It meant that there was the potential that someone could abuse these herbs that had been grown accidentally. They needed more guarding while they were preserved and or used properly.

"Instruct several guards to watch over them while they are processed and make sure that Remey knows they are on the way. She will have the best alchemists work with them and have a few learning apprentices take the time to watch such things." He knew if Remey was awaiting these herbs that would scare off anyone foolish enough to try and snag some for their own uses.

"The seeds will also be redistributed to the herbalists in the greenhouses and not over all of Genesis. I know they are not the things used for potions traditionally, but they might have stronger abilities to grow better herbs later after being cross bred with different herbs of the same species." Walker knew other value to the herb seeds but it didn’t need to be said.

He had given the orders and he had stood by the results after a couple of hours of hard work. Now those with the right skills would bring the herbs back to a good shape after a couple of days so that people could come here again.

What he also noticed was that the roots from the grand spirit tree and the elemental trees looked healthier despite the larger use of mana.

Clearly this shift had been more than just the unspoken will of the spirit trees and the manas moving through them. It has been a necessary way for them to grow together and Alma’s skill had been part of them doing so.

He also felt that the solidity of the roots within the earth became better. Something that the dwarves who mapped and planned the entirety of the underground aspect of the city would be very happy to hear. Not that they expected anything less than such things from all the hard work everyone did to make this all happen.

As Walker left, he also felt that the calm mana throughout Genesis was better too.

The spirit trees, mages towers, and central mage tower all worked with the rune formations made so far. Not just to calm and balance manas, but also to allow nature to flow the way it needed to flow.

It was all part of how things should be.

Peaceful and prosperous.

This feeling aside, Walker found his other golem body already with Gil and Alma. Su had arrived and she was clearly worried despite the bright and energized face of Alma now.

The influx of mana had an effect on her but she had quickly recovered and become ravenous. She was eating now, which made Gil giggle to himself since he knew very well that it was all due to the natural mana given to her and the fact that their child must also be hungry to grow.

They aren’t malicious, but you using your skill on the roots and then drawing that mana in was dangerous to yourself and your baby. The stress on your body made you weak and you and your child leaped ahead, consuming all of the nutrients from Remey’s potions leaving you like this."

Su was one to know. She spent the most time with healers and those at the cathedral out of everyone other than Alice of course.

Therefore, her rant toward Alma was exactly what needed to be said. However, she also made a clear point to say that everyone in Genesis did not fully accept that the changes in the world influenced every aspect of what they had once known.

It wasn’t just the fact that mothers could nourish and raise a child faster.

It was that everyone was growing faster individually.

The demons and the vampires were perfect examples of this.

Both had been on the edge of losing their race because of one reason or another. Yet, when they came to Genesis and began to learn and be treated properly, they grew. Now they had families and new healthy offspring were born.

Furthermore, they had the chances to recover from injuries that would have been the end of life for them in the past.

Beyond this, there were those who raised monsters as cattle. Those grew faster too. Grew larger, stronger, and better than before.

This went for plants as well. Not just herbs being cared for.

Everyone and everything grew better across the world, Genesis was just a focal point since everyone here focused on growth and learning.

So, mothers needed to accept that despite their race’s knowledge of how long it should take to carry a child and have that child, times changed. It was going to be a shorter time needed because the world itself had begun to flow as it should have many years ago. The bonuses just came from proper nutrition and advanced care now.

"She won’t be running around anywhere. She is on rest until I can determine she is safe to move about. But I don’t plan on letting any guards allow her out of bed unless I am around myself." Gil had put his foot down too. This halted Alma in eating, but she also couldn’t find words to argue.

She felt blessed to be in this position. Not hurt or worried.

One of the midwives who arrived already had a decision. The woman may not be an elf, but she studied mothers and knew more than anyone could ever ask to be written or explained openly. That was just a fact.

I would say you have set a pretty good example for a few of the elven guards also building up families right now." Walker smirked. He knew Gil hadn’t noticed the younger elf guards watching him carefully, but they had learned a good lesson.
