The route body’s Ridge leg moved six minutes before its Cairo hand decided to stand.

Ridge asphalt drove through the cultivation roof and lifted three occupied market stalls. Cairo’s sealed sample remained inside Mara’s box, still pointing at Meva Tal’s laboratory shift.

Twelve Wells ribs contracted around Tera’s school two hours later by local clocks.

All three movements occurred during one target-field bell.

A continuity ministry proposed one network pulse.

Every Array would mark zero when the next target bell rang. Local teams could then cut thirty-one limbs under a shared count.

Soma refused to publish the pulse.

Ridge issued it anyway through its private receiver test.

The signal reached two sites.

At Ridge, mechanic Osa Pell held an asphalt stop beside the route body’s knee.

Inside Meva’s laboratory shift, Beni Ora held a tray-drain shear beside its silver hand.

The common zero classified both men as one `ACTIVE SUPPORT KEEPER` because they occupied matching positions in the route body.

Osa’s right arm entered Beni’s shoulder.

Their bodies stayed in separate places. Each felt the other’s load. Osa’s fingers closed around a shear he could not see. Beni’s shoulder pulled against Ridge asphalt.

The route body used their combined relation to straighten one side.

Kestrel cut Ridge’s pulse transmitter.

The zero remained inside both men.

Rina asked current questions through separate channels.

Osa wanted his arm on Ridge ground and the asphalt stop released after he cleared.

Beni wanted his shoulder in the laboratory and the tray drain kept open until Meva moved the culture bucket.

Their wanted actions conflicted.

Both could still answer.

Ridge’s local keeper removed Osa’s job tag from the asphalt stop. Meva cut Beni’s laboratory shift mark from the drain handle. Tools retained local functions. The men lost the shared role.

Osa’s arm returned with two fingers dislocated.

Beni’s shoulder returned with a pressure cut where Ridge paint had crossed it.

The route body’s leg bent again.

One common pulse had injured two current workers and given the body a stronger support for twenty-two seconds.

Soma put their local sequences beside each other without aligning time.

Osa accepted the stop, felt a foreign shear, stated current direction, and lost the role.

Beni accepted the drain, felt Ridge load, stated current direction, and lost the role.

The order inside each life remained usable.

Their shared second did not.

Thirty-one sites dropped the proposed zero.

Kestrel mapped movement by local event pairs. A bearing could state `after north gate release` and `before second water bell`. It could not claim those events shared a minute with another Array.

Night Ground used local bells under its repeating sky.

Twelve Wells used well pressure and Juno’s half-released recoil pin.

Meva and Beni used tray shifts from before the city shields.

Tera used school water shares after her cistern fell.

Ridge used vehicle arrivals on a road with no western end.

Each team selected one physical bearing and one local stop.

Cairo’s bearing was the left sight shutter. Its stop belonged to two excavation keepers.

Ridge’s bearing was the vertical road edge. Its stop belonged to yard crews on opposite sides.

Twelve Wells used Recoil Pin Three. Juno’s replacement mechanic could release it after current witness.

The island used its southern rail under two neighborhood witnesses.

Night Ground kept eight bell stops and no combined ring.

Other sites chose valves, stairs, gates, rails, or household doors already used by current people.

No bearing existed only on a screen.

The route body continued assembling while they worked.

Its Cairo hand reached toward Mara’s box. Its Ridge leg stepped through a road arrival and left an empty truck embedded in cultivation tile. Twelve Wells ribs closed around a roof group and opened when local wall keepers released one block.

The body had no shared reflex.

Local cuts could interrupt one limb before another knew it had been hurt.

That weakness kept seven current groups alive during the next movement.

It also made one coordinated killing strike impossible.

Soma received three views of Tera’s school.

Meva’s laboratory aperture showed the ground before the school existed. White tray roofs covered the site. Ren Vos’s Pump Nineteen stood east of its later position.

Tera’s current aperture showed the school without a cistern. Twenty-three children occupied three roof groups. Nemi worked with two missing fingertips. Rilo carried delivered water bags.

A northern Array showed the school after its roof had fallen.

Black grass covered the pump yard. Stone markers stood where classrooms had been. Each marker carried a current school name.

The northern clock placed that view forty-three years after Tera’s water bell.

Tera saw her own marker.

It listed a death date six days from her current morning.

Rilo’s marker listed the same date.

Nemi’s listed seven days later.

The future view carried physical weather, moving insects, and one current old woman clearing blades from the markers. It was not a still record.

The old woman identified herself as Dena Morr.

Current Dena stood alive at the stone market on another aperture.

Future Dena answered questions about a school route Tera had not yet chosen. Current Dena could not remember those events and made no claim to them.

Rina kept both contacts separate.

Current Dena held up one of the water jars she had sent with Rilo before the market road vanished. A crack ran under its handle.

"When did this break?" she asked her older contact.

Future Dena lifted the same jar. Its handle had been replaced with wire.

"Rilo dropped it during the fourth roof move," she said. "You kept using it because the wire came from Mosi’s last kiln frame."

Current Dena had never seen that wire. Kiln Steps currently held the remaining frames.

The answer linked possible events and did not give present authority to the older woman.

Tera asked future Dena whether the marker date could be avoided.

"I buried bodies after a route chose this school," future Dena said. "I do not know every route you can choose now. Do not obey me because I lived through one."

Current Dena accepted the warning and no instruction.

Rina tested the view through a current object change. Tera moved one sealed water bag from Roof Group Two to Roof Group Three under separate keepers.

In the future view, one marker shifted from the east classroom to the pump yard. The death date stayed.

The view could update around current physical choices while preserving its claimed result.

That made it an active route pressure rather than a fixed archive.

"Future view is current to its own route," she said. "It is not a death order for Tera’s body."

The route body disagreed.

Its hospital ribs copied the marker dates and began closing around Tera’s current school.

Twelve Wells ribs entered Roof Group Two first. Eleven children found the hospital rail where their ladder had been. One patient bed appeared between them and Roof Group Three with no patient in it.

Tera refused the bed as treatment equipment. Rilo released the ladder before the ribs could classify every child as a future casualty.

The school needed a cut from two local times.

Tera would ring the third current water bell after all three roof groups reached Pump Nineteen’s stone line. Twelve Wells could release Juno’s Recoil Pin Three when its replacement mechanic saw the rib pass a white chalk mark.

Neither event shared a clock.

Children moved by roof group. Nemi held the pump frame with her palms. Current Dena opened a market mirror so Rilo could see the stone line from the opposite side.

At Twelve Wells, the replacement mechanic waited beside Juno’s unrecovered control platform. The route body’s rib crossed the chalk mark before Tera’s second bell by his local feed.

He held his release.

Releasing then would open the ribs around Roof Group Two and close them around the eleven children still moving.

Tera rang twice.

The last group reached Pump Nineteen.

She rang three.

The sound arrived at Twelve Wells after the rib had crossed the mark and before South Cistern’s next wall movement.

The mechanic pulled Recoil Pin Three.

Hospital ribs opened around the current school. The empty patient bed fell through the cultivation roof. All twenty-three children retained current contact.

The future view remained.

Its markers now stood around Pump Nineteen rather than the collapsed classroom.

Future Dena watched them move and gave no victory claim.

The northern aperture printed every current school resident under one line.

`DEAD BEFORE NEXT SEVENTH WATER BELL.`
