After a terrible final year of high school and a painful breakup, Arthur leaves his small countryside town to go to college.

His mother has a friend named Vanessa who owns an apartment complex and is willing to make an exception to let Arthur stay there. What he doesn’t know is that the apartment complex was originally intended exclusively for women, mostly divorced women who are trying to get their lives back together.

Arthur is about to discover that being the only young man living there might make his new life into a paradise.
