The group below watched in utter disbelief. Was this really the "Heavenly Yaksha" and the "Demon Child"?

Usually, these two were imposing, aloof leaders who stood high above everyone else. Yet now, they were suddenly bowing and paying respects to a young man.

Who was he?

The dozen or so subordinates exchanged glances, unsure whether they should kneel as well or remain seated.

"It has been nine years. It seems you have done well."

Vladimir smiled faintly. "No need to be so nervous, Robin."

"As you command, Emperor Vladimir."

"Tell me what has happened over these years."

Nico Robin immediately began her report. "Following the battle at the Sabaody Archipelago, I strictly followed your orders and collected Devil Fruits systematically. The vast majority of the fruits that fell into the ocean back then have now been salvaged. Combined with our previous stockpile, we currently hold 280 Devil Fruits in our possession."

As soon as she finished speaking, Doflamingo quickly added: "Your Majesty, a few years after Phantom vanished from the world, the Marines attempted to move against us. Left with no choice, we established an army of ability users for protection. The legion currently numbers about fifty strong."

Doflamingo spoke with obvious nervousness.

It was understandable. Phantom had truly disappeared. Not only had the high-ranking leaders and commanders vanished, but even the Shadow Fiend could no longer be reached or contacted.

Under such circumstances, the only way to ensure survival was to rapidly expand their own power.

And because they had grown strong enough, the Marines dared not act rashly, resulting in a state of uneasy peace.

"Is that so? It does not matter." Vladimir replied calmly. "Robin, go and bring the fruits here. Doflamingo, come with me."

"Emperor Vladimir?" A thought flashed through someone’s mind, and they suddenly realized. "Is it... the Emperor Vladimir of the One Emperor?!"

The crowd was shocked, instantly replaced by wild excitement and reverence.

Vladimir had no interest in dealing with them. Guided by Doflamingo, he quickly left the room.

Compared to what had happened here over the past nine years, he cared far more about whether these 280 fruits would be enough to upgrade the Space-Time Fish to its maximum star level.

"It should be enough. I hope it will allow me to travel between worlds. With the power of Time and Space combined, it must surely make cross-world travel possible."

Guided by Doflamingo, Vladimir arrived at a quiet, secluded room.

He walked to the sofa and sat down, while Doflamingo stood respectfully to the side.

Noticing that Doflamingo seemed to have something to say but was holding back, Vladimir spoke first. "You wish to speak?"

"Indeed, Your Majesty, there are matters I must report."

Doflamingo paused. Seeing that Vladimir showed no sign of displeasure, he continued.

"The Shadow Fiend ordered me years ago to continue serving as a Warlord of the Sea, and I have strictly obeyed that command for nine years. However... in the last six months, it seems the Marines are preparing to remove me from my position."

Vladimir nodded. "Who are the current Seven Warlords?"

"The current lineup has changed greatly from the past."

Doflamingo immediately began to explain.

The seven members were:

- "Heavenly Yaksha" Donquixote Doflamingo

- "Hawkeye" Dracule Mihawk

- "Tyrant" Bartholomew Kuma

- "Pirate Empress" Boa Hancock

- "Sea Hero" Jinbe

- "Glutton" Heinel

- "Heaven’s Eye" Vio

"So even that little girl Hancock has become a Warlord now..." Vladimir couldn’t help but shake his head, sighing at the changes.

Back in the days of the first generation of Warlords, the Nine-Tailed Fox had taken Hancock’s spot.

In the second generation, the Marines hadn’t considered her at all, instead choosing figures like "Big Mark".

Now that Big Mark was gone, Hancock had finally made the list.

This meant it was already the third generation of Warlords.

And among this new generation, Crocodile was gone too. Thinking about it, it made sense — after Crocodile was captured and publicly humiliated by Phantom, he had obviously lost all qualification to remain a Warlord.

"Setting Hancock aside for a moment... who are these two, Heinel and Vio?" Vladimir asked.

"Heinel is a user of the Eat-Eat Fruit. He can swallow absolutely anything. It is said he once swallowed an entire warship in one bite. Afterward, instead of hunting him down, the Marines invited him to join the Seven Warlords."

Doflamingo spoke with obvious disdain. "As for Heaven’s Eye — Vio ate the Eye-Eye Fruit of the Paramecia type. I don’t know the exact details of his abilities, though the Marines likely know everything. These two only became Warlords a few years ago."

"Hahaha..."

After hearing the introduction, Vladimir couldn’t help but laugh.

How pathetic the Marines’ situation was! Of the seven Warlords: Doflamingo was his man; Kuma was a high-ranking Revolutionary; Hancock would never follow government orders; Hawkeye did whatever he pleased; and only Jinbe could barely be considered cooperative. Aside from them, there were only these two newcomers.

With allies like these, the Seven Warlords were practically useless!

Just as he was thinking this, Robin entered the room. Behind her followed six subordinates, carrying three large wooden crates which they placed inside.

"Your Majesty, these are the 280 Devil Fruits." Robin signaled for them to open the boxes. Inside, they were indeed packed full of Devil Fruits.

Vladimir nodded and waved his hand. "You may all withdraw."

"Understood!"

Once they were gone, Vladimir stood up. He gently picked up one of the fruits and examined it closely.
