"It's a good thing President Wang was here to personally supervise. Otherwise, this camp wouldn't have been built even in another half-month," Chu Feng and Wushuang remarked with a sigh.

He now finally understood why some Martial Arts Families could develop so quickly.

You needed more than just people; you also needed money, capable individuals, and a strong network.

Otherwise, take the construction of this camp for example. With the Chu Family's own resources, it would have been incredibly difficult to build a camp of this size at the foot of the mountain.

In that same half-month, they probably could have only managed to build a small house for a few people at best.

"You're too kind. I only did what little I could," Wang Hong said with a smile.

"President Wang, you could have your subordinates handle this sort of thing in the future. Secretary Wang, for instance, is very capable," Chu Feng said.

Secretary Wang had also left a strong impression on Chu Feng.

That Secretary Wang was also very capable.

"How could I? For a ceremony this important, I'd only feel at ease supervising it myself," Wang Hong said with a smile.

Previously, Wang Hong had never even heard of a Martial Arts Grand Ceremony. All he knew was that there were many Martial Arts Families in the world, most existing beyond the mundane world and unknown to the public.

In fact, there was another reason why Wang Hong was so hands-on.

It was because his son had also joined the Chu Family and started his Cultivation of the Martial Dao. What's more, the Ancestor had personally named his son and brought him along.

Given the circumstances, how could Wang Hong not give it his all? He would only strive to do even more.

Though Wang Hong was based in Zhongnan City, he was an incredibly capable man. His company had dealings in a wide array of industries, and his network was extensive.

He was a huge asset to the Chu Family in many respects, especially by providing immense help for their re-emergence. As a result, the Chu Family held Wang Hong in high regard and entrusted him with handling many of their affairs.

When Chu Feng stepped into the prefabricated building, he was stunned.

'Good heavens. From the outside, it looked like a high-end prefab at best, but the inside was a world of its own.'

Inside, the decor was incredibly luxurious: chairs made of huanghuali rosewood, seats upholstered in genuine leather, valuable calligraphy and paintings on the walls, desks, air conditioners, space heaters, and more.

It was clear at a glance that everything was immensely valuable.

It was obvious Wang Hong had gone to great lengths for the Chu Family's camp.

Although most of them had reached a level of cultivation where they no longer felt the cold, having heat was still far more comfortable than going without.

Moreover, this was just a reception hall; there was an inner hall behind it.

After all, with so many Martial Arts Families attending the Martial Arts Grand Ceremony, it was inevitable that old acquaintances would drop by. This reception hall was a matter of face.

Compared to the camps of many other Martial Arts Families, the Chu Family's setup was downright opulent.

Stepping into the inner hall, he saw Chu Tianshan, Chu Wuji, and several Elders drinking tea, looking quite comfortable.

Power lines had already been set up at this location at the foot of the mountain, so there was no need to worry about electricity. And even if there weren't, Wang Hong would have pulled some strings to get power connected.

So, the entire room was brightly illuminated.

At this moment, everyone saw Chu Feng.

The entire party rose to their feet. Chu Tianshan said respectfully to Chu Feng, "Chu Tianshan of the Xixiang Chu Family greets Venerable Chu Feng."

"Chu Wuji greets Venerable Chu Feng," Chu Wuji quickly added.

The other Elders followed suit, leaving Chu Feng at a loss for words.

"What's with this? Has it been so long that you don't recognize me? Why are you all being so distant? Should I leave?" Chu Feng said with a smile.

"Ah, but this is the etiquette for the Martial Arts Grand Ceremony. You're a Martial Arts Venerable now. Anyone from any Sect must greet you with a respectful bow," Chu Tianshan said, a serious expression on his face.

"Cut the crap, there's no need for all this. You guys really know how to live it up, huh? Blasting the AC and drinking hot tea... Must be nice," Chu Feng said with an appreciative sigh, his eyes on the steaming cups on the table.

'If the Chu Family hadn't come out of seclusion and recruited some agents in the secular world, they could forget about drinking hot tea. It's debatable if they'd even have a place this large.'

"What can I say? These old bones of mine don't have many years left. I've got to enjoy things while I still can," the old man said with a sigh, sounding as if he were on his last legs.

"By the way, I've already arranged for someone to pick up your wife. She should be here later. Have a seat for now," Chu Tianshan continued.

"Chu Feng, are you staying in the Venerable Hall to the south now?" Chu Wuji asked.

"Yes. Have the Chu Family disciples compete in the southern section. That way, I can look out for them," Chu Feng said.

"Excellent. We were actually just about to bring that up with you. With you here, we can enjoy a little special treatment ourselves," Chu Tianshan said with a smile.

"It's just a pity... The Chu Family doesn't have many formidable members. Otherwise, we could have really put on a show at this Martial Arts Grand Ceremony. I have only myself to blame for the decision I made back then. If it weren't for that, the Chu Family wouldn't have fallen so low, lagging so far behind the other Martial Arts Families," Chu Tianshan added with a sigh.
