Chapter 140: Organising Loot
Chapter 140: Organising Loot
~ Few Minutes Earlier ~
The Eternal Ruins had been far more rewarding than West initially realized. Between what he personally picked up and what others gathered, he had accumulated a small treasure hoard.
He cracked his neck and leaned forward.
“Alright… let’s see what we actually got.”
One by one, he began pulling items from his inventory.
The first item hovered slightly as the system automatically scanned it.

West turned the silver ring slowly between his fingers.
“Stores time?”
He remembered this and how it sounded extremely vague but now that he was back, be could finally try to figure out how it worked.

“That’ll be useful.”
With Jax possessing ice-related abilities through his branch, this item might be perfect for him. He’d just need to find one of those awakened establishments that specialised in crafting.
He placed it aside in a “Potential Jax Equipment” pile.

“…Yeah.”
This was a treasure trove but testing most of these inside the apartment would be stupid snd too dangerous so he stood up.
“I know where to go.”
He packed the items into his inventory and headed toward the abandoned industrial site he used for training.
…
…
Monday morning arrived quietly and today there was no school.
After everything that had happened during the school trip to the Eternal Ruins, the administration had given students an extra day to recover before classes resumed.
But West wasn’t resting.
Far from it.
At an abandoned industrial site on the outskirts of the city, the sound of clashing metal and cracking ice echoed through the empty structures.
The place had long been deserted with rusted warehouses, broken conveyor belts, and cracked concrete yards stretched across the area. It was perfect for training. No civilians. No interruptions.
In the center of the open yard, two battles were taking place simultaneously.
“Again!” West called out.
Aurethia Sol’Vael moved like silver lightning.
