was indescribable.

“What’s this all of a sudden…?”

“Shh, let’s just hug for a bit… Just for a little while, then you can go get ready.”

“Alright, fine.”

Jiangg Ning patted Chen Yuan’s hand as if she were comforting a small child, her gentle touch full of affection.

They murmured idly to each other, their conversation drifting from one trivial topic to another.

Enjoying the serene morning together.

As they held each other, however, Chen Yuan suddenly kissed her on the cheek. Jiangg Ning was completely taken aback. “You said we’d just hug,” she asked, a little shyly. “Why’d you kiss my face…? Okay, stop messing around. Can we go get ready first and continue this later?”

“Nope. We can go later. No rush.”

“You can kiss me all you want after we’re ready. If we dawdle any longer, it’ll be noon.”

“Then let it be noon…”
