Chapter 467: Precious Guests

Suien clung tightly to Priam’s back. Priam didn’t hesitate either. He used a Yin Enchantment Power Rune, activating his elemental physique at the same time. He was genuinely running for his life now.

He could accept taking a beating, and he could even allow others to discipline his sister if their intentions were purely to teach her a lesson. However, that Central Elder was clearly blinded by rage, and she had no intention of beating Suien for her own good.

That was something he absolutely couldn’t accept. No one was going to deliberately hurt his sister like that. He was willing to go to any lengths to stop it, if necessary.

Within seconds, he reached his maximum speed.

But what truly shocked Priam was seeing Aella and Barak running just as fast as he was.

Both had activated their elemental physiques. Aella was covered in a dense earthen aura, speeding across the ground and using the earth itself to propel her forward. Meanwhile, Barak was surrounded by white lightning, impressively piercing through the space ahead of him.

What was even more surprising, however, wasn’t their ability to push their elements to the limit. Both of them had a subtle, strange aura surrounding their bodies, distorting reality itself. These were undoubtedly the first traces of their Sovereign Manifestations.

"Priam, stop running! Let’s do the same thing again!" Aella roared excitedly, an intense fighting spirit radiating from her entire being.

"Let’s knock her out again! If we managed to do it once, we can do it again!" Barak exclaimed enthusiastically.

Knocking out a Central Elder had been the greatest achievement of their lives so far. Unfortunately, that moment of glory had passed far too quickly for them to enjoy it as much as they deserved.

Both Priam and Suien were left speechless. Did those two seriously think they’d won through sheer brute force?

The only reason they’d managed to create an opening was because the Central Elder had let her guard down, combined with Priam’s cunning in taking advantage of the element of surprise. If they fought again, there was a 100% chance the Elder would smash them against the wall so hard they’d never get back up. Knock her out again? That kind of dream was simply too unrealistic.

However, Priam had a plan and was running in a specific direction, with the other two following close behind. It took only a few seconds to reach their destination.

"Old woman, someone’s trying to bully me by abusing their position!" Priam shouted as he rushed straight toward the Sect Leader.

He quickly reached the mountaintop. When he burst into the wooden room, he found the old woman drinking the concentrated Goddess Essence he’d given her, her eyes closed as she savored the divine delicacy.

"You little bastards! Just wait until I beat you to death!" The blonde Central Elder’s eyes glowed scarlet as she chased after the four of them.

But before she could even get close...

*BANG!*

She was knocked down by a black staff, crashing violently into the ground.

The old woman snorted and spoke disdainfully. "How can you be so shameless? After getting knocked out by four children, you still don’t feel embarrassed enough and actually want revenge?"

At that moment, the other six Central Elders also arrived. Upon hearing that the blonde had been knocked out, they all burst into laughter, sending the Central Elder’s fury soaring through the heavens.

"You really are getting old... To think even a few children managed to scheme against you!" Aella’s mother laughed, barely concealing her smug expression. This was undoubtedly an unprecedented event in the sect.

"We won through sheer strength!" Barak retorted. But his comment only provoked even more laughter from the crowd, infuriating the defeated Elder even further.

"Lady Central Elder, why don’t we take this opportunity to have a drink? I still have a few bottles saved up. These are the last ones, and I have no idea when I’ll be able to get more," Priam said gently, abruptly changing the subject.

The Central Elder let out a deep sigh, swallowing her pride and accepting defeat. After all, it had been her own fault for letting her guard down.

Priam quickly walked over to a table and placed a dozen bottles on it. These were truly his last remaining reserves.

The old woman gave a faint smile and shook her head without saying anything. She easily put the awkward incident behind her, and with the help of those dozen bottles, the matter was properly laid to rest.

Everyone sat down at the table. This time, Suien, Aella, and Barak wore radiant expressions. After all, drinking alongside the Central Elders granted them an incredible amount of status within the sect.

Of course, the blonde Central Elder was still extremely displeased... and her resentment would last for quite some time, since the others wouldn’t pass up the opportunity to tease her about it for the rest of their lives. After all, she’d completely lost face that day.

The six Central Elders even declared loudly that no matter what tricks Priam tried to pull, they would never fall for them.

Aella’s mother even took a jab at the defeated Elder, saying it was her own shameless behavior that had brought this upon her. She’d been beating her female disciples without showing them any respect, only piling up their resentment against her.

Priam merely nodded slightly in silence. No man who wanted to avoid a lifelong grudge would kick another man in the balls. That kind of thing bred resentment that could never be healed. For women, it seemed that taking a heavy, direct blow to the chest was on an equivalent level.

Watching the scene, Priam realized something important. Although the Central Elders didn’t seem harmonious at all and loved fighting among themselves, they were actually extremely united. Everyone in the sect shared this bond, even the disciples who beat each other up every day. No one harbored any genuine hatred in their hearts.

The Elders’ constant beatings were a deliberate way of testing the disciples’ limits and motivating them to improve... although they really did enjoy giving them a good beating from time to time.

