Heir of Synthesis: The World Mage

Chapter 453: Experienced Voice

After everything had been settled, the Sect Master dismissed everyone present. Priam calmly returned to his faction’s residence, accompanied by the twins and everyone else.

As soon as they arrived, Priam turned to the twins and spoke slowly.

"Give everyone a day off. After that, I’ll quickly level them up to their limit."

Meien asked in confusion, "What about everyone’s points? Can they spend them however they want?"

Priam snorted. "Points? In my faction, nobody needs to worry about points. Tell them to do whatever they want. But whenever they want something from the sect, all they have to do is call over the Elder in charge and say my name. As you heard earlier, I’m the sect’s Chief Disciple, and I don’t have to pay for anything. My people enjoy the same privilege."

Upon hearing that, the twins’ eyes widened.

Was he seriously saying that they had a free pass to obtain absolutely everything without paying a single point?

"I took you all to that battlefield for two reasons. First, to test those soldiers and the two of you. Second, to lure those bastards out. In the end, everything worked out. I’m genuinely proud of you. The soldiers you recruited are just inexperienced, but they’ll soon catch up with the others."

Hearing this, the two trembled slightly before breaking into huge smiles.

Priam saw their beautiful smiles and felt warmth spread through his chest. He soon said goodbye to them and headed toward his main building.

Upon entering and reaching his room, he saw Dandara sitting on the bed with her eyes closed, completely focused. A formless, refined aura circulated around her.

’Hmm... her mental and spiritual state has reached perfection. It shouldn’t be long before she breaks through.’

Noticing that she had touched the Nirvana state, Priam silently nodded and closed the door. He quickly headed to the kitchen and began preparing a magnificent meal.

During that time, Priam calmly reflected on life. He had genuinely developed a taste for cooking. Whenever he devoted himself to it, he enjoyed a peaceful moment when he wasn’t training or running around like a madman, constantly flirting with danger.

’Mirra... I hope you’re doing well...’

He thought of his little girl. The deadline that master had given her to return had long since passed. However, that influential figure had connections within the sect and could send him any information, including news of her return.

Priam didn’t believe anything bad had happened to Mirra. According to the latest news he had received, she seemed to be growing stronger and stronger. Perhaps she was focused on becoming more powerful and was taking a little longer to return.

To figures at that master’s level, ten years and a hundred years were practically the same thing. Therefore, the extra time she had spent away didn’t make him dwell on it too much.

Priam took his time preparing everything for nearly an hour. Then, he calmly began arranging the dishes and food on the living room table.

As soon as he finished, an irresistible aroma filled the entire house.

*Crack*

Suddenly, Priam heard a muffled sound echoing from the back of the house.

He chuckled softly, then heard the creak of a door opening.

Dandara shot forward like a bolt of lightning and, upon seeing him standing there, happily leaped into his arms.

She had finally reached the Philosopher Sage realm.

"Let’s eat. I prepared a feast for you."

Dandara’s eyes lit up. She laughed excitedly, and the two sat down at the table.

After the meal, Dandara didn’t want to waste any time and dragged Priam into the bedroom. Then, the two shared a long, passionate moment together.

Both Priam and Dandara seemed addicted to this new stage of their relationship, savoring every second as they explored everything they desired and could imagine.

A day later, Priam took all the rookie soldiers into his secret world, having them control new celestial bodies.

After everyone had finally reached Level 2, an unexpected visitor arrived at the faction that same day.

"MOM!"

Suddenly, a shout rang out, and Inigo came sprinting over.

Priam turned around and saw Mishnar standing there in front of his faction’s residence.

Within minutes, Inigo quickly led Mishnar over to Priam and Dandara, who watched the scene in surprise.

He smiled excitedly. "My mom did it! Her test to finally enter the inner sect took place shortly after the disciples’ tests. She finally earned the title of inner sect disciple!"

Priam heard this and nodded. Mishnar was several thousand years old and an incredibly well-known figure throughout the outer sect. To most people, by that age, the fire of youth would have already faded, and the pace of any advancement would have become terribly slow.

But she had never given up, devoting herself completely to achieving that goal.

Now, she was no longer an 11th Branch Leader, but merely an ordinary inner sect disciple.

She still had a long way to go before matching her husband, who was an inner Elder. Since she was here, she clearly wanted to continue on her path.

Even though she could have had everything simply by becoming a wife, she wasn’t the kind of woman who would settle for that. She wouldn’t accept being protected by her husband’s position. She had poured her blood, sweat, and tears into advancing through her own efforts.

Even if it was slow. Even if it took a long time. Even if her youth had passed. Even if nobody believed in her, she kept moving forward, one step at a time, toward her goal.

Priam couldn’t help but sigh in admiration.

"My mom left the 11th Branch to someone else. So..." Inigo hesitated mid-sentence.

However, Priam finished without the slightest hesitation.

"Great. If she wants to stay with us, she’s more than welcome. Having an experienced voice around is always a good thing." He turned to Dandara. "Take care of her. If she wants to, she could easily become our seventh General in the future."

Hearing those words, Mishnar swallowed hard, and her heart began racing.

