Immortal World : MILF Dual Cultivation
Chapter 196 | Foundation Building Level 4
Chapter 196: 196 | Foundation Building Level 4
The Flying Spiritual Ship cut through the high clouds at a steady pace.
On the lower spirit deck, the morning was already busy. Representatives practiced near the open rail, stewards checked supply marks, and small groups of disciples spoke in low voices. The closed space of the ship made every reputation sharper than it had been inside the sect.
Lin Tian stood near the outer rail with his arms loosely folded. The Profound Void-Yang Blade rested across his back in its wrapping. To every watching disciple, he appeared as an Early Stage Foundation cultivator who had climbed too quickly.
A steward in gray robes raised a record jade near the central platform.
"Representatives listed for individual conduct inspection, stand by."
The noise on the deck dropped at once.
Instructor Qing stepped into view behind the steward. Her crimson martial uniform was neat, her long hair tied high, her expression cold enough to end idle conversation. As Chief Martial Arts Master and Head Referee, she carried the authority of ship discipline with her.
She skipped the pleasantries.
"Individual inspection begins now. When your name is called, enter the conduct chamber with your participant jade token. Answer only what is asked. Then leave."
One by one, names were called. Disciples entered the side chamber and came out shortly after, some relieved, some pale. The process was formal and clean.
Then the steward read the next name.
"Lin Tian."
Several heads turned.
Lin Tian walked toward the chamber at a steady pace. At the door, he presented his jade token to the steward, received a short nod, and went inside alone.
The chamber was smaller than the outer hall. Spirit lamps glowed along the walls. A single table stood at the center with a recording jade and a token formation plate. The privacy array sealed out most sound the moment the door closed.
Instructor Qing was already inside.
"Instructor Qing."
"Token," she said.
Lin Tian set his participant jade token on the formation plate. Light ran across the marks and confirmed the seal.
Qing recorded the result with practiced movement.
"Name confirmed. Representative slot confirmed. After the night bell, representatives stay in assigned rest chambers. Do you understand?"
"I understand."
The exchange should have ended there.
Lin Tian remained standing. His golden eyes held hers without hesitation.
"There is one more matter you need to record, Instructor."
Qing’s fingers paused above the recording jade. "Say it clearly."
"My cultivation level. The official records list me as Early Stage Foundation Establishment. That is incorrect."
Qing’s posture stiffened slightly. "Explain."
Lin Tian took a slow breath. She was the Head Referee. She controlled his movement on this ship. If she believed he was only Early Stage, she would treat him like a fragile junior. At the same time, revealing his full strength would draw too much attention from the sect and rival powers. A middle path served his purpose perfectly.
He closed his eyes for a single breath and adjusted the flow of his Liquid Qi.
Then he released a portion of his true pressure.
The change was instantaneous.
The thin, weak aura of an Early Stage cultivator vanished completely. In its place, a massive wave of pure, dense Yang pressure.
Foundation Establishment Level 4. Middle Stage.
The spiritual pressure hit Instructor Qing like a physical wall.
Qing’s body went rigid. Her Divine Valkyrie Body instinctively flared, trying to resist the pressure, but the sheer weight of his Middle Stage foundation pinned her in place.
The Lethal Fire-Poison buried deep in her meridians screamed. The poison shrank back instantly, completely suppressed.
Relief crashed through her system so hard her knees buckled slightly. She gripped the edge of the table.
But the pressure did not stop at the chamber.
The massive Yang aura blasted outward, rippling through the ship’s formation barriers like a stone dropped into still water. The privacy array around the conduct chamber strained and cracked under the force. The spiritual pressure surged into the corridors, up the stairwells, across every deck.
"What is that pressure?"
"Someone just released their full cultivation!"
Panic rippled through the crowd. Gao Chen felt the pressure wash over him and his eyes widened. His sword hand trembled. Middle Stage. The strength behind that single strike against Wei Chang suddenly made perfect sense.
