Martial Arts: I Have a Wilderness World
Chapter 767: An Eighth Grade Spiritual Vein’s Advancement to Ninth Grade
Chapter 767 -384: An Eighth Grade Spiritual Vein’s Advancement to Ninth Grade
The territory of Jade Peak Immortal City already had a sufficient supply of Spirit Veins, so there was no need to create too many.
“Ring Spirit, how do I make them devour each other?” Cheng Zongyang’s eyes sparkled with anticipation, ready to see if he could create a Ninth Grade Spirit Vein.
After all, a higher-Grade Spirit Vein meant greater Power and resources, and was also crucial for the future development of the Realm of Ten Thousand Races.
The Ring Spirit’s voice resounded through the space: “Find a place and bury them underground. They already possess a Basic Spiritual Nature and instincts. When they come into contact, they will instinctively sense that devouring the other will enhance them, so they will automatically fight to devour each other. Simply set up a defensive Array.”
“Got it.” Cheng Zongyang nodded slightly, feeling reassured.
He then left the Hall of Ten Thousand Races and went outside.
This place had already been transformed by the Ring Spirit into a Secret Realm Space, like a small, independent world. It was unaffected by the outside, a self-contained domain entirely under the Ring Spirit’s control.
Here, a Spirit Vein couldn’t escape even without the restraints of an Array. Any dissipated Spiritual Qi would remain within this domain, continuously nourishing the space.
Cheng Zongyang carefully observed his surroundings, searching for a suitable spot.
Finally, he stopped at a spot that was emitting a subtle fluctuation of Spiritual Qi. He squatted down and gently touched the ground, feeling the faint pulse of a Spirit Vein beneath the soil.
“This should be the place. There ought to be a First Grade Spirit Vein underground,” Cheng Zongyang said with a smile.
He then had two Mole Beasts spread apart and dig a hole each, going straight down to the Spirit Vein’s location. He placed one of the Dharma Pearls containing an Eighth Grade Spirit Vein into each hole and, finally, filled them with earth.
‘I’ll try with just two for the first attempt. If it’s not enough, I’ll add more.’
Cheng Zongyang watched the ground nervously, his heart filled with anticipation.
He didn’t know if this attempt would succeed, but he’d only know by trying.
As the Dharma Pearls were buried underground and Cheng Zongyang undid the seals, a subtle fluctuation began to spread beneath the earth.
Cheng Zongyang’s Divine Sense could feel the two Eighth Grade Spirit Veins stir to life, beginning to radiate a powerful Spiritual Qi.
It was as if they had found new “homes” and sensed the weak Spirit Vein nearby, ripe for absorption. Instantly, a massive amount of Spiritual Qi gushed out of the Dharma Pearls. The Eighth Grade Spirit Veins, already possessing Spiritual Nature, swiftly devoured the qi of the surrounding First Grade Spirit Vein and took over its position.
As the two Spirit Veins slowly extended, they soon sensed each other—a source of even more abundant and rich Spiritual Qi.
At that very moment, almost in unison, they shot toward each other like cats that had caught the scent of fish. Their Spiritual Nature’s instinct told them that devouring the other would lead to further advancement.
Soon, the Spirit Veins permeated the soil, claiming the territory they passed through, before finally colliding.
What followed was like two fierce tigers descending a mountain; the moment they met, they instantly entered a state of frenzied devouring.
Their Spiritual Qi intertwined and clashed, as if engaged in a silent, fierce battle.
The originally formless Spiritual Qi practically turned into Spiritual Liquid, permeating and absorbing its opponent.
Cheng Zongyang watched the ground nervously. He could feel a wondrous change occurring in the Spirit Veins beneath the ground.
The two powerful torrents of Spiritual Qi were like a pair of mighty creatures locked in an invisible battle.
Slowly, the fluctuations of Spiritual Qi grew more and more intense.
Cheng Zongyang could feel the two Eighth Grade Spirit Veins beginning to release even greater Power, trying to rapidly devour one another.
It was a primal struggle. Their Spiritual Qi coiled and tore at each other, as if in a violent tug-of-war. They were like two masses of Energy that had collided from opposite directions and were now churning and entangled.
Cheng Zongyang watched nervously, anticipating the outcome of this battle. It was the first time he had ever witnessed a fight between masses of liquefied Spiritual Qi!
As time passed, the fluctuations of Spiritual Qi became increasingly violent. The Spiritual Liquid condensed by both sides had almost entirely gathered in the central area.
Cheng Zongyang could feel that the two Eighth Grade Spirit Veins had entered the final, convulsive throes of their devouring battle.
Their Spiritual Qi crashed and collided, letting out peals of thunderous roars that could be heard but not seen.
The way Eighth Grade Spirit Veins fought was truly an eye-opener for Cheng Zongyang.
He knew the outcome of this battle would determine whether he could successfully create a Ninth Grade Spirit Vein.
Another quarter of an hour passed. Underground, the battle between the two Eighth Grade Spirit Veins grew even more intense, nearing its end. ℴℴ𝘮
Their Spiritual Liquid crashed into each other, swirled, and quickly formed a massive vortex of Spiritual Qi.
The vortex spun ceaselessly, absorbing the surrounding Spiritual Qi and growing ever stronger. Cheng Zongyang could feel the immense Power contained within it, as if it could erupt at any moment.
Cheng Zongyang remained vigilant, ready to deal with a potential eruption of Spiritual Qi at a moment’s notice.
As time went on, the Spiritual Qi vortex spun faster and faster.
The Power of the Eighth Grade Spirit Veins had been fully unleashed. Finally, after a violent fluctuation of Spiritual Qi, the vortex suddenly stopped spinning. The Spiritual Qi vortex, which he had expected to erupt, abruptly contracted.
This made Cheng Zongyang pause.
But in the next second, a powerful surge of Spiritual Qi erupted from the ground with a great ROAR. Like a geyser, the Spiritual Qi formed a Spiritual Mist visible to the naked eye, rapidly filling the entire space!
