Chapter 212: Night Out

She possessed pitch black hair that cascaded around her shoulders like silk, a pristine face that seemed carved by divine hands, and a striking pair of pure, milky white eyes that seemed to look right through the screen. Her presence was cold and godly.

Headmistress Amelia of Aether Blessed Academy.

"Greetings, students and professors of Aether Blessed Academy," the Headmistress spoke, her smooth, regal voice echoing through the banquet hall. It was calm but powerful.

"I have monitored the entire tournament from the capital. You have brought immeasurable glory to our institution. The empire is proud of you. I am proud."

Her white eyes shifted across the screen, locking directly onto Lynx, who was sitting back on the couch with a lazy, amused grin, his arm around Ophelia.

"And to you, Lynx Azarion," Headmistress Amelia added, a subtle, extremely rare smile touching her lips. Some professors gasped because she almost never smiled when she talked, and this is the second time a smile has graced her lips when she’s talking to Lynx.

It was a historic moment. "I told every important person, that sending you was all we needed to secure victory. You did not disappoint. You proved me right."

Lynx raised his drink toward the screen, hollering casually, "You know I always deliver, Headmistress! Trophy is here! Mission complete!"

A light chuckle rippled through the room at his bold, unfiltered tone. Only Lynx amongst the students and most professors could speak to the Headmistress like that. Respect but not Afraid.

The Headmistress’s expression then turned slightly more serious as she dropped a major announcement. "Enjoy your celebration tonight, but prepare for departure. The King of the Aether Empire has personally requested an audience with Lynx Azarion. You are to begin your journey back to the royal capital first thing tomorrow morning. The royal carriage will be waiting. This is a direct royal summons."

Gasps of awe swept across the banquet hall.

"The King himself wants to meet Lynx?!" a Year 3 student whispered in disbelief. His mouth was open.

"That’s the highest honor in the entire empire!" another added. "Only very Legendary Blessed meet the King directly."

Headmistress Amelia’s white eyes swept across the room, briefly lingering on Isabel, who was sitting near the front, holding a chicken leg.

Amelia knew all about Lynx’s secret, wild scandals and his rapidly growing harem of beautiful women, but she chose to completely ignore Isabel’s presence on screen, maintaining her professional posture. She did not mention it.

"Travel safely. I shall await your arrival at the capital," Amira concluded, and with a soft flash of light, the ice projection faded away. The ice mirror melted into mist.

The banquet hall exploded into chatter once more. The students surrounded Lynx’s table, offering endless congratulations about his upcoming meeting with the King before returning to their drinks and dancing.

A few minutes later, Eleanor Haleborn and her four elite enforcers, Layla, Iris, Rhea, and Nadia, stood up from their private booth and walked over to Lynx’s couch. They were all in elegant evening dresses, looking like queens.

Lynx looked up, a smooth smirk on his face. "Ready to go, girls? The night is still young."

Eleanor offered a graceful nod. "We promised you a night out, Lynx. We don’t break our word. We are ready to go whenever you are."

Ava looked at Lynx with a teasing smile, holding his hand tighter. "So... you’re abandoning us for the Year 4 elites tonight? You are leaving your girlfriends?"

Lynx chuckled, leaning down to press a warm, lingering kiss onto Ava’s lips, before doing the same for Ophelia, Lira, and Kira. He kissed each of them slow and deep. "I’ll be right back, princess. Don’t miss me too much. Keep the bed warm for me."

Eira, sitting nearby, crossed her arms and let out a dramatic sigh. "You unfaithful boyfriend! Out gallivanting with five senior beauties at once! You have no shame at all! Shameless!"

Lynx burst out laughing, winking at Eira. "You know you love me anyway, Eira. You are just jealous you are not coming!"

Eleanor, Layla, Iris, Rhea, and Nadia watched the playful exchange without showing any negative reactions.

In the high society structure of the empire and beyond, powerful Blessed men having multiple companions was far from unheard of.

Most noble women simply preferred staying with one partner, but Lynx Azarion was clearly an absolute anomaly who broke every standard rule and got away with it.

