I Can Replicate Martial Arts
Chapter 587 - 318: Bullying My Divine Domain As If Unmanned
Across the bright river of stars!
The vast Divine Domain stretched across countless planets, a home to innumerable flourishing worlds teeming with life.
For the past several millennia, the entire Star Realm had remained almost entirely free of conflict.
But at this moment, a series of fierce battles was erupting in the very heart of the Divine Domain.
Countless warships and mecha clashed amidst the stars.
Beams of energy formed a dense web, blanketing the battlefield.
All kinds of mecha and starfighters weaved through the void, launching ambushes from every direction. Massive defensive turrets fired cannons of energy several meters in diameter.
Explosions and bursts of dissipating energy filled the entire starscape.
"Divine Venerable, the Divine Domain is pathetic. How could it possibly pose a new threat!"
On the outskirts of the battlefield, a giant so tall he seemed to blot out the heavens looked toward a seated figure on a distant starship and bellowed.
The seated figure wore a golden circlet and a matching golden cloak. His exposed skin pulsed with an unsettling brown light that made one’s heart pound.
"I do not sense that presence."
The Divine Venerable’s expression hardened. His gaze swept across the starscape, as if it could pierce through reality itself.
"He probably heard we were mounting a full-scale invasion and took off long ago. Hahaha."
The giant boomed with laughter. His voice, infused with boundless Divine Power, instantly crushed a large formation of starships before him into cosmic dust.
"Bring the Thunder God King here."
The Divine Venerable flexed his fingers. Instantly, his subordinates brought over the Thunder God King, who was covered in dust and looked utterly defeated.
"To think you’re the master of an entire domain, yet look at the state you’re in now."
Seeing the Thunder God King’s miserable state, the giant couldn’t help but burst into laughter.
"Speak. Where did this new leader of yours go?"
The Divine Venerable’s question was delivered in a deep voice. His face was impassive as he looked at the defiant, enraged Thunder God King before him.
"I am the great Thunder Sovereign! Who could possibly rank above me?"
Enraged, the Thunder God King erupted with power, bolts of lightning-like Divine Power lashing out from his body.
"Silence!"
The giant glared, and with a casual clench of his fist, he snuffed out the lashing bolts of Divine Power in the palm of his hand.
"You can’t even beat me with that paltry Divine Power of yours, yet you dare to be so arrogant. You truly don’t know your own limits."
As the giant spoke, he tightened his grip slightly. The Thunder God King immediately cried out in agony.
"That’s enough. Let him go for now."
The Divine Venerable waved a hand, motioning for the giant to release him.
Once the Thunder God King was free, the Divine Venerable finally spoke. "The Divine Domain has a long and storied history, from the ancient gods of tens of millions of years ago to you, the Thunder God King of today..."
"It is a pity to see it has decayed into its current state. Since you are unwilling to speak, I will not force you. Once I have annihilated the Divine Domain, everything will be reduced to ash anyway."
The Divine Venerable waved his hand, and instantly, countless Extraordinary Warriors transformed into heaven-spanning giants and strode onto the battlefield.
The Power of these giants was immense. They ignored the onslaught of lasers and energy beams, their bodies flashing as they warped through space to smash warships with a single punch.
With them joining the fray, the tide of battle turned in an instant.
The Divine Domain’s forces, which had been holding their own, were quickly routed. It was a total collapse.
"How dare you presume the Divine Domain has no one to defend it!"
At that moment, a vast wave of divine light surged from the distance. It blazed with unimaginable Power, eclipsing the heavens and sun with its dazzling, brilliant radiance.
"Is that the Light God?"
"It’s the Light God!"
The retreating troops, their morale shattered, suddenly surged with newfound strength.
Their reinforcements had arrived.
