Enzo and his mother began carrying the food into the living room.

He had thought his father would remain awkward around Miya, but it turned out that after being left alone with her, Paul had already started talking to her.

Enzo wasn’t sure what they were talking about, but Miya smiled from time to time, as though she were listening to an amusing story.

Of course, Paul stopped talking as soon as they arrived.

Enzo simply pretended not to notice, even when Miya began directing her smiles at him.

If his father had been telling her any embarrassing stories about him, all he could do was keep pretending they didn’t exist so they wouldn’t become a topic of conversation.

"Miya, please, help yourself. What would you like?" Lisa said as she placed a tray filled with various dishes on the table.

Enzo had already told her there was no need to address Miya so formally. Although she still felt a little awkward, Lisa was trying her best.

"I’ve already tried everything you’ve cooked. Thank you..." Miya replied without waiting for Lisa to move the plates from the tray toward her.

She did it herself.

From roasted meat to seafood, Miya took a little of everything and placed it on an empty plate.

Lisa also began to feel more comfortable as her distinguished daughter-in-law treated her so kindly.

"By the way, what were you two talking about earlier?" she asked, looking back and forth between Miya and Paul.

Enzo could only fight the urge to slap his forehead when he heard that.

"Hehehe, I was just listening to Father-in-law’s stories about Enzo’s childhood," Miya answered with a soft chuckle.

"Ohhh..." Lisa was a little surprised, then suddenly seemed excited.

"Enzo was always a handful when he was little, and that got him into all sorts of trouble," she said.

"Father-in-law said the same thing," Miya replied.

"Ahem..." Enzo finally cleared his throat and stood up just as his mother was about to say something else.

He couldn’t bear to listen to stories about himself, especially when they were being told to his own wife.

"Wait a moment. I left something in the car," he said.

Without waiting for a response, he hurried away.

When a daughter-in-law and her mother-in-law became close, the inevitable result was gossip about him.

How could he possibly endure that?

It was better to make himself scarce for a while.

It was fine. After all, this was a meeting between Miya and her in-laws.

Of course, there was nothing he needed to retrieve from the car.

As soon as he reached the porch, he saw Eva sitting in the driver’s seat, playing on her phone.

Enzo couldn’t help being surprised when he got a clear look at her screen. It was displaying a poker game.

It was clearly online gambling poker, not just an ordinary poker game.

He had only just discovered that this woman had such a habit.

And she hadn’t even noticed that he was watching her.

The difference between their levels was already considerable, so how could she have detected his presence?

RING!

Enzo’s phone suddenly rang.

It was Evan calling.

His younger brother hadn’t called him even once since his wedding day, so why was he calling now?

He answered immediately.

"Bro, bro, help me!" Evan’s voice rang out in a panicked, frantic tone.

"What’s wrong? What happened? Where are you?" Enzo asked rapidly.

"Atlas Night Club. Get here quickly!" Evan said before hanging up.

Atlas Night Club.

Enzo didn’t even know where it was.

He glanced back.

If he asked Miya for help, everything would be easy. However, she was enjoying her conversation with his parents. He felt reluctant to interrupt their first meeting like this.

After thinking for a moment, he finally approached the car.

Eva still hadn’t noticed him when he suddenly opened the driver’s door.

"Ah... Mm..." She nearly screamed but quickly covered her mouth, accidentally dropping her phone in the process.

"Do you know Atlas Night Club? Where is it?" Enzo asked.

He could go there directly. After all, he could fly now that he had wings.

All he needed was to know the location.

"This is an emergency," he added when Eva froze in shock.

Fortunately, the woman managed to regain her composure quickly.

Hearing the word emergency, she immediately answered, "It’s behind our university. There’s a seven-story black building."

As soon as he heard that, Enzo leaped into the air with all his strength.

Whoosh!

He shot upward like a rocket, leaving Eva utterly stunned.

Why had he jumped after learning the location?

