Chapter 65: How dare you bastards touch my junior!"

"Bastard!" A growl ripped from Himanshu’s throat.

​The guy standing next to him sprang into action. But before he could even launch an attack... Himanshu quickly swung his leg and kicked him right between the legs with all his might.

​"Aargh!" The guy screamed in agony and dropped straight to his knees.

​Before Himanshu could even steady himself, the third guy’s fist suddenly slammed right into his jaw. The punch came so fast that Himanshu didn’t even see it coming.

​He stumbled and crashed straight into the table next to him. The cups on the table smashed onto the floor, and coffee spilled everywhere.

​"Stop it!"

Maya, his senior, ran over screaming.

​The exact thing Himanshu was afraid of had finally happened.

​Himanshu wiped the blood trickling from the corner of his lips with the back of his hand, leaving a red smear across his face.

He barely tried to get back on his feet... when the third guy twisted his arm behind his back and slammed his face hard against the table again.

​That tall, bulky guy stood up, rubbing his jaw. And right along with him, his other five buddies surrounded them. Only the sixth guy was still on his knees, groaning in pain.

It all happened in the blink of an eye. No one even had time to process it.

​"Let him go!"

His senior rushed in and started pulling at the third guy’s arm. Fear and anger were rising fast on her face. But the guy just tightened his grip on Himanshu. Seeing Himanshu struggle and his senior look so helpless, a disgusting smile spread across the thug’s face.

​"Let him go, bastard... or you’ll regret it!"

Furrowing her brows, his senior screamed again.

​Himanshu never expected to hear those words from his senior’s mouth. She had left her calm and gentle personality far behind, bringing out who she truly was on the inside for everyone to see.

​Going crazy with anger, she grabbed a kettle of hot coffee resting nearby and smashed it right over that guy’s head.

​Thrashing and screaming instantly, the guy started frantically wiping the boiling coffee off his body. His burning shriek echoed through the whole cafe.

​Himanshu’s wide eyes just stared at the guy. Who knew that a person who always wore such a sweet smile on her face could actually do something like this?

The senior’s body was completely still, as if she had done all this in her full senses. There was no trace of fear on her face anymore; she was just glaring at them with a blank, terrifying look.

​Seeing this, the other five guys first took off their buddy’s clothes and wiped off the hot coffee. The fire of anger and the humiliation of being insulted in front of so many people was clearly visible in their eyes. They were ready to do anything now. From their heavy breathing, it looked like they were ready to snap and destroy everything at any moment.

​Standing in front of them were six well-built guys. Anyone looking at them could tell that getting into street fights was their daily job. 𝑓𝑟ℯℴ𝓂

And against them... was a girl who currently looked a bit crazy (the senior) and a weak boy who had probably never punched someone this hard in his entire life.

​Gritting his teeth, Himanshu realized his mistake, because he had dragged his senior into this massive mess too.

His eyes kept darting toward the kitchen door. He started to realize that there was no one behind that door. This gave him a little relief, because the demon’s secret could still stay hidden from the world. In this situation, he absolutely didn’t want the demon to come out and show her powers.

​But he couldn’t let his senior get hurt because of his stupidity either.

After that scream, most of the people nearby had already run away. Because they realized that anything could happen here now.

And the few people who were left wanted to help, but looking at those guys’ bulky bodies, no one dared to step forward. After all, nobody wanted to make enemies for no reason.

​Looking at those thugs’ faces, Himanshu realized in a split second that he had finally done it... the very thing he always tried to avoid.

He always thought fighting was just a trashy way to satisfy your ego. But this time, he didn’t even realize when he ended up breaking his own rule!

Maybe he never broke it at all. Because this fight wasn’t about ego. This fight was a punishment for messing with someone he cared about.

Now Himanshu truly understood why people reach the point of killing or getting killed. Why they just can’t hold themselves back.

​Clenching his fingers, Himanshu’s eyes were still locked on those guys, who were now glaring straight at his senior.

Maybe those guys... didn’t see any difference between hitting a guy and a girl.

​The anger in Himanshu’s eyes hadn’t cooled down yet. He still wanted to smash that tall guy’s face in. Even if he had to get beaten up badly for it.

But this situation wasn’t about fighting anymore; it was about saving his innocent senior.

​Just then, those frustrated, anger-filled faces stepped toward them quickly, cracking their knuckles.

Taking one step back, Himanshu tightened his body. His entire focus was just on stopping them from getting past him.

​Right then... a gust of wind brushed past Himanshu’s ear from behind.

He felt a very strong, heavy grip on his shoulder. It felt like someone had suddenly put their entire body weight onto his shoulder.

​The very next second...

That tall, bulky guy coming from the front flew backward through the air and crashed right into the other five guys behind him!

Blood dripping from his nose fell onto his shirt and splattered straight onto the floor. The guys around him bumped into the tables behind them while trying to catch him.

​Seeing this terrifying scene, Himanshu’s breath caught in his throat. He couldn’t even blink his eyes.

Until today, he had only seen such a perfect jumping kick straight to the nose in manga and movies!

​Himanshu finally understood the real meaning behind his senior’s "you’ll regret it" line.

​The senior standing up in front... now looked like a sharp, slender sword to Himanshu, one that could chop anyone’s head off in the blink of an eye. Her posture didn’t belong to an innocent and polite girl anymore... it looked like that of a dangerous fighter who treated a do-or-die game like a complete joke.

Now Himanshu understood exactly what gave her the guts to open this cafe all by herself.

​"How dare you bastards touch my junior!"

​If Himanshu wasn’t standing right in front of her, he would never have believed that this voice belonged to that same sweet girl.

​These words made it absolutely clear to Himanshu that the demon hadn’t clashed with these guys in the cafe, but somewhere else. Otherwise... the scene he was witnessing today would have happened yesterday itself.

​The condition of the people around the cafe was just like Himanshu’s. The same people who were standing there like cowards before, now had excitement clearly showing on their faces. If nothing else, they had secretly pulled their phones out of their pockets to start recording.

​Seeing this, the senior stepped back a little and bent her waist, getting into a stance.

But a moment later... looking at those guys, she straightened her back and tensed up again.

​Because the exact thing Himanshu was afraid of was happening right in front of his eyes.

Those guys had picked up the nearby knives, sharp forks, spoons, and broken pieces of plates in their hands.
