Hogwarts : I Have the Holy Father System
Chapter 806: Side Story — Cassandra 2
"Going to a flying lesson?"
The stupid guy stood in front of the noticeboard, his head tilted back.
A lock of unruly hair bounced as he moved his head.
Cassandra suddenly felt like laughing, but immediately put on her usual proud expression again.
What a blockhead! He couldn't even comb his own hair properly!
She was about to make fun of him when she heard Malfoy's mocking remarks.
What exactly was Malfoy trying to do?
He was obviously not stupid, so why did he keep acting like an idiot? Cassandra was a little puzzled.
But she quickly forgot about this question. After all, everyone had secrets, didn't they?
Besides, the stupid guy had been injured.
Someone had attacked Malfoy, and the stupid guy had ended up hurt.
An attack on Malfoy...
How was that possible?
The Malfoys practically had no enemies. How could anyone have attacked them?
And the most infuriating part was that Malfoy was the one who had been attacked, yet the stupid guy was the one who got hurt.
Cassandra was disgusted.
How had she ended up knowing this guy?
Come to think of it, she remembered the first time she had met him. He had stepped in to take the blow meant for Betsy.
Hmph! What an incurable idiot!
What had he even learned during all those years? Had he learned nothing except how to be stupid?
She took the healing potion out of her pocket and was about to throw it at him, intending to tell him that she didn't want it anyway.
Who knew that he would hide in the dormitory?
And when he came out again, there wasn't even the slightest trace of blood on him.
Interesting!
Potter really was an interesting fellow. It seemed he had a few little secrets of his own.
Cassandra slipped the healing potion back into her pocket, without the slightest intention of investigating further.
Well, that was Dumbledore's business. What did it have to do with her?
**Flying lessons.**
Cassandra watched as the stupid guy rescued the Longbottom boy from trouble, then angrily rushed over to Harry Potter.
She had thought the stupid guy had finally learned to fight back.
Who would have guessed that he would call Harry Potter a stupid lion again?
For the first time, Cassandra was almost speechless.
Wasn't the stupid lion standing right in front of her? She felt that even Harry Potter was more sensible than him.
She nearly burst out laughing.
When the lesson ended, she had planned to go over and mock him.
But then she saw something that made her stop.
The stupid guy was talking to that Gryffindor know-it-all, Miss Granger.
Apparently, he was comforting the Gryffindor girl. Who knew what sort of dirty tricks she might be up to?
Of course, Cassandra knew she was being biased.
After all, they were all first-years. There wasn't much they could possibly get up to.
But she was still angry.
She was angry that the two of them were sitting on the grass outside the castle, looking so relaxed and comfortable together.
She didn't know what the stupid guy had said to Miss Know-It-All, but whatever it was, it had made the girl blush.
How annoying!
This was too much!
Cassandra was furious.
But there was nothing she could say, was there?
What could she possibly say?
She was only a first-year prefect.
And one that the stupid guy didn't even want.
Hmph!
She turned around and walked away, deciding that she would never look at that Potter again!
Cassandra was furious.
Back at Hogwarts, Harry Potter and Malfoy were preparing to duel.
Oh, why couldn't they duel until one of them was dead?
She was looking forward to seeing what Malfoy could do!
However, the stupid guy showed up and actually tried to stop them.
And then he wanted to follow Harry Potter to Gryffindor.
What a joke!
Did he really want to be punished by the Slytherins?
Even if Betsy had saved him last time, wasn't he afraid that the next punishment might be even more terrifying?
She was furious.
Grabbing him, she threatened, "Come on, little Potter. Tell your brother what happens when you eat over there!"
Harry Potter had no idea what she was talking about.
He always relied on that stupid guy to pay for him. Why had he never once come to Slytherin to eat with him?
The stupid guy was intimidated by her.
In the end, he returned to the Slytherin table with his head hanging dejectedly.
Watching him stuff food into his mouth in frustration, Cassandra rolled her eyes.
Was Gryffindor's food really that delicious?
She thought irritably.
**At dinner,**
she saw Harry Potter of Gryffindor receive a broomstick.
What was going on?
Did first-years get this kind of treatment too?
Or was it some special privilege reserved for Harry Potter?
Looking at the envious expression on the stupid guy's face beside her, Cassandra silently calculated his pocket money.
It seemed she had enough to buy a broomstick him.
Hmph! She just hated the special treatment Harry Potter received!
What?!!
So many people were giving broomsticks to the stupid guy?
How many people had this fellow charmed?
Cassandra suddenly clenched her fists.
What was going on here?
The know-it-all girl had given him one. That seemed possible.
Betsy had given him one. Cassandra had no problem with that, either.
But why were there so many other Slytherin girls giving him broomsticks?
Didn't these girls usually complain about how stupid he was in the common room? Weren't those exactly the sort of boys they claimed to hate most?
Hah! Liars!
Before she knew it, Halloween had arrived.
She heard that the stupid guy had argued with that Weasley boy over Miss Know-It-All.
The stupid guy had also been looking for that Gryffindor know-it-all after class all day.
Cassandra found it tiresome.
Was that Muggle-born witch really that good-looking ? Why did he keep going on about Hermione Granger all day?
She endured it without saying anything.
But when she finally saw him gobbling down the Halloween feast just so he could go looking for Granger, Cassandra finally told him where Granger was.
It wasn't because she was being kind.
She simply couldn't stand watching him behave so rudely at the table.
That's right!
The first time he learned about Miss Know-It-All, the stupid guy had been about to rush out.
She had been just about to stop him when, before she could do anything, that strange Professor Quirrell announced that there was a troll in the dungeons.
The dungeons?
Wasn't Miss Know-It-All crying in the dungeons?
Cassandra hurriedly turned around to look for the stupid guy.
Sure enough, he was already gone.
**Boom!**
Just as they were being organized to return to the Slytherin common room, a tremendous explosion reverberated throughout Hogwarts.
Cassandra anxiously stood up and slipped out of the Slytherin common room.
The moment she stepped outside, she saw Professor McGonagall carrying the stupid guy toward the Hospital Wing.
Without a second thought, Cassandra followed them.
She stayed until she heard Madam Pomfrey say that the stupid guy was fine and had merely exhausted himself. Only then did she purse her lips in disdain.
What a stupid lion! He had brought shame upon Slytherin.
If she could, she would have everyone give him a good punishment.
Hopefully, that would teach him to calm down.
If he kept causing trouble like this, Hogwarts might actually explode one day!
But Potter's magic really was powerful.
Judging by the noise earlier, his magical power was no weaker than that of a senior adult wizard.
Thinking about it that way, had Harry Potter and Darren Potter been given the wrong names?
Wasn't this stupid guy supposed to be the one who defeated the Dark Lord?
