Harem Startup : The Demon Billionaire is on Vacation
Chapter 1132: Let’s Have Fun, Little Greed
Chapter 1132 – Let’s Have Fun, Little Greed
Cyrinne’s eyes sharpened.
Lux’s mind, unfortunately, decided to notice that the demoness was beautiful.
Not "attractive" beautiful.
That was too small.
She was the kind of beautiful that made architecture embarrassed. A face cut from ancient divinity and infernal ruin. Lips made for secrets, threats, and terrible agreements. A body wrapped in shadows that revealed just enough to make imagination commit tax fraud. She moved like someone who knew desire was older than language and had personally corrected the first draft.
Lux swallowed once.
The demoness stopped in front of him, close enough that her scent wrapped around his throat.
"Anyway~" Her voice slid lower, playful and dark. "Let’s have fun, Little Greed."
Cyrinne made a tiny sound behind him.
Not jealousy.
More like ’This situation has become legally fascinating’.
Lux smiled.
A very specific smile.
The kind that got him into trouble, out of trouble, then into better-dressed trouble.
"Here?" He looked around Cyrinne’s ruined salon, then back at the demoness. "I can’t."
Her brow lifted.
Cyrinne’s eyes moved to him sharply, clearly unsure whether he had chosen diplomacy or suicide.
Lux spread one hand. "I’m here illegally."
The demoness blinked.
Lux continued, perfectly serious. "The king should never find out I was here. This room is already compromised, your entrance was dramatic, Cyrinne’s mirrors are traumatized, and I refuse to get caught because I made poor location decisions during a... private negotiation."
Cyrinne stared at him.
"You are unbelievable," she whispered.
Lux ignored her, eyes still on the demoness.
Then his smile turned naughty.
Dangerously naughty.
The kind of smile that made sensible women suspicious and unreasonable women interested.
"We should have fun somewhere else."
The demoness’s eyes narrowed with pleasure. "Oh?"
"Somewhere cleaner."
Her lips curved. "Private?"
Lux’s smile deepened. "Preferably."
Cyrinne pinched the bridge of her nose. "You are negotiating an intimate meeting like a venue rental."
"I am selecting a secure location."
The demoness laughed.
This laugh was different from the one she used with Kaelmor. Warmer. Darker. Full of lazy appetite. She reached up and traced one nail lightly along Lux’s collar, not touching skin, just following the line of fabric. "Oh, good idea."
Lux held her gaze.
Careful now.
Desire was easy. Ancient demoness desire was practically a natural disaster with pretty lips. But Lux had learned the hard way that a yes spoken under hunger, debt, shock, or survival was not always a yes worth accepting. And this woman had been awake for less than an hour after centuries in a coffin.
He could flirt, delay or redirect.
But he would not treat her freedom like a payment voucher.
The demoness saw something in his face.
Her smile slowed.
"Interesting," she murmured.
"What?"
"You want me."
Lux did not deny it.
That would have been insulting to both of them and also obviously false. "Yes."
"But you are thinking."
"Unfortunately."
"About risk? About the king? About whether I am too newly awakened to know what I want?"
Lux’s expression flickered.
Cyrinne’s eyebrows rose.
The demoness smiled wider, but this time there was something sharper beneath it. Not anger. Recognition.
"I am old, Little Greed. Not fragile."
"I didn’t say fragile."
"No," she murmured. "You said nothing. That was why I heard it."
Lux exhaled slowly.
The demoness stepped back half a pace, giving him room as if amused by his restraint. "Oh right. I haven’t introduced myself."
She lifted her chin. "Lilith."
The name struck the air like a bell with teeth.
The mirrors flickered.
Cyrinne went pale.
Lux’s smile faded by an inch.
Lilith.
Not just legendary demoness.
Not just ancient power Kaelmor had hidden under royal seals.
The name carried weight older than modern Hell’s houses. Older than the polished hierarchy of Sin Lords. Older than Kaelmor’s crown, Zavros’s ledgers, even the clean definitions of Greed and Lust as courts with borders and tax categories.
Lilith watched their faces with sleepy satisfaction.
Then she added, lightly, as if discussing previous employment, "I was once a goddess of the Light Realm."
Cyrinne stopped breathing.
Lux’s mind went blank.
Only for a second.
Then returned with too many invoices.
Lilith smiled. "I was sent here to bring civilization to Hell."
Lux stared at her for one long second. Then his brows lifted slightly. "And you made it."
Lilith’s smile softened, but not in a gentle way. More like a queen remembering a kingdom that once entertained her.
"Yes," she said. "I made it."
The words should have sounded proud.
They didn’t.
They sounded bored.
Anciently bored.
Lilith turned her gaze toward the cracked mirror beside them, watching her own reflection ripple across the damaged glass. For a moment, the red in her eyes dimmed, revealing something older beneath it. Not sadness. Not regret. Those were mortal words, too small and too sentimental for the weight sitting behind her lashes.
"I gave them names," she murmured. "Rules. Roads. Bargains. Manners. Desire with purpose. Greed with structure. Violence with consequence." Her mouth curved. "Civilization."
Lux listened quietly.
Cyrinne did too.
Even her ruined salon seemed to hold its breath.
Lilith’s fingers trailed along the mirror’s edge. "And then they repeated everything. Again and again. Kings rose. Kings lied. Houses fought. Lovers betrayed. Demons worshiped power, then complained when power devoured them."
She turned back to Lux. "So I grew bored."
Lux blinked. "So you slept?"
"Yes. But I suppose..." Her gaze returned to Lux, slow and molten. "It is time to wake up."
She stepped closer.
Lux did not move.
He should have.
Any intelligent man would have stepped back when an ancient former goddess looked at him like that, with red eyes full of hunger, amusement, and the kind of curiosity that ruined dynasties before lunch.
Lux, naturally, remained where he was.
Lilith lifted one hand and brushed two fingers against his chest, just above his heart. The touch was light. Barely there. Yet Lux felt it through his whole body, dark and warm, like her nail had traced directly over his Greed.
"First," she whispered, "Hell is chaos again."
Her fingers slid upward, slow enough to be a threat.
"And then..."
She leaned closer, lips near his ear.
"I found something interesting."
Lux’s breath caught once.
Lilith smiled against the space beside his jaw.
"This little Greed..."
