Chapter 132: The Beautiful Big Bird

"Don’t worry. I only thought about it. I didn’t actually do anything."

The corners of Raven’s lips lifted slightly as she walked into the room, rummaged through the wardrobe for a few pieces of clothing, and changed right in front of Skye.

"I didn’t say anything, did I? Can you read minds?"

Skye looked at Mystique in disbelief and asked.

"You wrote everything you wanted to say on your face."

After Raven finished putting on the clothes, she turned around, pinched Skye’s cheek, and walked out of the room.

"Did I?"

Skye stared blankly as Raven left. Then she sat back down in front of the computer desk, opened her laptop, and clicked on the bedroom camera playback function.

After carefully observing her own expression and movements in the footage, Skye realized that her performance just now had indeed been a little ridiculous. She had almost been ready to go straight into mime.

On the other side, Raven returned to Orion Cross’s bedroom.

"I made a call. Someone will come back later to clean up this mess."

"Not exactly. She just hasn’t been born yet."

Orion Cross patted Raven’s arm and smiled.

The one he was referring to was naturally Magneto’s youngest daughter, Lorna Dane, who possessed the same ability to control magnetic fields and metal as her father.

However, Lorna Dane would not be born until at least 1994, which was still ten years away.

"Time again? The one thing I hate about you is that you always like spoilers."

Raven rolled her eyes at Orion Cross, then walked toward Magneto and his daughter.

"Erik, is this your daughter?"

Raven crouched down and picked up little Nina. "Little Nina, can you show me your ability?"

"Dad said I shouldn’t use my ability randomly before I learn how."

Little Nina glanced at Magneto and shook her head in refusal.

"You don’t need to listen to your father. You need to have your own opinions..."

"Raven!"

When Magneto saw Mystique "tempting" his daughter, he immediately spoke to stop her.

"You may not know this, but under Orion’s ritual, abilities will evolve."

Raven put Nina down, stood up, and looked at Magneto. A ball of flame appeared in her hand.

"I didn’t pay attention before and almost died. Luckily, I discovered it in time and managed to pick my life back up.

Yet you’re telling Nina not to use her ability?

If that continues until she truly awakens, it may already be too late."

Magneto looked at the flame dispersing in Raven’s hand, and a trace of surprise flashed through his eyes.

Magneto glanced at his daughter and asked humbly.

"An ability enhancement won’t change the essence. Just like Raven’s ability is still transformation, Nina’s ability enhancement must also be related to controlling birds."

Magneto stopped thinking about his daughter and slowly walked toward that female student.

Then someone who was called a monster even by mutants naturally had an even more powerful ability.

"Charles just lets his students bully a more outstanding student like this?"

Magneto walked over and waved his hand. The keys and phones on the bodies of the students who were mocking her dragged them along and sent them flying away.

"They’re right. I really am a monster."

The female student raised her head and glanced at Magneto, but she did not care. She continued lowering her head and reading her book.

"Nina, try talking to that big sister. She’ll be your senior from now on."

Orion Cross crouched down and touched Nina’s head after Magneto had forgotten about her, then smiled and spoke.

"Senior..."

Nina also knew that she would be studying here in the future. After hearing Orion Cross’s words, she nodded hard and jogged over in small steps.

"Hello, senior. My name is Nina. I came with Dad today to enroll."

Little Nina stood beside the female student, looking charming and delicate as she introduced herself.
