Infinite Mana: I Am The Absolute Supreme

Chapter 171: Marriage ceremony is over

The absolute silence that fell over the planet was far heavier than any pressure the ancient races had brought with them. In the sky above, every envoy were gone, vanished from existence with a single blow.

Below, the shattered dome of the grand hall slowly began to repair itself as Astrion turned back time across the immediate architecture, reversing the structural damage until the marble pillars stood tall and whole once more.

Victor offered his arm to Diana, his expression relaxed as if he had done nothing more than sweep away a speck of dust. She smiled, slipping her hand through his, her blue eyes reflecting absolute calm. Together, they walked back toward the raised dais where two ornate thrones crafted from star gold and refined elven wood now stood side by side. ℯℯ𝑙.

As Victor and Diana took their seats, the hundreds of foreign delegates and diplomats who had survived the ordeal dropped to their knees as one. The haughty pride of the high races, the ancient arrogance of the elemental spirits, and the cold indifference of the supreme race ambassadors vanished completely. They bowed their heads until their foreheads pressed against the cool polished floor.

"Thank you, your majesty, for saving us and congratulations on your newly married life," a high envoy of the spirit race stammered, his voice choked with profound reverence and lingering terror.

"We wish the supreme ruler and his esteemed queen eternal prosperity," the representative of the cosmic beast alliance echoed, his massive body quivering as he kept his eyes fixed on the floor.

The fear in the room quickly transformed into a desperate, intense eagerness to display loyalty. Victor lightly raised a hand, signaling for the proceedings to resume. At the foot of the steps leading to the thrones, an elven guard clad in silver armor and a human guard bearing the crest of the new race, stepped forward, opening a massive golden ledger.

"Presenting tributes to the supreme ruler Victor and Queen Diana," the elven guard announced, his clear voice carrying across the silent hall.

"From the Azure Frost Clan of the northern universal domain," the human guard proclaimed, reading from the scroll. "A pair of pristine soul-nourishing ice cores and ten thousand pounds of deep-sea stellar iron."

"From the Sacred Tree Alliance," the elven guard continued. "A sapling of the world tree, born from the primordial spring, along with three drops of divine dew."

Ranks of diplomats stepped forward one by one, moving with agonizing care to present their treasures. Storage rings containing the wealth of entire galaxies, weapons forged in the cores of dying stars, and rare spatial herbs were stacked neatly upon the central platform.

Race after race brought forth their highest possible gifts, bowing deeply before retreating back to their designated areas. Nobody dared to show the slightest hint of disrespect. The ceremony continued smoothly into the late hours, the night air filled with gentle music and the solemn murmurs of submission until midnight finally arrived.

When the festivities concluded, Victor and Diana retired from the grand hall, leaving the logistics of the feast to their trusted commanders.

They walked down the quiet, softly lit corridors of the inner palace until they reached the entrance of their private chambers. The grand wooden doors were carved with protective runes that glowed faintly at Victor’s approach. Opening the heavy doors, Victor stepped inside behind Diana and secured the entrance, shutting out the rest of the universe entirely.

The room was bathed in the warm, ambient light of hovering mana crystals. Soft silk curtains fluttered against the balcony breeze, and at the center of the spacious chamber sat a large, velvet-draped bed decorated with white floral petals.

Victor closed the door and turned around. Diana was sitting on the edge of the bed, her formal mantle removed, leaving her in the elegant, form-fitting dress that accented her slender frame. He could hear her rapid breath and feel the subtle wave of nervousness emanating from her soul. For a woman who had faced spatial collapsing beasts without batting an eye, her current agitation was remarkably endearingly clear.

Seeing her like this only lit a bright fire in his chest. He had suppressed these feelings through endless battles, domain expansions, and political wargames, waiting for the moment they could truly belong to one another without distraction.

He walked toward the bed slowly, his boots making soft, rhythmic sounds against the thick rug. Reaching the bedside, he sat down beside her and looked into her deep blue eyes for a few quiet seconds, taking in every detail of her face.

"I am happy to have you as my wife. I love you Diana," he said softly, his voice carrying an uncharacteristic warmth that was reserved entirely for her.

Diana looked at him with the exact same depth of passion, her nervous tension instantly melting away into profound devotion.

"I am happy to have you my husband as well. In fact, I feel I am the luckiest girl in the universe. I love you so much Victor," she whispered, her voice laced with pure emotion.

Victor leaned forward, closing the small distance remaining between them, and pressed his lips against hers in a passionate kiss. Diana let out a soft sigh against his mouth, her arms gently winding around his neck to pull him closer.

Victor slowly leaned over, letting her lie back down onto the fluffy bed as he moved above her, supporting his weight with one arm while keeping her pinned beneath his gaze.

Diana’s face was completely red now, her breathing becoming chaotic as she felt his physical presence so close to her own. She closed her eyes, giving herself over to the sensation completely.

Victor resumed kissing her, his lips moving against hers with possessive warmth. His tongue slipped smoothly inside her mouth, tasting her completely, before he drew back slightly to gently suck on her lower lip.

His fingers moved to the fastenings of her dress, unthreading the silk ribbons and undressing her slowly with deliberate care, enjoying every passing second of the night they had fought so hard to earn.

(You can imagine the rest)

.....

While peace settled over here, the atmosphere within the universal core was defined by absolute panic.

Deep within the core territory where the ancient dragon race resided, floating islands carved from primordial magma drifted inside a massive spatial vortex. Inside a grand stone council chamber lined with ancient totems, a circle of dragon elders stood around a shattered soul tablet. The flame representing their semi-immortal guardian beast had been completely extinguished.

"How can he kill him in such a short time? The human and that astral creature is that powerful? Could it be that it already broke through to the immortal realm?" one elder asked, his deep voice carrying a rare trace of genuine shock.

The astral creature that had just been crushed was one of their strongest backers below the immortal level ancestors, a existence that had survived multiple epoch wars. Yet its soul bond had vanished in less than a single heart beat.

"I don’t care," another elder suggested, his eyes glowing with fierce crimson light. "Let the ancestor know. We are not capable of handling this situation anymore."

"Yes, let us go," a third elder agreed solemnly. "If it became an immortal and already became our enemy, we can only hope the ancestor would take action personally and kill it."

Without wasting another moment, the elders transformed into beams of golden light, racing toward the deepest recess of the universal core where the ancient immortals slumbered in eternal meditation.

Far across the realm, within the chaotic expanse of the universal battlefield, Victor’s clone slowly opened its eyes. He stood up from his seated position.

"I should comprehend the law of chaos," he muttered to himself, looking down at his palms. "The law of chaos seems connected to my fundamental existence. Maybe after reaching 100 percent of the law of chaos and breaking all the remaining eight seals from my chaos body, I will be able to access the power of my universal form?"

"System, how much for one percent of law of chaos comprehension?" he asked directly.

[Ding! According to the knowledge I have gathered till now, if you don’t reach cosmic god realm, you won’t be able to comprehend the law of chaos to the 100 percent. And below 10 percent, each percent is 100 trillion evolution points, above 10 percent and below 30 percent, each percent costs 500 trillion...]

"Okay, you can shut your damn mouth," Victor snorted softly, interrupting the mechanical interface before it could list out further absurd figures. "I don’t want to use evolution points on it anymore. I will comprehend it myself, unless I reach a bottleneck."

He opened the door and came out from the room.

It was hunt time again.

But the moment he opened the door, he saw several figures were standing outside of his door.

Each one was radiating quasar realm aura.