She couldn’t manage to utter a single word. It felt truly strange to become the subordinate of a disciple she herself had once commanded in her branch.

But... whether it was because of his power or his current status, she truly ought to thank the heavens for this opportunity. In just a few years, Priam and his army had shattered every established paradigm of logic. There was no way she wouldn’t want something like that. Now, hearing that he had already approved her becoming a General in the future, her excitement and determination reignited at full force.

...

A few days later, Mishnar initially integrated herself into the ranks as an ordinary soldier alongside the rookies. Then, they were given the Paragon Arts to choose from and study.

Once everyone had found a technique compatible with them, Priam gathered them all to undergo the tribulation.

Everyone’s bodies were nourished to their limits, taking advantage of the world’s laws to level up at an accelerated pace. In addition, Priam absorbed a large portion of the generated lightning, further nourishing his own power.

The cycle repeated itself: everyone was nourished and leveled up nonstop.

Throughout the process, Priam continuously accumulated points in the system, but he stopped increasing his system assimilation level. It was a clear message from the system that simply farming points passively like that wasn’t going to cut it.

While Priam and Dandara worked on the rookies’ evolution, the older soldiers in his troops began breaking through their Ranks one after another.

Two months later, the last group that had been away on a mission finally returned.

Everyone was in perfect condition and overflowing with determination to break through their Ranks.

By the fourth month, all three thousand of Priam’s new soldiers had reached Level 9 as Enlightened Sages. As for the older soldiers, it wouldn’t be long before they all broke through to the next Rank.

With that, the gap between the two troops had narrowed drastically. All the rookies had to do was advance to the next Rank to match the veterans in raw power. To achieve this, they would soon be sent on official sect missions, while the veterans would remain behind to train and improve other areas.

Another two months passed. Priam was inside his secret world, excitedly observing the drastic changes in the environment.

There were now more than fifteen habitable planets, all teeming with life. It was all thanks to the Pristine Wild-Spirits, which had begun spreading across the rocky planets under Priam’s control, invoking the Miracle of Life upon them.

Taking advantage of the acceleration provided by the secret world, the planets were undergoing complete transformations in an incredibly short time.

Priam calculated that he had already gathered 99% of what he needed to reach the next Rank. There was very, very little left.

As soon as he left the secret world...

"?"

Priam felt a message arrive on his emblem.

It was an emergency summons of the highest priority. He had to attend a meeting immediately.

He gave a slight snort and set off.

Using the sect’s teleportation inscriptions, he reached a grand and luxurious hall in less than a minute.

Upon entering, he saw all the Central Elders and the Sect Master seated in the elevated seats.

Beside the Sect Master were two prominent empty chairs. One belonged to Priam; the other belonged to the Grand Elder, who was absent.

Over the past few months, the sect had conducted the entire investigation rigorously. The memories extracted from the old woman, Zenipha, had proven that the Grand Elder had neither directly assisted her nor known the details of her schemes. Her guilt was limited to protecting her and passively intimidating others.

As a result, the Grand Elder had been sentenced to ten thousand years of banishment from the inner sect. During that period, she would have to lead the bloodiest battles against the Sorcerers on the front lines, defending and conquering territories.

As for the leaders of the two Sacred Families and old Zenipha... all the atrocities they had committed over the years came to light. The only applicable punishment was public execution, accompanied by devastating financial and territorial sanctions against both families.

Back in the present, Priam walked over calmly and settled into his chair to the Sect Master’s right.

"An esteemed visitor is coming to our sect and will arrive shortly," the Sect Master murmured.

Priam silently nodded, lost in thought.

"You may not know this, but our Ironweald Sect has a crucial ally in the northern region. One of the three greatest sects there shares the same hidden origin as ours: the Sovereign Goddess."

Upon hearing this, Priam’s eyes widened in utter surprise.

The Sect Master smiled faintly. "As I mentioned, this connection is kept strictly confidential. Only the top leadership of both sects knows about it. That’s why we’ve always maintained a deep friendship in the name of the Sacred Goddess, even though our relationship remains hidden from the public. They’re called the Heavenly Elemental Body Sect."

Upon hearing that name, Priam felt a strange shiver run down his spine. A chilling, ominous premonition warned him that he was forgetting a crucial detail.

At that very millisecond, the space in the center of the hall warped.

Within a second, a tall male figure with an imposing presence emerged from the spatial rift.

"Welcome, Elder Lione," the Sect Master’s calm voice rang out.

As Priam looked at the newcomer, all his senses went on high alert. He detected something strangely familiar and peculiar emanating from the man.

Elder Lione’s red eyes immediately swept across the room.

Then they locked directly onto Priam.

"So you’re this Priam I’ve heard about?!" he bellowed in a deep, thunderous voice as a devastating aura erupted around him.

White lightning snaked across his body, making the atmosphere in the hall unbearably tense. Several Central Elders shot to their feet in shock.

Priam held his gaze and nodded calmly. "That’s my name."

The Elder snorted in utter contempt. "Excellent! According to the laws of my sect, you deserve to die!"
