Xi He is about to summon this power.

Heavenly Peak Mountain appears very tranquil, and both Nu Ying and Lei Zu are starting to tense up.

The two women are observing Xi He, wanting to know how she plans to use the power of heavenly tribulation to summon Pan Gu’s power into the secret realm of Pan Gu. Xi He took on a stance, but after a long time, there was still no movement. At this moment, Lei Zu appeared a little impatient and said, “If you don’t possess this skill, it’d be best not to fool us. We can leave immediately; there’s no need to waste time here!”

“Hold off on speaking. Let’s see what kind of trick she’s playing!” Nu Ying said, sounding seemingly more confident in Xi He’s abilities.

Lei Zu first cast a glance at Nu Ying, but ultimately kept her gaze fixed on Xi He.

It was at this moment that a thunderous boom rang from the sky above Xi He’s head, directly above the peak of Heavenly Peak Mountain. Though both women were legendary cultivators of ancient times, this sudden sound was startling enough to cause them a fright, as it seemed to carry a mighty power that left them feeling defenseless.

“Xi He, I feel like you’re courting disaster here. If it doesn’t work, stop immediately!” Lei Zu grew anxious, as she sensed the growing concentration of power on Heavenly Peak Mountain, stirring a feeling of unease within her.

This time, Nu Ying also opted to remain silent, as she herself felt this endeavor was somewhat reckless.

Despite Heavenly Peak Mountain’s distance from Tian City, and the lack of significant impact from mere lightning and thunder there, the abnormal phenomena unfolding here nonetheless captured the attention of cultivators within the secret realm of Pan Gu.

However, these cultivators were unable to ascend Heavenly Peak Mountain, except for Lan Jing.

Lan Jing had just returned to the secret realm of Pan Gu, originally intending to discuss the rescue of the common folks with Sang Yuan. Upon returning to the secret realm, however, she instantly felt a strange force flowing, a force perfectly attuned with her own. This force was indeed the power of heavenly tribulation, which, given her status as the chosen one, affected her significantly. Following this force, she arrived at Heavenly Peak Mountain.

When Lan Jing appeared on Heavenly Peak Mountain, she immediately identified the breach in the secret realm of Pan Gu created by Xi He, which took her by surprise.

“Xi He, what are you doing? Why…”

Standing her ground, Lan Jing ignored Nu Ying and Lei Zu nearby and directly questioned Xi He, who seemed oblivious to her words and showed no intention of stopping.

Even if Xi He pretended not to hear Lan Jing, the latter wouldn’t stand idly by. Lan Jing was willing to risk her life to help Ye Fan, and upon sensing danger, she intended to rush up and stop Xi He.

Before she could even take two steps, Nu Ying and Lei Zu teamed up to block her path. Nu Ying said, “Lan Jing, don’t go over now. Xi He is in the midst of casting a spell, and though we don’t know how powerful it will ultimately be, rushing over there invites trouble. Not only will you fail to stop her, but you’ll also bring calamity to the secret realm of Pan Gu!”

“What is she… what is she doing exactly?” Lan Jing was clearly anxious, but she felt helpless, noticing her lack of confidence even in speaking.

“Ah!” Lei Zu also sighed deeply, saying, “Since you’ve arrived, we won’t hide it from you. We’re coveting Pan Gu’s power. Whoever possesses it will gain strength second only to Ye Fan’s, becoming the Guardian of order!”

Lan Jing didn’t understand what Lei Zu was talking about, nor did she concern herself with news about Pan Gu’s power. She said, “Whatever you’re doing, you’d better stop now. If Ye Fan finds out, I wouldn’t know how to explain it to him. Aren’t you supposed to assist Ye Fan, instead of creating trouble for him?”

“Tell that to Xi He. Initially, we thought Xi He could aid us, but now it seems she’s insane and is actually using us!” Nu Ying sensed danger; she intended to flee directly.

Just as the three talked, the strength of Xi He’s array surged, and a powerful force descended from the heavens. This time, the force became perceptible to the three, hinting at the intent to destroy Heavenly Peak Mountain. Despite this, Nu Ying and Lei Zu began to flee without intention of aiding Lan Jing.

“Ah!” Lan Jing exclaimed as the force descended upon her, her body flung aside. Despite being pushed back, she didn’t cross the boundary of Heavenly Peak Mountain, and upon landing, Xi He’s array concluded.

Atop the peak of Heavenly Peak Mountain, several great forces swirled, and Lan Jing, sprawled on the ground, seemed utterly unconscious. Meanwhile, Nu Ying and Lei Zu observed Xi He, intending to see if she had indeed summoned Pan Gu’s power directly.

“What’s really going on?” Nu Ying questioned as Xi He opened her eyes, “You wouldn’t be jesting with us, right? Lan Jing was hurt when she arrived, she… won’t she be alright?”

Suddenly, Xi He’s gaze intensified, surrounded by an invisible yet powerful force still flowing. That force hadn’t solidified entirely, and Xi He’s smirk was cold as she replied, “Do you truly care about others’ lives? If Lan Jing hadn’t fainted, would you have a chance to access Pan Gu’s power?”

Nu Ying and Lei Zu exchanged looks again, seemingly discerning a mutual greed in each other’s eyes. When it came to seizing power, no cultivator of ancient times could escape temptation; they had always craved formidable power.

“Since you’ve succeeded, show us the power!” Lei Zu demanded, “Where is Pan Gu’s power? You wouldn’t suggest that these invisible forces surrounding you represent Pan Gu’s power, right?”

“Whether it is or isn’t, I won’t judge; you should sense it yourselves. Words are futile!”

Xi He spoke and then waved her hand again, causing the surrounding forces to cease flowing entirely. Ultimately, these forces seemed to solidify into a Crystal Stone, displayed before Lei Zu and Nu Ying.

Because this Crystal Stone was nearly transparent, with its powers profoundly sealed within, Nu Ying and Lei Zu remained clueless about the true might of the forces within. Overall, it was more extraordinary than any Divine Artifact they had encountered before; it might even be considered a Divine Artifact.

“Is this it?” Lei Zu appeared dismissive as she remarked, “It doesn’t seem to hold much power!”

Xi He smiled and replied, “If you believe it’s not powerful, feel free not to absorb it; I won’t stop you!”

With that, Xi He seemed to intend to take back the Crystal Stone.
