Chapter 796: Last And Final Warning

Chapter 796: Last And Final Warning

The estate of the Drake Clan looked peaceful—people going about their tasks, shops open, customers lining up as if nothing had happened.

But beneath this thin veil of normalcy, the Drake Clan was far from healed. In truth, it was teetering on the edge of collapse. The losses they suffered were not minor; they were devastating. The backbone of the clan had been shattered.

The culprit? None other than the Blank Clan. They had orchestrated a ruthless, precise ambush that killed the Clan Head Enzo, his son Denise, and several of the most important elders. At least, that’s what Matriarch Scyla believed with unwavering certainty.

The actual details of their deaths remained a maddening mystery. How could an entire elite unit vanish without a trace? How had the Blank Clan managed to eliminate them so cleanly? And Enzo—his corpse had a single mark on his chest, indicating he was killed with a single blow.

No one in the Blank Clan was known to be strong enough to kill someone like Enzo in just one strike. His body was strong—strong enough to crush ordinary cultivators like ants. For someone to punch through him like that… it bordered on the impossible.

“What’s the report on the scouting? Have they managed to infiltrate the Blank Clan’s estate yet?” Matriarch Scyla asked with a voice as cold as steel, her expression void of warmth.

“Unfortunately, our scouts failed again. The Blank Clan’s estate is too tightly guarded. They’ve strengthened the security. And… the entire estate is now covered with intricate barrier formations. Even the smallest movement is picked up instantly.”

The elder spoke with a sigh, his shoulders slumped in defeat.

“Useless…” Scyla spat in disgust. “They killed our Clan Head, our heir, our elders. And what do we do in response? Nothing! We have so many so-called ’talented’ people, yet not a single one of them can even step inside the enemy estate without pissing their pants!”

Her voice rose in fury, her hands trembling with restrained rage. The weight of their failure burned in her gut like fire.

“The situation has changed, Matriarch. Their estate has become like a fortress. It’s not as simple as it was before. Our men are trying their best—”

“Enough!” Scyla cut him off, her voice sharp enough to slice skin. “I don’t need excuses. I want results. Or would you prefer to join the dead and apologize to our ancestors from the grave?”

“I-I’m sorry, Matriarch…” The elder’s voice cracked as he bowed deeply, shame filling every word.

Meanwhile, high above the Blank Clan’s estate, Yuan floated silently in the sky, his arms crossed and his eyes cold. He gazed down at the estate like a god looking upon an ant colony.

“This is the first and last warning I’ll ever give to the Blank Clan,” he muttered, voice filled with quiet malice. “If they don’t listen…”

A faint smile tugged at his lips—chilling, unkind, and laced with the promise of destruction.

“…then I’ll turn this entire city into a crater. And no one—no elder, no hidden expert, no barrier—will stop me.”

He closed his eyes slowly, then exhaled.

And in that instant, he released the full extent of his cultivation—Peak Spirit Lord Realm.

A tremendous burst of spiritual pressure exploded from him, roaring across the sky like a tsunami. Shockwaves surged outward violently, and the entire Drake Clan estate felt it at once. The sky trembled. The earth quaked. Windows shattered. Birds dropped from the sky.

Panic spread like wildfire.

As soon as the pressure descended upon the Drake Clan estate, all the ordinary people instantly fell unconscious — including high-ranking Mages and Magic Warriors.

Even the Clan Elders dropped to their knees without warning. They struggled to rise but were ruthlessly crushed by the overwhelming force pressing them into the ground.

Bones cracked, organs ruptured, and blood seeped from mouths and nostrils. Panic quickly spread among the conscious few.

“W-What the hell is this pressure?!”

“It feels like an entire mountain is pressing down on us!”

“Did we offend one of the gods from the High Heaven?!”

The Elders cried out in disbelief, gritting their teeth as they fought against the invisible weight — but it was all in vain. They couldn’t even twitch a finger.

“W-Who the hell is releasing such power on my clan?! What kind of grudge do they hold to take things this far?!”

Matriarch Scyla roared inside her mind, frustration seeping into every fiber of her being as blood trickled from the corner of her lips. The pressure was literally destroying her from the inside, and no matter how much she resisted, she remained helpless.

She prided herself on being on par with Enzo’s strength, and yet now, she couldn’t even lift her head.

’Is this… connected to the Blank Clan?! Could it be… the one responsible for the death of my husband and son?!’

A terrible realization struck her heart like ice-cold lightning. Her expression twisted in horror.

’T-This must be it! Otherwise, why would someone unleash such unimaginable pressure so suddenly?!’

Her teeth clenched in rage, her eyes burning red as hatred surged within her.

