Monarch of Darkness, Arsene

Chapter 922 Concept Of Supremacy

“DIEEEEE!!!!” I roared, sending this bitch through the stratosphere.

Like a blasted shooting star filled with glitters of scarlet bleeding out, Aiza was knocked out of the fight before it had even started, and my eyes snapped to the Prince of Hell, Drar’ethiul.

“This will not be like last time, Drar,” I warned, my voice ebbing towards a more sinful undertone, causing the rising sun to take on a scarlet hue; The sins, tainted by the Abyss, began to flare, burning like flames around me.

The Prince of Hell smirked. ” I could say the same. It won’t be like last time. Ain’t that right, Bael?”

Laughter familiar yet different rose and a tinge of disgust flickered through my chest, and I could not be bothered to care as Bael rose into the skies. Hair white as ash fluttering in the breeze, he stood with his entire body covered in scales similar to me, red eyes, and a mighty double-sided ax, bleeding a gruesome red light. Infernal runes warded the blade’s edge, filling the world with a particular aura I knew all too well.

The Will of the Nine Hells had forged that Ax. ο½‚ο½Žπš˜ο½–πš•οΌŽπš˜πš›πš

“Only Mid God? Aren’t you suppose to be a challenge?” Bael’s mocking voice came. “I’d thought this would’ve been a challenge. There was no need to bring out Gram.”

“Gram?” I flatly said.” So you’ve chosen this time to die, Bael.” Noctem lifted towards the foolish Prince, and coldness spilled from my heart held within my spear, “Why don’t I grant you an infinite lifetime of torment instead?”

“My oh my. Someone thinks himself a King of Hell already.” Said Drar’ethiul. “Boy, you are outclassed. Lay down Noctem, and surender.”

A snort rose as War of Kings rippled out, and Crimson Winds began to howl as they somehow still held magical effect over Divinity of Sin, pushing its power deep into the depths of Elder God.

Noctem shuttered, enjoying the pool of power swelling around me. “Enough words. Your souls are mine.” I said as the concept of supremacy touched the base of my spear, splintering the very fabric of reality, drawing all eyes from high and low to me.

“Only one?” Said Drar chuckling. “Last time you usedβ€””

Blitzing past the confines of time and space, Noctem splintered Heaven and Earth, carving into the fabric of chaos that was the Abyss as an intent filled with almighty essence roared like an eternal dragon.

“Severing Chain,” An arc of light cleaved, severing Bael’s arm, as the power of darkness came like the flood devouring every law conceivable. Blood danced, and with a swift kick at a speed that matched my train of thought, my foot cloaked with the concept of supremacy whipped over Bael’s head, tearing his jaw from his body as his eyes popped out of his skull. He vanished, heading for a myriad of mountains.

While Noctem suddenly danced, twisting and turning as Drar came for my rear. I perceived the flow of intent within his body and parried each of his flawless blows with effortless ease.

“Heavenly Bind.”

Eyes widening, an arch of light pierced the ground and froze the laws of time, sealing Drar in place, ending the battle before it could progress. And without any delay or thought of prolonging anything, my spear pierced forward, ready to end the war.

Allowing Noctem to enter the tip of Drar’s right eye, I used the polearm of my spear to block the sniper shot aimed at my head. A powerful aura suddenly exploded out from Drar, allowing him to break out of his cage, but not before my free arm pierced forward with the same supremacy force piercing his chest, tearing a hole in his chest as he pivoted backward.

His face was pale and his eye wide. “I-I-I-impossible, how could you’re battle prowess spike so much?”

“Sene, go after Bael. Take his soul. I’ve got Drar.” Lilith uttered, appearing like an amethyst Phenix, cleaving her sword down as Drar was speaking with her left hand while her right hand gripping another blade whipped in a horizontal arc.

Blocking the fatal blow that would have severed him in half, Drar was able to save his life at the cost of his arm.

“No can do. Drar is far more important.” I replied as his body was blasted down into the city below. “This underestimation will cost him everything, and I’m going to make damn sure he dies. Today.”

“Severing Chain!” Cutting another arch of deadly light filled with the Concept of Supremacy, propelling my attack to the highest peak my power could take me.

“AHHHHHHH,” Howled the Prince of Hell. ” Heed my callβ€”

“No, you don’t,” I snapped Shadow Stepping before this bastard could finish his prayer, I grabbed him by the neck and lifted him to the arc of Severing Chain that came crashing down.

Moving out of the way while his body was dusted into oblivion by Severing Chain, I snatched his soul, bellowing as it tried to escape.

“Master!” Freya came calling. Sweat covered her brow, ” Paragons. They’re about to show we’ve got to go.”

“Fuck no. Aiza, that bitch is going to die. Where is Layla?” I shouted back, snapping my eyes towards the skies, before placing Drar’s Soul into the Spear of Noctem.

“I agree.” Added Lilith, but Freya merely shook her head.

“Not here yet. And if the Court of Nox has two Prince of Hell, they will surely have more. We still have to protect the chosen. They are probably Aiza’s second target, if not her real target. We’ll have other chances to kill her.”

Recalling the resistance that saved her life when my fist connected with her head, I frowned, glancing at my fist. Someone protected her. ” Fine. Let’s go.” I said through clenched teeth. “Lilith, you head back to Iliah. Freya, go gather the Chosen and Ezra, were leaving.”

Patting my shoulders as the desolate skies began to recover from this brief battle, a hollow snort left me feeling Drar’s soul tempering my spear. Lilith spoke. “It’s not over, Sene. I promise you that. That bitch will pay.”

“This battle lasted a single second. And I was able to defeat a prince of Hell and Bael. If I can keep up this pace, Zantar and Balor are dead.”
