Chapter 4715: Archai III
Chapter 4715: Archai III
Archai!
For Noah, who had been looking to streamline his power so that he didn’t have so many different aspects of things that he didn’t utilize, the Archai were actually a profound and unique solution. Undifferentiated Principles that could become anything their grander concept represented.
This might even be a way to think about how he could bring down his 159 THE Stanchions of Infinity.
What use was such a high number when he only continued to utilize fully a select few of them?
The Stanchions were powerful, yes. Each one represented a facet of his authority, a pillar supporting the vast structure of his Civilization. But having 159 pillars meant that most of them stood unused, gathering metaphysical dust while only a handful bore the actual weight of his advancement. It was inefficient. It was cluttered. And in a realm where clarity of purpose strengthened one’s Way, clutter was a liability.
If he could condense multiple Stanchions into single Archai that encompassed all their related concepts, he would lose nothing while gaining coherence. A single Arche of Apocalypse could replace a dozen Stanchions related to damage, annihilation, entropy, and collapse. A single Arche of Genesis could replace another dozen related to beginning, formation, growth, and manifestation.
Fewer pillars. Greater stability. More profound expression!
Well, it was something to consider for later.
As he thought about all of this, he focused on the main matter at hand which, at the end of the day, remained his immensity and weight paired up with knowledge of himself and his Formless Depth.
And the two directions now were Muspelheim and THE Corrupted Vault of Ginnungagap.
He was already in the Vault, so he simply had to make his entrance into Muspelheim.
"Is transfer to Muspelheim already possible?"
Yes, Master.
Ruination’s response came with accompanying diagrams that illustrated the pathway she had prepared.
Muspelheim itself is similar to the early Veiled Shore of THE Creature or THE Infiniverse in that the corrupting effects of THE Fallout did not manage to permeate throughout fully. The primordial flames that define that realm acted as a natural barrier against the entropic decay that consumed so much else. That is how I was able to begin spreading the influence of our First Tongue for a few gigaparsecs already to begin gathering information in Muspelheim.
The diagrams shifted, showing a crystalline structure forming in the space between realms.
The entry into that primordial realm uniquely is going to be through a pathway that forms into a blue-gold Monolith. A...Dungeon that you and your forces can use to enter as a doorway.
...!
Noah shook his head at this as he smiled.
A Dungeon.
He remembered how in the blue planet, countless Monoliths had appeared as Dungeons to facilitate gateways for the invasion of the forces of the Demons and Beasts.
Those towering structures had torn through the fabric of the Blue Planet’s reality, allowing armies to pour through from other realms when Dungeon Breaks occured. They had been instruments of conquest, tools of imperialism wielded by forces that viewed humanity as nothing more than resources to be harvested.
And now, here they were.
He was the one creating the Monolith. He was the one opening the gateway. He was the one preparing to send forces through to claim territory that didn’t belong to him.
Existence turned, and those who had once been conquered became conquerors in their own right.
He breathed out at this moment as he raised his hand and felt the waves of blue-gold brilliance cascading through them. The Primus Mana responded to his will, swirling around his fingers like loyal servants eager to fulfill any command.
But eagerness wasn’t enough.
He needed more immensity and weight of his existence so that he could continue to support his Formless Depth to be capable of doing the things that others could not even imagine. He needed more Fragments of the Moirai Threads to get to nine so that he could have a full simulation until potential death. He needed to do many things.
And he knew he wasn’t the only one moving rapidly across existence at this moment.
THE Creature was not sitting still.
Nor was THE Living Paradox.
Nor was THE Primordial Chaos.
He was not the only one that could get stronger. All the others had been preparing for eons for this eruption of power. They had laid foundations while he was still learning what Mana even was. They had built Civilizations long befode he was struggling to survive his first apocalypse. They had accumulated weight and immensity across timescales that made his entire existence look like a single breath in an eternal conversation.
Who knew whether THE Creature or THE Living Paradox were already close to attaining the Second Scale of Existence?
There was no sitting still in such a terrifying environment.
Also, at this moment, even though it was hard, he would send another body to roam the Wastes of THE Fallout for the sole purpose of mapping and seeing if he could more easily locate Lumivara, Ul’moreth, The Fisherman, and others who had backed his Way.
They had likely been scattered when the chaos erupted. Finding them again was crucial, not just for the power they represented but because they had trusted him.
And he didn’t abandon those who trusted him.
Alongside that...
"Let’s go. To Muspelheim."
His voice carried the weight of decision, the finality of a course chosen and committed to.
"THE Living Spirit will be good practice for THE Living Elemental and the future Absolutes, and whether they can be toppled. Get Protos, Khor, Sigrid, Ra’Zan, and all the others who have attained THE to also join me soon. Their Depths will need to be forged in hardship and blood."
He paused, another thought crystallizing.
"Oh, and proceed to set another anchor point here."
Understood.
He gave the order as his body began to be wrapped in a brilliant blue-gold light. His eyes remained brilliant and piercing as he thought of countless possibilities, of battles to come and enemies to face and truths to uncover. The light wrapped around him and solidified into a radiant crystalline Monolith structure, a gateway of his own making that would serve as the doorway to conquest.
And his entire figure disappeared!
