This kind of power that makes them nearly 75 times stronger than a normal high god also made them full of anticipation for the future.

They agreed with him and began to execute the plan. Their true body remained in the Mindscape, while the virtual body went to find the god of knowledge and the god of walkers to use the Virus ultimate ability on them and enslave them.

After they have enslaved these two gods, they will try to enslave all the gods in existence. They have their eyes on the god of merchants, the god of history, and the god of travelers in particular, but they will take any god that they can find.

After they are done becoming gods in the remaining six pathways that are in their possession, they will use a god of killing to bait the god of guardians. At the rate at which they are fusing with the authorities in their possession, the day that will come after the god of guardians will be very soon.

On the other side, the god of fate was working together with the god of travelers and the god of history to find the god of luck. They were in the middle of this when the god of fate sensed something ominous.

At the moment that Legion decided to enslave every god in existence, she felt her fate dim like the dying flame of a candle in the wind.

This made her curse inwardly and say, “Cursed that god of telepathy. Didn’t I do everything to stay out of his way? Why is he still coming after me?”

Then she thought to herself in panic, “Should I run now. If I run now, I might be able to escape. But where will I escape to, and how can I make sure that he won’t be able to find me?”

The more she thought about the problem that she was facing, the more helpless she realized that she was. So she decided not to keep the information to herself.

She said to the god of travelers and the god of history, “You should forget about getting the god of knowledge and the god of walkers because the god of travelers is on his way to get them right now.”

Her words angered the god of history. He raised his voice as he asked her, “What does he want them for? Has he not killed enough?”

The god of travelers was still calm as he said, “This doesn’t make sense. They don’t belong to any of the pathways that he needs. Does he just want to kill them for killing’s sake? If he doesn’t have a greater purpose for killing them, I think we can negotiate with him to buy their lives.”

The god of fate smiled and said, “In any other situation, that might be a good idea. But in this case, it is a very bad idea to try and negotiate with the god of telepathy.”

The god of history frowned and asked, “Why is it such a bad idea? Why wouldn’t he want to get some useful benefits in exchange for the lives of some gods that he doesn’t need?”

The god of fate chuckled as he replied, “You think it is a good idea to negotiate because you don’t know that the god of telepathy wants to enslave them.”

Then she smiled at them as she asked, “Now that you know, is it a good idea to negotiate with him for the god of knowledge and the god of walkers? Do you have something more valuable than two high god slaves?”

Her words were like a bucket of ice-cold water poured onto their heads. It sobered them up and made them shiver.

The god of history, in particular, was very agitated by the thought that gods could be enslaved. He hissed and said, “He must be stopped. The enslavement of gods cannot be allowed to happen.”

His words made the god of fate sneer at him and say, “Stop with what? You’re currently too weak to stop him. You might not even be able to avoid being enslaved, so you can forget about stopping him.”

The god of travelers also felt a chill when he heard of the possibility of gods being enslaved. But aside from fear, he was also confused about something else.

So he asked them, “Wasn’t the authority of slavery with the god of nobles just recently? Hasn’t anyone been able to become the god of slavery because it is so dangerous? How did he achieve something the god of slavery didn’t dare to do and become the god of slavery? And how did he become the god of slavery so soon?”
