Chapter 184: Chapter 184: Lobak Completely Submits

Ophelia and Tyler finally turned to look at Lobak, realizing he had overheard their conversation.

"Please, Mother? Can he?" Wendy continued to act spoiled.

"Wendy, stop fussing," Kohen said. They couldn’t just casually let others know about a secret as massive as their mother’s System Space.

"Clan Leader Ophelia, I promise I won’t say a word to anyone," Lobak said, realizing he had seemingly stumbled upon a monumental secret.

Ophelia narrowed her eyes in thought.

"He has already sworn a Beast Oath," Tyler reminded her from the side. "He will absolutely never do anything to hurt Wendy. It shouldn’t be a big problem."

"But..." Ophelia still hesitated. Ever since the incident with Hu Ya, she didn’t dare to be soft-hearted again.

Lobak immediately dropped to his knees and swore, "I, Lobak, swear to the Beast God that I will be absolutely loyal to Wendy. Should I ever betray her, may I die on the spot."

His voice was loud, ensuring both Ophelia and Tyler heard him clearly, and the oath carried heavy weight. The Beast God of the Beast World possessed absolute power; once an oath was sworn, any violation would inevitably bring about severe punishment.

With this oath, Ophelia felt slightly relieved. "You are not allowed to speak of family matters to anyone outside," she commanded.

"Understood, Clan Leader Ophelia," Lobak replied.

"Wendy, Lobak cannot enter the space. If he stays in there for too long, his life will be in danger."

Wendy didn’t quite understand the underlying reasons, but she pouted in disappointment. "Alright then. Goodbye, Lobak. You have to remember to miss me!" Saying this, she threw herself into Lobak’s arms, a misty layer of tears welling up in her pretty eyes.

The sudden intrusion of a soft little body into his embrace left Lobak entirely at a loss. Not knowing where to place his hands, he could only let them hover awkwardly in the air. Although he couldn’t understand what Wendy was saying, he could feel her reluctance to part with him. A warm current surged through his heart. To think there was actually someone in this world who was attached to him, who cared about him.

"You sure have gotten close to him," Ophelia said. "Alright, no more crying. We’re going into the space now."

Taking Wendy by the hand, Ophelia led her two sons into the System Space. Once inside, she purchased a large bed from the System Mall and set it up in the warehouse.

"You three will sleep here. I’ll come in to bring you food during the day," Ophelia told them. "Be good while you’re in here, and don’t ruin the crops in the fields." She specifically tapped her second son Dan’er on the nose.

Dan’er wrinkled his nose. "I know, Mother."

Ophelia only left the System Space after coaxing the three little dragon cubs to sleep.

The night passed. As the sky lightened to a pale grey, Ophelia got up.

As soon as she rose, she caught the fragrant scent of roasted meat and cooked rice.

"Tyler, why are you cooking so early?" Walking into the kitchen, she was surprised to find him at work.

"Since the dragon cubs are inside, I thought I should make it early. I was worried we wouldn’t have time for them once we get busy," Tyler replied.

"Ophelia, are you sure the dragon cubs won’t be discovered?" Klein walked in, dark circles under his eyes.

Ophelia nodded. "Don’t worry, they absolutely won’t be found. You must be tired after keeping watch all night. Hurry into the room and get some rest. Tyler and I are here; nothing will go wrong."

Klein was still a bit uneasy. "There’s no rush. Didn’t Moye say Brada is coming today? It won’t be too late to rest after he leaves." How could he sleep peacefully without keeping an eye on things himself?

"Alright then," Ophelia agreed.

After delivering food to the dragon cubs, the three of them grabbed a quick bite to eat. Once they finished, Tyler brought in a pile of dry leaves and set them on fire inside the stone house.

Klein choked on the smoke. "Tyler, what are you doing?"

"He’s smoking out the rooms to mask and eliminate the scent of the dragon cubs," Ophelia explained.

Klein could only cover his nose and let Tyler wander through the various rooms with the smoldering leaves.

Once the rooms were thoroughly smoked, the trio headed to the defensive wall shops together.

At this hour, only a few shops were open, and there was certainly no one around looking to barter so early in the morning. Lam had just opened his wooden door when he saw Ophelia and the others. Curious, he asked, "Ophelia, what brings you out today?" He knew that she had been holed up in the tribe recently, seemingly researching something. She had even handed over the management of her fields to the elderly males of the tribe. "Is something going on?"

Ophelia waved her hand dismissively. "It’s nothing. We have a guest coming, so we came out to welcome them."

"What kind of guest requires a dignified Clan Leader like you to welcome them?" Lam was intrigued.

But all three of them wore somber expressions, in no mood to indulge his curiosity.

It wasn’t until the sun had fully risen that Moye walked over, leading several males.

At the forefront was a male with waist-length red hair. His expression was flamboyant as he brazenly sized up his surroundings.

"That’s Brada. He’s a wolf in sheep’s clothing, so be careful when you speak to him," Klein whispered a warning beside her.

Ophelia nodded.

When Moye and his group approached, she stepped forward and took the initiative to greet them. "City Lord Mo Ye, what brings you here?"

Pretending not to be familiar with Ophelia, Moye kept his tone light. "My esteemed guest was somewhat curious about the Fuzu Tribe’s defensive wall shops, so I brought him to take a look around. Since you are the Clan Leader of the Fuzu Tribe, you understand this place better than anyone. Show us around."

Brada scrutinized the little female standing before him. She had fair skin and long golden hair that shimmered under the sunlight. Her deep blue eyes were vibrant and crystal clear—such eyes were a rare sight in the Holy Capital.

"You are the Clan Leader of the Fuzu Tribe?" Prada raised a brow slightly.

Ophelia remained neither haughty nor humble. "Yes, honored guest."

"How is it that a little female like you established a tribe by yourself?"

"What’s wrong with a little female? Is there a rule in the Beast World stating that a little female cannot establish a tribe? Besides, I think my tribe is no worse than any other." As Ophelia spoke, a look of proud confidence graced her face.

While the two conversed, Klein was also covertly observing Brada. Seeing the smile in the other man’s eyes, Klein felt certain that he was unaware of Ophelia’s relationship with Zerev. It truly seemed he had only come out of interest in the Fuzu Tribe.

Pointing to the patches of vibrant green around them, Brada asked curiously, "What are all these things you’ve planted? Can they be eaten?"

Ever since stepping into the Fuzu Tribe’s territory, he had noticed that they had a lot of flat land, all planted with a chaotic assortment of vegetation.

"These are edible corn, and there are also some watermelons. A new batch will ripen in a few days. I’ll send some watermelons to the City Lord Mansion in a couple of days so you can have a fresh taste, honored guest."

"You actually know how to grow watermelons?" Brada was somewhat incredulous.

Ophelia nodded and took him to see the watermelon field. Seeing that the field was indeed filled with massive watermelons, Brada finally believed her.

Right at that moment, Brada recognized Klein. "You’re Klein. Why are you here? I recall your tribe is quite a distance from here."

Klein’s lips curled up slightly. "My mate is here, so naturally, I am here as well."

"Mate?"

Brada’s gaze shifted back and forth between Ophelia and Klein, and he inwardly realized the reason Ophelia had been able to establish a tribe. So she had relied on a male after all. The smile on his face vanished instantly.

"Take us for a walk around," he ordered.

"Understood, honored guest. Right this way."

Along the way, Ophelia attentively introduced her shops and their unique features.
