Isekai Journey Of The Magic Archer

Chapter 1035 Departure to a faraway Home

[OP: ]

-Ting! Ting! Ting!

“Wake up! Wake up, everyone~!”

The notice first came from behind the door, from downstairs perhaps, but soon it reached up and without a knock on their door, someone barged in right when they had just woken up.

-TING! TING! TING!

“Big brother! What are you doing!? Let’s go! Start getting dressed already!”

Anna had come to Eon’s room on the roof and though they were sleeping indoors today, Anna had come unannounced.

“Jeez, young lady! Where are your manners! You should always knock-.”

“Big sister Elle! We don’t have time for all that! You’re already late! Even Mana is late! And we will be even more late if you continue arguing with me!”

Both Eon and Rein had just woken up but they were still inside their blankets.

Before Anna barged in, Rein was planning to cuddle a little since they couldn’t get any action yesterday, but thanks to her, that wasn’t going to be possible either.

“Alright, we will be down in ten minutes. You should go and check up on mom, little one.”

“I know that! Hmph! Don’t be late!”

“I wouldn’t even dare…”

Though Anna had broken their little morning time, Eon wasn’t mad. He found it funny that she was going around with a metal plate and rolling pin in her hand, slamming it to wake up those who were still sleeping.

They weren’t late for anything aside from their family gathering that also should not be for around twenty more minutes. But, here she was, all dressed up like a doll, waking everyone else with all that excitement and enthusiasm…

It was cute to him.

A little nostalgic as well since his Master used to do something similar, so even though she did not know it, this wake up call of hers had been more effective than what she had wanted it to be.

“Don’t be late!!”

She left their room… and thankfully she closed the door behind her. At least that much was a nice thing so Eon smiled helplessly as he shook his head and looked beside him, at his upset witch who knew they weren’t going to have any fun today either.

“Don’t be like that now… you know we can always have fun when we are on the airship.”

She buried her face in the pillow and sighed deeply without saying anything.

A moment passed like that, and it seemed like she was done thinking so, she looked back up at me, a little upset look present on her face.

“You know I don’t like it when you do that.”

“Do what…?”

Well, I knew the answer.

“You know what I mean.”

But there was no harm in asking it again at least this time.

“Is it about putting you to sleep?”

“Yes!”

She slammed the pillow in my face with that new frustrated expression.

“I was going to tell you that fun story! You asked me to tell you, and then you let me sleep just like that?! Shouldn’t you have woken me up or something you bastard!”

She was smashing my head with that pillow, and it wasn’t anything new. I had made these pillows especially soft for exactly that reason, and they were also covered in a Mana insulation coating so she couldn’t use her Mana or magic or make them more harmful to me.

“I know it was wrong but I wasn’t the one that put you to sleep this time, ma’am. You fell asleep on your own and I didn’t want to wake you up.

What wrong did I do?”

Sleep was necessary. Even I went to bed after finishing the leftover work. There was a bunch of things that we had to do today, so we needed that sweet sleep.

“I was going to tell you the story! We were going to talk! But we didn’t! That’s what you did wrong!”

-Smash!

I still remember how she almost broke our bed when she was smashing me with a pillow and almost broke the wall as well.

It was an accident, even though she didn’t think that was going to happen, but it did happen, and after that, we have learned a lot of things.

The entire room was modified, each section of the room was covered in a different set of spells that were controlled independently from the existing set of spells that are run by the magic security system of the estate.

We knew how the two of us living together like this can cause so much trouble in the last few years… I clearly remember how a simple Aura demonstration that we were having on the roof almost made the whole greenhouse area fall off.

‘We barely defected the attacks to other sides or else, the damage that would have caused back then would have been catastrophic.’

We have been lectured by our parents and grandparents many times already. Be it this house or her house in the south, whenever we are spending time together, there is always a chance that something will break or some kind of damage will be inflicted on some kind of things.