Even if he was in a hurry and thought using a vehicle would be too slow, shouldn’t he have simply run and made a small leap to clear the wall?

Eva got out of the car to take a look, and her eyes immediately widened.

The Spiritual Energy radiating from Enzo’s back suddenly formed a pair of wings.

Wind then gathered around them, coating the wings and giving them a bright, glowing bluish appearance.

Whoosh!

The wings flapped, and Enzo instantly shot forward at tremendous speed. Even to Eva, he looked like nothing more than a streak of blue light.

An ordinary person would certainly no longer be able to see his figure.

The gust of wind generated by his wings even sent Eva’s short blonde hair flying.

She couldn’t remain calm after witnessing all this.

Admiration, astonishment, fascination. All of these emotions were reflected in her blue eyes.

The man she had once liked for his appearance, only to look down on him because of his failure, had now reached a level far beyond her own.

It didn’t matter how he had obtained all of this. What mattered was that the power was now within him.

To others, such power was something to admire and envy.

Enzo tore through the night sky at high speed.

Even he was amazed by the sensation of flying on his own.

Despite this being his first time, he felt no awkwardness. Everything came naturally, as though it were part of him, something he instinctively knew how to control.

He now realized there was a nightclub on the road behind the university.

At least from his villa, it wasn’t particularly far at his current speed.

He soon arrived above the busy street, which turned out to be lined with numerous bars and cafés.

The sidewalks were crowded with young men dressed in fashionable outfits and young women wearing short shorts, moving about energetically as they flirted with one another.

Enzo immediately spotted the seven-story black building. It was the only building in the area with its own courtyard, and a long queue stretched along the entrance.

Many luxury cars were parked in the courtyard. After a brief glance, he spotted Evan’s black Ninja motorcycle among them.

Enzo was still wondering who could possibly be bold enough to do something to his younger brother.

Considering the young man’s personality, there was no way he wouldn’t reveal his connection to Miya Stanley if he were cornered.

More importantly, he was with Emily Este.

Unless this was the work of the Este Family.

Even though Miya had become stronger, the Este Family was still qualified to challenge her.

However, as one of the Major Families, they wouldn’t easily start a conflict that could harm both sides while benefiting their other rivals.

Enzo wasn’t convinced that Emily was behind this.

If the girl dared to betray Evan after showing Miya how happy she was about their relationship, it would be a tremendous insult to Miya.

Who would dare to insult Miya to such an extent? They would have to be insane first.

He didn’t land immediately, choosing to detect Evan’s presence first. Given how familiar they were with each other, finding his younger brother was considerably easier for him.

He started from the highest floor, only to furrow his brows when he quickly realized that Evan’s presence was actually somewhere underground.

Fortunately, his ability to detect others was good enough. Otherwise, things would have been much more difficult.

BANG!

With a single movement, he landed heavily right in front of the crowded entrance.

Several people immediately staggered from the slight shockwave generated by his landing.

His wings had already disappeared from his back by the time he touched the ground.

He could conceal them in an instant.

In front of the public, it was indeed better to keep them completely hidden for the time being.

There were ten security guards stationed at the entrance alone.

Their captain turned out to be a Level 3 Spiritual Warrior in his mid-thirties.

"Who are you?" he immediately stepped forward and asked as soon as Enzo appeared.

But right after that, Enzo had already appeared in front of him, grabbing him by the collar of his uniform and lifting him off the ground.

"You?" The captain couldn’t have been more shocked when he realized that his strength was being completely suppressed by the aura of this young man.

Enzo didn’t ask anything immediately. He walked into the lobby, which had several corridors leading to the nightclub’s main area.

Although the building appeared to have seven floors, that wasn’t actually the case. The first, second, and third floors were combined into one tall floor.

"There’s a young man with white hair like mine being held captive underground. Tell me what happened and where the entrance to the basement is," Enzo asked the security guard.
