Chapter 1857 - 1867: Enna Clark Likes Children
Chapter 1857: Chapter 1867: Enna Clark Likes Children
What does Enna Clark like...
It seems that woman doesn’t particularly like anything.
If I have to say what she likes, it should be kids.
He can’t possibly find a few kids to send over, right?
Baron Lawrence sat on the sofa, knitting his brows in contemplation. Just as Scott Harris parked the car and came in, seeing his expression, he guessed he was probably worried about what Ms. Clark had said before she left. After pondering for a moment, he respectfully walked up to him, bowed his head, and said, "Lord, you haven’t taken the young master and the young miss out to play for a long time. Would you like to take the young master and the young miss out for a day? You may not remember, but you used to take the young master out to play, and he really enjoyed the amusement park."
He thought Baron Lawrence hadn’t remembered everything.
In fact, he had remembered everything long ago!
As soon as Scott mentioned it, he immediately knew what Scott was referring to.
When they were in Linton City, he indeed took Bobby to the amusement park. That day, Bobby got into a fight with classmates in kindergarten, and the teacher called for parents. Bobby, afraid that Enna Clark would find out, asked him to go and get scolded.
That day he took the little guy to the amusement park.
Seeing him in deep thought, Scott continued to hint, "The young miss is still very young and probably hasn’t been to an amusement park. If she could go, she would definitely be very happy."
The man on the sofa suddenly saw the light.
His dark eyes gleamed abruptly.
Of course. Gigi is so little, Enna Clark surely wouldn’t trust Bobby and him to take her, so then...
He suddenly looked up, his handsome face showing a delighted expression, and said to Scott, "Help me cancel all of tomorrow’s appointments. I have something to do tomorrow."
What he had to do was self-explanatory!
Scott knowingly nodded and said, "Yes, Lord."
"Lord, rest early."
Lord hadn’t rested well these past few days, now hopefully he could sleep well?
"Yes." The dignified man stood up and walked towards the bedroom.
The sky outside was already dark.
He took a bath, dried his hair, then tossed the towel aside. Even the bedside lamp seemed particularly pleasing to him in this good mood.
He put on a bathrobe, lifted the quilt, and got into bed.
Then picked up the laptop from the bedside table and turned it on.
He went straight to the search engine and began looking things up.
If someone were beside him, they would surely see him typing into the search bar - the best places for a family of four to go on an outing.
A peaceful night.
...
Early the next morning.
Baron Lawrence had Scott drive to the outside of Edward Jackson’s villa.
Earlier in the morning, he already talked to Bobby, and sure enough, by the time his car arrived, he saw Enna Clark in parent-child matching outfits, holding a child’s hand in each of her hands.
But the little boy on the left clearly wasn’t happy, pouting his lips and lost in thought.
While the little girl was quite bold, her big eyes darting around curiously, as if everything was new to her.
The car glided to a stop in front of the three of them, and Scott quickly got out.
He opened the car door, smiling broadly, and said, "Ms. Clark, young master, young miss, good morning. Please get in the car first."
"Morning, Mr. Harris."
Gigi followed up with her childish voice, "Morning Uncle Harris."
The warmth in Scott’s eyes almost overflowed as he respectfully took the little girl’s hand to help her into the car.
Then turned back to Bobby and said, "Young master, please get in the car first."
Bobby saw the man in the car, looking sullen, his expression more awkward.