He looked toward the chamber and inclined his head slowly. Respect deepened into recognition.
On the elder deck, Elder Liu felt the pressure wave hit her chamber.
Her Verdant Flame Physique responded instantly, the fire inside her core surging toward the familiar Yang presence flooding the ship. She recognized that Qi immediately. There was only one person on this ship who carried it.
Elder Liu set down her medical scroll with steady hands. Her expression remained calm. Her posture remained upright.
She had known this moment would come. She had felt his true strength many times, had lain beneath him while that same power flooded her body. The reveal changed nothing for her.
A faint, quiet curve touched her lips. Barely visible. Gone in a breath.
He was still holding back. Even now, revealing only a fraction of what she knew lived inside him. The thought brought a warm, possessive satisfaction that settled deep in her chest.
She picked up her scroll again and continued reading.
[Ding!]

Elder Bai’s divine sense flared to maximum. The pressure wave carried structural information that made her breath catch.
"Middle Stage," she murmured, her eyes wide with.
Back in the chamber, Qing finally found her voice.
"You..." Her voice came out as a rough whisper. "You are Middle Stage."
"Foundation Establishment Level 4," Lin Tian said. His voice was calm, carrying effortlessly through the heavy pressure. "The Early Stage projection was a concealment art."
Qing stared at him. Her chest rose and fell rapidly. The warmth spreading through her meridians was intoxicating. Her Divine Valkyrie Body recognized the supreme quality of his Yang essence. It craved it.
Her fingers curled into the wood of the table. She forced her martial discipline to hold, keeping her back straight despite the trembling in her legs.
"You deceived the entire sect," she managed to say. "Patriarch Hong. The elders. Me."
"I protected my position," Lin Tian replied. "Now you know the truth. You are the Head Referee. Record it."
Qing’s gaze dropped to the recording jade. A Middle Stage Foundation cultivator hiding as Early Stage. The crushing force against Wei Chang. The weight of his sword. The absolute control. He was a monster hiding in plain sight.
She slowly lifted her head. The cold authority of the Chief Martial Instructor was still there, but beneath it, a new emotion burned bright and undeniable. Respect. Fear. And a deep, physical craving that her body could no longer hide.
[Ding!]
[Target Profile Updated: Instructor Qing]
[Hidden Illness: Lethal Fire-Poison (Suppressed by Host’s Level 4 Yang Aura)]
[Obsession Level: 25% → 32%]
Lin Tian closed the panel.
Qing swallowed hard. "The official log will reflect your true cultivation."
"Noted," Lin Tian said.
He picked up his participant token and turned toward the door.
"Lin Tian."
He paused, his hand on the door panel. He looked back over his shoulder.
Qing was still gripping the table. Her face was flushed, her breathing uneven. The massive Yang aura was already fading as he prepared to leave, and the faint edge of the Fire-Poison’s ache was trying to creep back into her meridians.
"Your aura," she said, her eyes locked on his. "It suppress the poison. When you leave this room... it will return."
"I know," Lin Tian said calmly.
He opened the door and stepped out. The privacy array sealed behind him.
Inside the chamber, Qing let out a long, shaky breath. Her legs finally gave out, and she sank into the chair. The pain was already returning, a faint familiar burn in her chest. But it was weaker now. Her body remembered the perfection of his Level 4 Yang essence. It had tasted the cure.
She closed her eyes, her fingers curling into her palms.
He had lied to everyone. And he had chosen to reveal it to her.
---
Lin Tian walked back. The disciples parted for him now, their eyes wide with a mixture of fear and respect. The whispers followed him like a wake.
He stopped and looked out at the clouds sliding past the barrier.
The board had changed.
Lin Tian’s lips curved slightly.
The Flying Spiritual Ship continued north through the clouds, steady and heavily guarded. On its lower deck, the whispers continued.
And in the chamber, Instructor Qing sat alone, her obsession burning brighter than ever.
The journey had only just begun.