"Let me grab my jacket," Lynx said, standing up and sliding his black leather coat over his shoulders. His tall frame and broad shoulders made the coat look perfect. "Let’s go show the Void capital what a real party looks like. This city has not seen anything yet."

——-

Leaving the roaring atmosphere of the 7-star hotel behind, Lynx strolled out into the crisp night air of the Void Empire’s capital city.

Flanked by the five most gorgeous and powerful female students of Aether Blessed Academy. The night air was cool and smelled like flowers and mana.

Having spent several weeks in the city during the tournament phases, Lynx already knew the premier entertainment districts. He knew the best rooftops, the best lounges, the best quiet parks. Mainly because of Amira and Isabel.

The imperial capital was a dazzling metropolis illuminated by towering mana stone neon signs, floating crystal displays, and grand stone archways. The buildings were tall and made of dark stone and glass.

Lights floated in the air like stars. As the six of them walked down the wide, marble paved pedestrian boulevards, virtually every single person passing by froze in their tracks. They stopped and stared.

Because they were Blessed individuals, Eleanor and her squad radiated a natural, faint golden glow from their flawless skin and they were impossible beauties.

Combined with Lynx’s more prominent glow, devastatingly handsome face, heterochromatic eyes, and tall, broad shouldered physique, they looked like a group of deities descending upon a mortal town. They did not look real.

"Look! Isn’t that Lynx Azarion?!" a young woman shrieked from across the street, grabbing her friend’s arm. Her eyes were wide.

"It is! The Champion of Aether! Oh my god, it’s him!"

"And he’s with Eleanor’s squad! All five of them!"

Dozens of citizens and visiting tourists gathered at a respectful distance, taking quick photos with their hPhones and hPads.

Lynx didn’t mind the attention at all, he casually waved toward a group of blushing teenage girls who squealed in excitement, before turning his attention back to his companions. The girls blushed red.

They visited a high end rooftop park overlooking the entire lit up city, where rare glowing flowers bloomed under the moonlight.

The flowers glowed blue and purple. The view showed the whole capital, lights stretching to the horizon. The conversation flowed effortlessly, filled with Lynx’s constant, magnetic teasing.

"So, Nadia," Lynx murmured smoothly, slowing his pace so he was walking directly alongside the voluptuous Earth affinity user.

His heterochromatic eyes unabashedly drifted down, openly admiring the unbelievable, massive curve of her round ass stretching her fitted skirt with every step. He did not hide it.

"I have to admit... your proportions are genuinely dangerous. You could kill a man just by walking."

Nadia felt his heavy, penetrating gaze on her lower body and stiffened instantly. Her face flushed with a deep, radiant heat as she turned her head to glare at him, crossing her arms tightly over her heavy bust. Her breath got faster.

"You really are a completely shameless pervert, Azarion!" Nadia grumbled, though her voice lacked any real malice or anger. She tried to sound angry. "Can you stop staring at my behind for five seconds? Have some respect!"

"Why would I stop looking at perfection?" Lynx chuckled effortlessly, stepping a inch closer until his shoulder brushed hers. He could feel her warmth. "You’re built better than a mountain, Nadia. It’d be a crime not to appreciate it. The goddess made you like this for a reason."

Layla Solara let out a loud, beautiful laugh from the front, her crimson hair fluttering in the night breeze. "He’s got you there, Nadia. You can’t blame him for having good eyes. You do have a killer figure. Own it."

"Layla, don’t encourage him!" Nadia huffed, her face turning even redder, though her lips twitched into a subtle, reluctant smile as she held her pillow soft posture. She liked the compliment but would not admit it.

Iris Nightglow walked on Lynx’s other side, her sleek black hair falling past her waist.

Every time Lynx glanced at her, remembering how flustered she had gotten when he whispered against her neck in Eleanor’s office, Iris quickly looked away, biting her lip to hide her warm blush. Her heart was pounding.

Rhea Dawnwhisper casually walked beside Eleanor, letting out a soft chuckle as she watched Lynx completely break down Nadia’s cold, defensive facade with zero effort.

While they walked toward an exclusive, high tier lounge reserved for VIPs, Lynx mentally opened his internal system interface to see his updated stats. The translucent blueish screen appeared in his mind.
