Chapter 999 - 998: No Matter How You Are, I Love You

After visiting the hospital multiple times, all the examinations were just the beginning. No woman enjoys this, not to mention the reactions that start to appear later.

Having lost the use of her legs, she walked through the gates of hell at the hospital time and again. How could she like going there!

She didn’t want to go, but she wanted even more to give the man she loved a child.

Ethan Grant responded to Serena Sullivan’s words earnestly, reaching out to hold her tightly.

"Serena, I’ll do whatever you say."

Ethan said again, pulling Serena into a tight embrace.

When it came to having a child, Ethan truly didn’t want Serena to endure this hardship, but she desired it. If he didn’t go along with her wishes, he feared she’d feel even worse.

Afterward, Ethan adjusted his work schedule to make more time to accompany her to the hospital for the subsequent procedures.

While Serena was in the hospital, Finn Chandler happened to come by for a prenatal check-up.

"Serena, why not come over to the Ford Family for a meal? The dishes are really delicious."

Julian, who accompanied Finn, spoke gently, "Your complexion has improved a lot compared to before."

"Besides, some extra weight is good."

"Really?"

Finn turned her head to smile at Julian.

"Yes."

Julian’s smile deepened, "However you are, I love to look at you!"

"Eat whatever you want."

Pregnant Finn fully embraced her "foodie" nature, with Julian supporting her without wanting to rein her in.

What’s most important is Finn’s happiness.

"Honey, you’re so good to me!"

Finn softly replied to Julian.

Serena watched the two of them being lovey-dovey, truly being fed a mouthful of dog food.

"You two can leave now, staying here is really an eyesore."

Serena urged Finn and Julian to go.

"Alright, alright, we’ll leave first."

Finn was also tired; she wanted to go back and rest.

"Serena, take care of yourself, don’t push too hard."

Serena nodded; it was Finn who understood her well, afraid she’d risk her life just for a child.