While everyone drank and laughed, one of the Central Elders spoke in a teasing tone. "Priam, how can you be so slippery? The Elder already said she’d fight you using only one hand, and you still don’t dare accept? Are you even a man?"

Priam was speechless. This kind of provocation was unbelievably childish. If he was still forbidden from using his main power, would it really make any difference whether she used one hand or two?

Before Priam could respond, Suien puffed out her chest. Her face flushed from drinking, her eyes shining with pride as she stared at the Central Elder and retorted with almost blind devotion.

"My big brother is an invincible hero! He doesn’t fight on a whim, much less for petty reasons! When this woman says she’ll fight him with just one hand, she’s clearly deluding herself and looking down on him. My brother is the greatest talent of this entire era, someone who dominates and crushes everyone of his generation throughout the whole world! Does this old woman really think she’s on his level? For him, the four of us teaming up to knock her out wasn’t about glory at all... he only did it to teach us a lesson!"

Priam covered his face with one hand and sighed heavily inwardly. Now he was absolutely certain: his little sister—or rather, both of the twins—saw him as an almost divine being. In their minds, it was an indisputable truth that Priam stood on a level completely beyond anyone else’s reach.

"Haha, exactly! Priam doesn’t need to prove anything. As for the three of us, we don’t need you to go easy on us. We can defeat any of you through sheer brute force!" Aella burst into loud laughter, downing her drink.

Priam and Suien’s expressions changed instantly.

’Is this girl an idiot?!’ Priam thought in disbelief.

Suien had just put an end to the subject, and now Aella had to come out with something like that? Wasn’t she practically begging to get beaten up?

Aella’s mother burst out laughing when she noticed Priam and Suien’s reactions.

"Haha, don’t look so shocked! This is the true spirit of the men and women of our sect. Come on! Today, I’ll give you three some valuable ’pointers.’ Let’s treat this as a friendly exchange of experience right in front of this old woman!"

"Take it easy, take it easy! Let’s drink first!" Priam hurriedly interjected, trying to contain the disaster. "The four of us still haven’t fully recovered from the past few days, and we can’t fight at full strength. There’s no point in fighting like this! It’s much better to drink first... we can think about fighting again in a few days!"

The Central Elders considered his words and nodded in agreement.

Meanwhile, Priam shot Aella and Barak a genuinely murderous glare, silencing them before either could say anything else stupid.

Three months passed slowly.

During this time, Suien and Priam reaped extraordinary rewards, devoting themselves entirely to studying everything the sect had to offer.

They weren’t beaten up again during this period. Unlike the other disciples, Priam and Suien weren’t masochists who enjoyed getting beaten for no reason.

Whenever a Central Elder approached with suspicious intentions, the siblings would swiftly flee as fast as they could, seeking refuge with the old woman.

After a few such incidents, the old woman actually wanted to refuse to protect them. After all, disciples needed to get beaten up to improve. But after witnessing Priam and Suien’s explosive progress and constant growth without the need for conventional beatings, she finally accepted that the two were genuine anomalies. They couldn’t be measured by the same standards as everyone else.

And so, one fine day...

A massive flying ship appeared on the horizon, hovering extremely close to the planet. The vessel radiated an overwhelming pressure, as if it were ready to fight a battle to the death. It was practically a veiled declaration of war.

The expressions of several Elders changed instantly.

One of them roared coldly, his voice reverberating through space. "Who dares to act so arrogantly in front of the Heavenly Elemental Body Sect?!"

The Elder firmly gripped an emergency emblem. The moment it was destroyed, the entire sect would enter its highest state of emergency, and all the killing formations would be activated.

Priam and Suien were surprised. They silently stared at the colossal Flying Ship hovering in the air, wondering what the hell was going on.

The Heavenly Elemental Body Sect was one of the most formidable forces in the entire world. How could there be lunatics audacious enough to act like this?

The Flying Ship’s doors opened, and a long staircase of light descended. A middle-aged man calmly emerged.

Behind him followed a dozen young disciples. There were both men and women, all dressed in radiant yellowish robes adorned with multicolored symbols on their chests.

The auras of these foreign disciples were noticeably weaker than those of the sect’s Sages, yet they seemed to blend perfectly with heaven and earth. Each of them held a gleaming staff, with countless thumb-sized crystals embedded in the tips of their weapons.

Priam and Suien narrowed their eyes when they recognized the detail. Those crystals in the staffs were cores from Primordial Chaos Beasts, compressed using incredibly advanced spatial techniques.

"It’s the All-Magic Apex Sect!"

The Elders identified the visitors’ origins from their robes and narrowed their eyes threateningly.

"Your precious guests have arrived, so why are you still standing there like statues? The Heavenly Elemental Body Sect is truly declining with each passing generation," the middle-aged man said, shaking his head with barely concealed disdain.

His voice echoed through space, booming across the entire planet.

Priam remained beside Suien, still puzzled by how the scene was unfolding. Suddenly, the matriarch’s voice rang directly in his mind, extremely grave and serious.

’Priam, destroy him with your words! Crush those bastards completely!’
