Keira and Cassie stopped fighting when they noticed a deliver drone picking up huge numbers of packages from Derrick and storing it inside its own body.

Once it checked every pill, the drone flew away the same way it came from.

"What was that?" Cassandra finally broke the silence.

Unlike, Keira, she did not know about his Pill business.

"Ah, I did not tell you, right." Realization flickered through Derrick’s eyes. "I have started dealing drugs."

"Oh— wait, what??" Cassie almost nodded absentmindedly but then she caught herself. "What do you mean you are dealing drugs—"

Bang!

Just then, kick came out of nowhere and planted her face in the ground.

"Who told you to look away?" Keira seemed proud of what she had done.

Cassie slowly stood up from ground.

Her face was cold as ice.

"I have been falling... for an hour now." Frustration could be seen on her face as she moved her hands through her hair.

"Shall we have breakfast?" Unable to see her like that, Derrick asked.

Cassie did not want to give in, her pride did not allow it.

Seeing this, Keira sighed and muttered to herself, "Both the brother and sister are troublesome pair."

"Did you say something?" Derrick narrowed his eyes in suspicions.

"Let’s go eat or Rebecca will get angry." Keira did not repeat herself.

Derrick walked towards Cassie and helped her inside.

He purchased a minor healing Pill from System which costed around 40,000SC since it was the 100% Pure pill but Derrick did not hesitate in the slightest.

"Here, take this." Derrick placed the pill on Cassie’s tongue and she unceremoniously took it.

Keira seemed to have sensed something and turned around.

She barely sensed the aura of the pill before Cassandra consumed it.

What a powerful aura. She thought to herself.

The aura of the pill was greater than even some of the Tier 2 Pills.

Yet, she merely glanced at it and did not react at all.

Almost instantly, all the wounds on Cassie’s body disappeared. The cuts healed and the bruises faded away.

The effects had not only surprised Keira but even Rebecca looked baffled.

"Are you feeling okay, Cassie?"

Seeing the blond haired girl nod, she did not ask anything else and placed a bowl on the dining table.

Derrick had just taken a seat when the he got the notification that half of his stock was gone.

This time, Derrick did not rush to resupply.

Instead he decided to wait until later.

The breakfast ended soon and it was finally time for Keira to leave.

Rebecca walked her to the door, wiping her hands on her apron. "Are you sure you can’t stay a little longer? I could make more food."

"I’ve got the gym to run," Keira said, slipping her jacket on. "Can’t leave Maki holding down the fort forever. She’ll start giving my regulars free advice again."

Rebecca laughed softly, some of the tension from the morning finally easing out of her shoulders. "Well. Come back again soon, alright? You’re welcome here anytime."

"Will do."

"You better be in the Gym on time. Or I will giver Maki your home address." Keira winked at Derrick in the back before looking at Cassie.

"Practice hard till the next time we meet, will give you some pointers then."

With that, Keira turned and walked off down the path, hands tucked into her jacket pockets, disappearing around the corner without looking back.

Once Keira was gone, Derrick opened his pc and checked how many people had preordered his pills.

He had only sold one of the two kind of pills he had uploaded.

It was a good thing that he looked.

Because there were around 50 total requests for the Basic Recovery Pill. 10 of which were already paid for in advance.

There were even some for the flavored ones and 10 for the combo he had added.

"The question is which of the pills should I purchase." After some thinking, Derrick bought 15 Recovery Pill.

5 of each purity category.

Then he proceeded to buy 10 flavored Pills.

5 Chocolate.

5 Coffee.

Their purities were all around 50%.

And finally for the Raging Tiger Pill... he again bought 5 of each type.

The total came out to be Two hundred thousand and five hundred Social Credits.

By now, he had earned enough to pay for it all and directly put them all in stock.

That should be enough for today. Derrick stretched his arms and got up from the bed, he had already uploaded the daily novel Chapters.

"One more day and I will get the income from this site as well."

After a quick walk Derrick decided to visit Beth and check up on her.

He did not want to go empty handed to her house this time so he bought a freshly baked cookies from a bakery on his way along with a loaf of teacake.

On his way, Derrick got a notification from a number he had not seen in a while.

{Gwen: Derrick, you have to be carefull. I heard Kenny has been plotting something to mess with you.}

He still hasn’t given up on me? Derrick’s brows furrowed.

He typed a quick message and asked why the sudden interest.

Then he saw Gwen type and delete the message several times before she finally sent one.

{Gwen: He has been pestering me to be his girlfriend for a while now. So I told him that I am already... taken.}

Derrick narrowed his eyes.

This woman... she didn’t. Did she?

{You: Did you tell me you told him that you are my girlfriend.}

{Gwen: Don’t give yourself so much credit. Hmph! I only said that you are also pursuing me and I would rather choose you than him.}

This woman... Derrick stopped while walking and stared at the sky, blinking. How is that any better than painting a target on my back.

{You: Tell me if you find some other information.}

Derrick did not wait for her to open and read the message. He closed the phone and pocketed it.

Arriving before Beth’s home, he pressed the door bell.
