Heretic Trainer: The Gym Is My Cultivation Method

Chapter 758: Please Die in One Hit

  • Next Chapter

Valtor grinned as he looked at Kaldros’s transformed body.

Right now, Kaldros looked like a twisted fusion between a dragon and a man.

However, unlike the Dragon Gods Valtor had seen before, this form was not majestic at all.

It was sloppy, ugly, and disgusting.

He looked more like a zombie dragon warrior than a true humanoid dragon warrior.

Bone armor pierced through Kaldros’s flesh, stolen dragon scales crawled across his skin, and black-red blood steamed from the cracks in his body.

Valtor’s grin became wider. "Hahaha! So that’s your strongest state? Not bad, not bad!"

Then his smile turned mocking. "But damn, you’re still too ugly compared to those true dragons."

Kaldros’s blood-red eyes became even colder. "Don’t compare me to those filthy dragons. This form is the majestic form of the strongest dragon."

His transformed halberd glowed crimson, and a savage dragon-slaying aura wrapped around its blade. "Just die!"

[Halberd Fang Rend]

Kaldros swung his halberd downward.

A massive blood-red fang projection appeared in space and slashed toward Valtor.

Valtor did not even dodge.

Instead, he simply reached out with his left hand and caught the blood-red fang barehanded.

The force managed to push him backward slightly, but his grin did not fade at all.

With his right hand, he raised his axe, preparing to crush the attack completely.

Kaldros’s expression twisted. "You think it’s that easy? This is not a one-time attack."

He twisted his halberd and slashed again.

Another blood-red dragon fang shot out, this time aiming directly at Valtor’s right arm and locking it in place.

Now both of Valtor’s hands were stuck holding back the two blood-red fang projections.

But Kaldros did not stop there as he suddenly slammed the bottom of his halberd into space.

The surrounding space trembled, and the blood-red aura changed shape.

[Dragon Tendon Lock]

Blood-red chains burst from the halberd like living tendons, rushing toward Valtor’s lower body and binding him tightly in place.

Kaldros roared, "Now that you can’t move, I’ll show you just how great a Divine Dragon Slayer truly is!"

Valtor lowered his head and looked at the chains wrapped around his body.

For a moment, he remained silent before suddenly laughing out loud.

Kaldros was surprised to see him laughing, but before he could say anything, Valtor’s muscles suddenly tensed.

The heat from his body increased violently once again.

The nearby space distorted as if it was being cooked alive. Even the blood-red chains began to smoke as they slowly melted.

At the same time, the blood-red fang in Valtor’s left hand also burned away, disappearing into nothing.

Valtor slowly raised his head and glared at Kaldros. "Hehehe... do you really think I, Valtor, can be easily bound by something like this?"

His grin widened. "Just how stupid are you?"

Kaldros instinctively stepped back.

For the first time, fear appeared in his blood-red eyes.

Years of hunting Dragon Gods had made him arrogant. He had believed his strength already stood near the top.

But now, he had met someone who was not affected by his power at all.

Valtor only looked at him while raising his massive axe high above his head.

Molten fire and metallic divine power slowly wrapped around the axe, turning its edge brighter and brighter.

In God Gym, they trained to perfect their bodies and strengthen their power.

Because of that, most of them did not really like dragging out battles unless the fight was interesting.

Valtor loved fighting, but unfortunately, this was wartime. More importantly, the enemy in front of him was simply too weak for him to take seriously.

Because of that, he had no intention of dragging the fight out. He planned to finish everything in a single hit.

Valtor looked at Kaldros and grinned. "Sorry, but you’re just too damn weak. So please die in one hit, okay? Don’t waste my time."

[Molten Meteor Cleave]

Valtor swung his axe down.

A terrifying molten axe light descended like a falling star, crashing straight toward Kaldros.

Kaldros immediately boosted his strength with every stolen dragon part in his body, desperately trying to protect himself.

Unfortunately, it was useless.

Valtor’s attack was not only overwhelmingly powerful, but it also carried divine energy that was even stronger than his own.

The molten axe light swallowed Kaldros completely, melting his armor, flesh, bones, stolen dragon scales, and divine weapon fragments all at once.

He did not even have time to scream.

In a single hit, the First Rank Divine Dragon Slayer was melted into nothingness.

Valtor rested his axe on his shoulder and laughed loudly. "Hahaha! One down!"

Then he turned his gaze toward the other battlefield. "Too bad he was too weak. Now let’s see how you do, Seira!"

---

Orvax froze the moment he felt Kaldros’s aura disappear. For a brief second, even his blade stopped in midair. "Kaldros..."

He had never imagined that his friend would be killed so quickly. At that moment, Orvax finally understood.

The enemies they were facing this time were anything but ordinary, and his first instinct was to retreat.

Dragon wings tore out from his back, and without the slightest hesitation, he immediately tried to fly away at full speed.

However, before he could escape, the surrounding space suddenly froze.

A massive ice dome formed around him, sealing every direction.

Orvax’s expression changed. "What the?!"

Seira remained seated on her frozen throne, resting her cheek against one hand. "Your friend was killed, and now you want to run away?"

Her icy blue eyes narrowed slightly. "You really are a coward."

The cold mist around her throne spread farther. "And more importantly, how can you escape before I kill you? How can I lose to that brute?"

Orvax’s face twisted with anger. "Damn you! How dare you treat me like a plaything!"

He roared and poured every bit of his dragon-slaying aura into his serrated blade.

His grotesque body expanded again, and the dragon bones across his armor cracked apart before reshaping into countless sharp spines.

[Ten Thousand Dragon Spine Execution]

In the next instant, Orvax transformed into a massive bone dragon made entirely of serrated spine blades.

Every broken dragon bone around him was pulled into his body, turning into more blades, more edges, and more killing intent.

He gathered all that power into one final charge.

The bone dragon roared and rushed toward Seira with enough force to tear apart the frozen dome.

Seira only watched calmly before snapping her fingers.

SNAP!

[Absolute Zero Bloom]

Tiny ice flowers silently appeared across space, and they looked delicate, beautiful, and harmless.

But the moment the first spine blade touched one of them, it froze instantly, bloomed into frost, and shattered into nothingness.

More ice flowers appeared.

Just like before, every blade that touched them froze, bloomed, and vanished.

The enormous bone dragon became slower and slower as ice flowers spread across its body.

Orvax’s roar gradually turned into panic. "No! How can I die like this?! I am a Divine Dragon Slayer!"

Right after he said that, his entire body froze as a pale blue flower bloomed from his chest.

In just a matter of seconds, his whole body shattered into glittering ice dust that scattered across space.
