Jiangg Ning and Chen Yuan’s plane arrived at Sanya International Airport. Before they even deplaned, they were huddled together, heads touching, looking out at the scene outside. They glanced at each other, and both could see the helplessness in the other’s eyes.

“Yeah, we’re here for winter break.”

“I thought so. You two are a couple, right? Not bad, young man. Finding such a beautiful girlfriend, everyone else must be dying of envy.” The woman grinned, teasing them. Her teeth were slightly yellow, and in the dim light of the car, her smile looked exceptionally genuine.

“Oh, stop…” Jiangg Ning was overjoyed at the compliment, especially being praised as Chen Yuan’s girlfriend.

She snuck a peek at Chen Yuan, her cheeks flushing red.