‘We have to be careful when we aren’t training but at least, since we have good places to train, we don’t have to worry about a lot of damage.’

It’s fun living with her… it’s the best thing I didn’t even know I needed. Her chaos is more than enough to balance out my own inner concerns.

“Alright alright, Miss Angry bird. Calm down now, ok? We have to go down or else Anna will come up again.”

“Hmph! You’re a bad person! I don’t even wanna talk to you anymore! You’re a liar!”

She slammed the pillow on my face once again and got out of the blanket.

Then she got dressed up— she didn’t have to do much since we have the Mana clothes, simply channelling Mana into the clothes was enough- and stomped out of the house with the same fuzzy hair.

She didn’t even wash her face, that dumb girl…

“Haaaa…”

Well, we have to leave now. So I had to get up and wash up before I went downstairs.

If Anna was awake already, it means the rest of them are ready as well.

I don’t smell anything special, so it doesn’t seem like Anna tried making breakfast for us.

Zoe also didn’t tell me anything so it seems she’s waiting for us. Though, it seems like she’s in a good mood.

That aside, since we are going to store all the luggage in bigger storage devices, we won’t really have anything on us when we leave in the carriage aside from the things that we cannot store in the storage devices.

‘And yes, I’m referring to those bulls.’

They are going to come with us… though, if that’s going to happen, it means we will have to take them through the streets where everyone will see them.

‘It’s going to cause quite the commotion. You don’t see creatures as big as them on the street.’

Plus I’m pretty sure Taika will ride them all the way to the shipyard.

‘Since people know who she is already, I know there is going to be a lot of noise later on, but we can just ignore that.’

She knows how to handle those creatures and they aren’t all that powerful without their spirit power.

Their main power doesn’t work before her so they are as good as children before Taika so we don’t have to worry about those two.

[{ Master, you should go now. }]

“Yes, yes Celes. I know.

Is she inciting Anna or something? That girl-.” Find adventures at empire

[{ Master… it’s worse… }]

-Step! Step! Step!

I can already hear small footsteps rushing up here.

Rein definitely told her something crazy this time.

“And here I thought I will have a quiet morning.”

-Snap!

Firstly getting out of bed and cleaning myself up with magic, changing the look of my clothes and fixing myself up as quickly as I could, I fixed my room, checked for anything we might have missed and when I confirmed everything was alright, after a last look at this lovely room of mine… after glancing at the third shelf of my rightmost corner, I nodded.

-Slam!

“Big brother…! What do you mean you’re not-.”

“She lied. Let’s go.”

As soon as Anna entered the room, I held her by shoulder and walked out of the room with her.

-Click.

Closing the room behind us, I picked her up carefully so that her pretty dress doesn’t mess up, and walked out of the office room, directly walking down the stairs.

“She’s such a headache, Anna. Can you believe that? She lied to you just because I didn’t wake her up to tell me a story? That unbelievable girl…”

Anna still did not understand what was going on since from her perspective, whatever Rein told her was so concerning that she was almost on the verge of tears.

“…”

Seeing me like this was much more confusing to her than perhaps the most complicated book she had read. Sёarch* The NôᴠelFirё.net website on Google to access chapters of novels early and in the highest quality.

She was trying to wrap her head around what was going on. If what Rein said was actually a lie or if I was the one lying to her right now.

She tried thinking logically for a moment, then got confused, shook her head, and came to a conclusion that the one that lied was, in fact, her sister Elle.

“How unbelievable!”

Anna was working hard waking everyone up, doing what the adults should be doing instead, and Rein was lying to her? Making her work even more complicated?

“How can sister Elle do that?!”

Rein wanted to get back at me, but she dug her own grave.

Now, Anna was angry at her, and every single person in this house knows what happens when you make the little Ruler of this house angry.

[{ *She’s in for a long ride…* }]

Even Lucy knew Rein was going to be in trouble so it was obvious what she had done this time, at least, was not something she should have done in the first place.
