My Disciples Grind, I Get 100x Their Progress
Chapter 143: Secret Meeting 2
One year of ceaseless wandering and finally two years of enlightenment that made everything clear, and opened a path for Ilunia, who had fallen into a long chaos.
After what had happened, after she heard that her Master was apparently no longer in this world, Ilunia immediately understood why she hadn’t been able to find her Master.
It was because she had only been trying to find her master in this world, never considering the possibility that her Master might already be in a completely different place.
For that reason, without any clues, Ilunia disappeared from the face of that world itself. She no longer showed herself, and only told Kina and Ariel that she would be going very far away, and with some convincing reasons, Ilunia was able to leave in peace.
Of course, Kina was probably the most stubborn one and tried to stop her from going. Thinking back on it, it was a rather sad scene, Kina looking just as broken, afraid that something might also happen to Ilunia on that journey.
Ilunia began to wonder, how had her past self been able to convince the stubborn Kina?
She didn’t remember, but what was certain was that the journey itself never went well either. A wandering full of bad events.
With Aclyris making sure she stayed safe, Ilunia visited all kinds of worlds.
A world with creatures that were a mix of kangaroo and horse, a world with monkeys that had Griffin wings, and all kinds of worlds with different life and conditions.
Each of those worlds looked terrible, not because those worlds lacked natural beauty or strange creatures, but because Ilunia gained a much clearer view of invasion.
Worlds that were in a far worse state than the world Ilunia came from.
Where Breaches opened everywhere, Invaders came from every side and caused destruction, a certain race had even been scattered, with many of them beginning to survive by searching for worlds to settle through Breaches.
On that journey, Ilunia learned many things, her mind grew stronger as time went on, and even her own power was built with a power that came from something extremely rare, thanks to Aclyris’s help.
One year passed and Ilunia still hadn’t found anything about Julian. Not until, at the start of the second year, she finally received a prophecy that gave her enlightenment.
When Julian met his third disciple, at that time, something drastic would happen to Julian’s growth.
Ilunia recalled a sentence she herself had once said, and together with the prophecy she saw, a prophecy that awakened something long buried inside her body.
"Ah. So that’s what happened."
That day, Ilunia was in terrible condition. Her hair was disheveled, her clothes were covered in dust, and she refused to stop moving.
Fortunately the prophecy came and changed everything, verifying many things.
Julian was still alive together with his third disciple, somewhere Ilunia herself couldn’t reach because of so many factors.
After learning all of that, Ilunia’s purpose finally became clear after so long. The first thing she did was return, meet Kina, and tell Kina the joyful news.
Afterward, she steered the Cult that worshipped Julian in a better direction, by spreading and providing a great deal of help using her prophecies.
Gradually, Ilunia indoctrinated every human in the Safe Zone. She didn’t manage to indoctrinate everyone, but still, very many now held that belief.
Ilunia didn’t tell them that Julian was the figure they worshipped, and instead Ilunia only vaguely said that this figure was the one and only savior.
In short, Ilunia’s journey could be explained in a few brief summaries.
She wandered, found enlightenment about Julian, built a cult, and in the end prepared many things and herself, up to this point.
***
Ilunia was currently in another world. To be exact, she was in a world where chaos was unfolding, and that chaos could of course be said to be caused by Breaches and Invaders.
As Ilunia walked out past the banner used as the door of a dwelling hut, she could immediately sense something unique around her.
The air felt a little too dry, the ground she stepped on was slightly soft beneath her feet, and the voices of the inhabitants of that world voiced their worries in the language they spoke.
Ilunia was in a world where the Dwarf Race lived.
"Oh! That’s the Oracle! Quickly, bow your heads!"
When one of the dwarves noticed Ilunia’s presence, that dwarf immediately reminded the others and they bowed their heads with deep respect.
Each of them looked at Ilunia with great reverence. In this world, where this Dwarf Race was in a terrible state and dying, Ilunia’s presence, having come to help them, was like a lifeline dropped from the top of a cliff to the dwarves below.
Ilunia smiled sweetly, lifting her face slightly upward as though she could see the sky.
"By the glory and permission of ’Him’, I have received a vision to help you. So, I want to ask you, are you willing to kneel before Him, worship Him, and surrender yourselves to Him?"
One month was enough time.
Ilunia acted as an Oracle, an emissary of a God, spreading many teachings, indoctrinating them and showing her prophecies by the permission given by a God.
With all of that, Ilunia succeeded in winning the Dwarves over to her side, making them kneel, making them worship the figure Ilunia worshipped.
And in the end, all of this would arrive at only one thing, the glory of the figure she worshipped.
Ilunia never grew bored, never failed to feel her heart race, she always felt that long waiting, like a thirst that could never be satisfied.
The dwarves bowed their heads even lower. Ilunia didn’t need the ability to see to know they had done so, because their voices already said everything.
"We will worship ’Him’. Surrender ourselves to Him, and together with ’Him’ we will attain the salvation we desire."
Ilunia’s smile curved even wider.
She nodded in satisfaction, touching a communication device in her hand.
’Ah, right, tonight, I suppose I should hold that meeting.’
