“Is it another divine skill?” Eggy asked in excitement.

The Divine Deer had tested Chu Feng in this manner during their first meeting. Perhaps this was a convention among divine skills.

But while Eggy was feeling excited, Chu Feng was feeling worried.

The golden-haired woman said that she would let Chu Feng see all he wanted, and she did rise from the golden pool to reveal herself, but the golden aura had obscured most parts of her body. Chu Feng could hardly see anything at all.

More importantly, the golden-haired woman was looking at him with the eyes of a predator.

Those words further fanned Eggy’s excitement. “See! She calls herself a god. She must really be a divine skill!”

The golden-haired woman walked up to Chu Feng and said, “Chu Feng, you do live up to your reputation.”

However, Chu Feng was in no mood to enjoy the sensation. He had a strong feeling that this didn’t bode well. The person before him harbored malevolent intent.

“Elder, do you know me?” Chu Feng composed himself and asked respectfully.

“There is no junior world spiritist more famous than you in these eight galaxies. I’m bound to have heard about you,” the golden-haired woman said as her hand slid to Chu Feng’s dantian and stopped there.

“But what I’m more interested in is your Heavenly Lightning Bloodline.”

She raised her gaze from Chu Feng’s abdomen to meet his eyes. Her eyes were even more beautiful up close, but the sharp glint in them sent shivers down his spine.

“Elder, what do you mean? I don’t understand,” Chu Feng asked.

The golden-haired woman’s smile widened. Chu Feng shuddered. He felt strong killing intent coming from her.

“It’s a malevolent entity,” the Divine Deer murmured, having realized that the golden-haired woman was not a fortuitous encounter. It quickly channeled its power to bring Chu Feng out of this place.

“You’re courting death!”

At the same time, a surge of spirit power gathered beside Chu Feng. Eggy was trying to leave the World Spirit Space to deal with the golden-haired woman, but the gate refused to form.

“Oh no. Chu Feng!” the Divine Deer exclaimed. To its horror, it couldn’t channel its power.

“Oh? You have some good stuff with you—a powerful world spirit and even a divine skill.”

The golden-haired woman glanced at the surge of spirit power that refused to channel into a gate and smiled mockingly.

Chu Feng tensed up further.

It was one thing for Eggy to be unable to leave his World Spirit Space, but to think that even the Divine Deer would be unable to use its ability. How powerful could the golden-haired woman be then? Just what kind of entity was she?

The golden-haired woman suddenly vanished.

Chu Feng noticed a gaze appearing in his dantian. He projected his consciousness into his dantian world, but the golden-haired woman was nowhere to be found. Even so, he could still sense her gaze.

This unnerved him.

It felt like the gaze was from the outside, looking upon everything like a god.

The golden-haired woman laughed heartily, her gleeful voice reverberating throughout Chu Feng’s dantian as if she had become the ruler here.

“You were able to obtain even this item. Maybe that legendary item might be inside you as well. Let me take a look. If it is, you would have been worthy of my reward,” the golden-haired woman said excitedly.

Chu Feng’s pitch-black dantian world was swiftly inundated by a blinding light.

A golden aura appeared on the horizon of his dantian world and gushed inward like a tsunami, threatening to devour everything. It shook his dantian world so violently that it felt like it would be destroyed at any moment.

A barrage of red lightning gushed outward. It took only an instant for it to collide with the tsunami of golden aura. Not only did it halt the golden aura’s advancement, but it even began vaporizing it.

It didn’t take long for the red lightning to drive off the golden aura and vaporize it.

Chu Feng also regained connection with those parts of his dantian world.
