"Hmm... we should take advantage of this and start the revitalization of humanity. That way, when that person reaches them, he won’t have to take on a huge burden just to support them."

"If that happens, it would not only drain him, but also the empire he has created. There is a huge potential danger if we do this after that."

"At this point, they should be focusing on gathering more power, not feeding people who know nothing about anything and have mentally considered themselves mere playthings of those treacherous races."

"We should start from there, as that would be the area he should currently be focusing on." The white-haired girl, who was called Judgment, spoke and made her point clear.

"Then we shall do just that, Wisdom!" said the red-haired girl, who went by the name War.

"Humanity must rise in this galaxy and, as quickly as possible, become stronger under our watch and support. Only that way can us three sisters prove our strength in front of those old foxes."

Saying that, the calm expressions of all three suddenly underwent a significant change and no longer remained neutral, with hints of anger appearing on their faces.

"We three have already been plotted against once by those old fossils, but now there’s a chance, and we must do everything in our power to gain the understanding of that person and slowly move towards our agenda.

We must not stop until we have wiped those smirks off the faces of those idiotic dogs, those old hags, and those dead dogs behind those younger but still arrogant dogs."

War spoke while clenching her fist tightly. An image played in her mind where she and her two sisters were laughed at by many people who proudly, with evil smiles on their faces, said that she and her sisters had already lost. They might as well agree to the agreement right then and there and be sold off for the good of the family.

"We must wipe those smirks from their faces."

Judgment and Wisdom nodded their heads as well. "We must do that. Definitely."

"Good ", seeing her sisters agree, War sighed and slumped back in her chair.

Wisdom, seeing that, instead took the lead. "Sister, for our plan to succeed and even have some feasibility, we must target those Tier 3 states and Tier 2 states where a significant population of humanity remains and is not burdened by a million things or has completely possessed a slave mindset."

Saying that, Wisdom looked at Judgment and War, both of whom nodded their heads and told her to continue on.

"Using our internal gathering channels, I have already shortlisted a few targets from where we can proceed and begin gathering momentum. These include the Tier 2 Velmoor Republic, Ostrindale, Velmara Coalition, and Brindal Cluster Union, along with more than a dozen other Tier 1 states.

"The reason I have picked them, besides the prior reasons I already told you about, is that each of these Tier 1 and Tier 2 states is located in one stellar region—the Hollow Star Region, across the Southern Desolate Cluster. It is not too far away from the Cosmic Star Cluster in the southern part of the galaxy.

This makes it extremely suitable for us to start our operation and begin building momentum. And second, from there, we could establish a connection with that person at the fastest possible speed."

"If both of you sisters agree, then I’ll begin moving our cultivated forces and start our second operation at once."

Wisdom finally finished speaking and asked for their agreement and any objections.

"I have no objection to this, sister," War directly spoke. "Whatever you say goes."

"I have the same thought, sister," Judgment also nodded her head. "Whatever you say goes."

Wisdom smiled. "Then that is settled, sisters. But I would need your help as well. Sister War, you need to come up with the perfect plan for our cultivated forces to gain momentum and a foothold in their respective states as quickly as possible.

"And you, sister Judgment, I need you to come up with the core principles of rule and law for our forces and their expansion. Everything that we do must be well-organized and not chaotic."

Wisdom directly asked for the help of her two sisters in their own respective fields of mastery and expertise.

Both War and Judgment exchanged looks and smiled before shaking their heads and speaking at the same time. "You don’t have to say it. We would have done that anyway."

With that, they all began to laugh.

All the while, on the other side, the Galactic Net continued to burst forth with activity, turning into an actual bloodbath of words, and it even began to spill over into the real world.

The common people, who felt that they had been betrayed by their rulers and chosen governments, began to take to the streets in the form of protests. Some demanded explanations, while some even outright wanted to change the very structure of their ruling states or democracies, which had become corrupt and were no longer driven by the intent of serving the people of their states.

Though most of these protests, whether peaceful or not, were quickly dealt with brutally, either by the ruling parties or ruling families of the states themselves, others were crushed in different, unexplainable manners.

That not only failed to suppress the matter but instead gave it another spark, and this time it was much, much bigger than before.

This time, led by hidden factions, real pressure began to mount on the ruling powers of multiple Tier 3 states from within. In some places, entire territories were even quickly taken over by them with the support of local people and local governing lords, rapidly fragmenting the outer territories of multiple Tier 3 states simultaneously and adding even more chaos to an already chaotic situation.

Meanwhile, within the Ancestral Land, in the Stellar Prime World of the Star Empire, which was located behind the Star Empire Imperial Castle, the usually grand and mighty Emperor of the Star Empire could be seen visibly bruised and even bleeding from the corner of his mouth as he struggled to stand up.

"You are such a disappointment," said one of the eighteen people standing tall among the eighteen pillars.

"Not only did you fail to secure a Holy Region, but you also let a mere human race upstart power gain momentum. No, saying that you ’let them’ would not be the correct term," the elder spoke. "Instead, saying you rather helped them gain momentum would be the right term."

Saying that, the elder flicked his fingers, and a blade of light shot toward the Star Emperor.

The Star Emperor saw the attack coming, but he dared not dodge, even if he could.

Bang!

The attack struck him, sending the Star Emperor flying backward and causing him to cough up blood as he landed awkwardly on the ground.

"Enough, Fourth Elder."

The central figure, who had remained silent throughout the discussion, finally spoke up.

The Fourth Elder hmphed but did not make any further moves and took a step back.

"And you... I really don’t know what to do about you."

The central figure looked toward the Star Emperor.

"Earlier, you were so steady, but now look at you. What a mess you have created of the Empire. Not only did you make a small thing into something big and attract the attention of a powerful enemy toward us, but the internal state of the Empire is not stable either.

"With noble families already making their moves and even preparing to fragment our Empire, what does that mean?" The central figure asked in a measured tone.

"Then, Supreme Elder, it means the deterioration of the Imperial Family’s hold and power over the Empire itself," the Star Emperor said.

"True, but that is also not complete," the Supreme Elder replied. "As an emperor, you still can’t grasp what it means. Indeed, your sharpness has deteriorated."

The Star Emperor was caught off guard by this and even frowned, but he did not speak further.

Seeing this, the Supreme Elder continued.

"What you have failed to see is that your enemies have already started moving in the dark and have even planned a fragmentation of the Empire. What does that mean?"

He paused for a moment before continuing.

"It means that the Star Empire is being targeted. That much is obvious. But the Imperial Family is no different either.

"The World Will has been giving us these signs for a while now, but you only saw them just now, when the threat is already just around the corner."

"How is this possible?" the Star Emperor uttered in astonishment. "That’s simply impossible, Supreme Elder. I have Shadow Legions mobilized across the Empire and every noble estate, going as far as to activate our core-planted spies in every noble household, be it small or major. Yet I didn’t receive any such intel?"

The Supreme Elder wasn’t surprised by this.