The one responsible for destroying her family was now standing in her clan’s territory — and yet, she was completely powerless to retaliate.

For the first time in her entire life, Matriarch Scyla felt insignificant. Worthless. A weakling.

She had always looked down on others from above, but now she was the one groveling in the dirt.

The rage she felt toward herself was unbearable.

Then, a voice echoed throughout the Drake Clan’s estate.

It wasn’t a scream. It wasn’t a roar.

It was a calm, composed, young man’s voice — yet it rang louder than thunder, more terrifying than death.

“Drake Clan… This is my first and final warning. If you ever dare to mess with the Blank Clan again… I will erase this entire place from the face of the world.”

It was as if the voice alone carried a power that could obliterate the Drake Clan without effort. It sounded like the decree of a Divine Being—an existence so mighty that even their words wielded an unseen force capable of shaking the foundation of an entire clan.

Everyone in the Drake Clan heard it.

They broke into cold sweats, and several collapsed into unconsciousness under the sheer weight of that voice.

“That should do it. I hope they don’t overlook my warning and continue with their little revenge plan,” Yuan muttered with a light sigh and a faint smile before soaring off toward the harbor, where his wives and the rest were already waiting.

Meanwhile, chaos had consumed the Drake Clan.

People rushed about, tending to the wounded and unconscious. Healers scrambled from place to place, while others shouted commands, their voices filled with urgency and dread.

At the heart of it all, Matriarch Scyla sat frozen on her seat. Her expression was unreadable. Eyes wide, she stared blankly at one spot, disbelief etched deep into her face.

“W-What the hell was that pressure…?! How could someone like him exist in the Blank Clan?!” Scyla muttered. Her voice trembled—something it had never done before. The sensation that voice had brought was unlike anything she had ever known.

It had sent a chill crawling down her spine. For the first time in her life, she had trembled in fear.

“Just what did that idiot husband of mine do… to provoke someone so terrifying?” she wondered, sighing deeply as her heart sank in silent defeat. She had never felt this useless before.

Just then, a knock at the door snapped her from her thoughts.

She quickly composed herself, hiding the turbulence within, and said in a calm but commanding tone, “Come in.”

A Clan Elder entered and gave a deep bow. “Matriarch, the situation is worse than we feared. We request your permission to use 200 healing potions. Many of our Magic Knights have suffered severe internal injuries from the pressure.”

He continued, “Our healers can’t do much for them. Only the potions will work.”

Scyla’s eyes narrowed. “What about the citizens? Are they alright?”

Her voice carried concern. While she had expected casualties among her fighters, the thought of her people suffering weighed more heavily on her.

“The citizens are stable,” the Elder replied quickly. “Most were just knocked unconscious. No one among them has sustained physical injuries.”

“I see…” Scyla nodded, her expression tight.

Despite appearing composed, pain gnawed at her from within. She herself had suffered internal injuries from the pressure—blood had surged through her chest, though she kept it hidden behind her calm facade.

The Elder paused after observing her silently for a moment. Then he asked, “Matriarch, how shall we proceed? Do we cancel the infiltration mission into the Blank Clan?”

“The Blank Clan, huh? I don’t think we should continue with the mission for now. We’ve already lost many people, including my husband and son. It’s better to increase our strength first before thinking about revenge.”

“In that case, I’ll send a message to the clan members and call them back,” the Elder nodded and left the chamber immediately.

Meanwhile, Yuan reunited with his women and the others at the harbor, where many ships were anchored.

Merchants bustled about, collecting and transporting goods to the Beast Continent — rare minerals, spices, and monster materials. The harbor was alive with activity, and the exotic seafood market stood out, filled with countless stalls offering every kind of seafood imaginable.

People at the harbor seemed to love seafood, as it dominated nearly every corner of the marketplace.

“Should we buy some seafood to cook later?” Anna Grace asked Yuan with a smile, her eyes gleaming at the wide variety.

“Since we’re already here, I don’t see why not. Let’s get some — we’ve got no issues with money right now,” Yuan replied, smiling as he walked toward a store that had an impressive display of seafood.

After buying everything they wanted, Yuan and his wives flew toward the Beast Continent on their junior flying swords. Selvariel followed behind them, flying on her own since she had no choice but to stay with Yuan and his group.

They moved at an astonishing speed, and from the sky, they could see many things beneath the ocean. Along the way, they spotted powerful sea monsters—some as massive as two elephants.

These sea beasts were the main reason why most people avoided crossing the ocean in small ships. One attack from such creatures could easily destroy a vessel lacking strong defense or speed.

After flying in a straight line for a few hours, land finally came into view on the distant horizon.
