Chapter 534: Chapter 362: Fierce Battle Underground, Cyborg

His height shot up to nearly three meters. He radiated a cold, metallic aura and the thick stench of blood. His eyes turned into two crimson points of light, locked dead on Wu Liangchen.

"I’m going to tear you to pieces!" A synthesized, mechanical voice emanated from Schiller’s twisted throat, filled with bloodthirsty cruelty.

His massive hydraulic pincers snapped shut with a deafening clang, as if they could crush the very air. Their sharp edges emanated a terrifying sense of power.

Wu Liangchen’s heart skipped a beat. He hadn’t expected Schiller to be hiding an ace like this. This semi-mechanical transformation was clearly no simple modification; it was more like some kind of forbidden technique that combined Magic with machinery. The modified Schiller’s strength and defense had both been boosted exponentially.

But Wu Liangchen didn’t flinch. He charged forward without hesitation.

BOOM!

Seeing Wu Liangchen charge, Schiller swung his enormous hydraulic pincers with enough force to easily crush an armored vehicle.

Wu Liangchen’s figure blurred. He slipped away like an eel, dodging the fatal blow.

The hydraulic pincers clamped down hard on a metal support beam behind Wu Liangchen.

The thick metal beam was as fragile as a cracker before the pincers. It was instantly severed with a grating shriek that set one’s teeth on edge.

Wu Liangchen seized the opportunity to close the distance, smashing a crushing fist into Schiller’s chest. That was the junction where new mechanical structures met what was left of his flesh—perhaps a weak point.

THUD!

A dull thud echoed. Wu Liangchen felt as if his fist had struck an indestructible alloy. A massive shockwave traveled back up his arm, making it tingle.

Schiller merely staggered. A shallow dent appeared on the alloy plate on his chest, but he had taken no real damage.

"Useless! My body has undergone the most perfect modification! You can’t hurt me at all!" Schiller laughed maniacally as his other hydraulic pincer crashed down on Wu Liangchen’s head with immense force.

Wu Liangchen retreated rapidly, avoiding the heavy strike. He realized Schiller’s modified defense was even more terrifying than he had anticipated. It seemed that pure-force attacks were proving ineffective.

’This isn’t working. I have to change my strategy!’

Wu Liangchen’s gaze sharpened. He stopped trying to meet force with force and instead used his agile Body Technique to weave around Schiller’s massive mechanical frame.

BANG! BANG! BANG!

Although Schiller’s cumbersome body possessed astonishing power, it was far inferior to Wu Liangchen in speed and agility. His pincers missed again and again, smashing the surrounding floor, walls, and metal equipment to pieces with deafening roars.

Wu Liangchen searched for an opening on Schiller’s body.

His strikes were no longer simple smashes. He now used skillful force, precisely landing blows on Schiller’s joints, connections, and areas that didn’t seem to be covered in pure alloy.

CRACK!

A cunning elbow strike smashed hard into the joint connecting Schiller’s left hydraulic pincer. A harsh, metallic grinding sound erupted, and the joint’s movement seemed to stutter for a moment.

Schiller roared, snapping his pincers open in an attempt to crush Wu Liangchen between them.

The moment his strike landed, Wu Liangchen’s body abruptly accelerated, shooting toward Schiller’s head like an arrow from a bow.

Although Schiller’s head was also covered in a layer of metal, it was his core control center and thus relatively less defended.

"Die!" Wu Liangchen snarled. All the Qi and Blood in his body converged as a brilliant golden light flared around his right fist. It tore through the air with a piercing whistle as he slammed it toward Schiller’s mechanized head!

Schiller also seemed to know his head was a weak point. He ducked his head down sharply while crossing his arms, trying to shield it with his enormous hydraulic pincers.

A tremendous BOOM.

Wu Liangchen’s fist landed squarely on Schiller’s crossed pincers!

A terrifying force erupted! Wu Liangchen felt as if his fist was about to shatter, but his body, honed to a superhuman degree, demonstrated astonishing resilience under the extreme pressure.

Schiller was thrown backward by the force, his pincers letting out a tortured CREAK under the strain.

’Now’s my chance!’

Wu Liangchen seized the fleeting opportunity. Sticking to Schiller’s retreating form like a shadow, he brought the fingers of his left hand together into a blade. Infused with immense energy, he viciously thrust it toward the junction point on Schiller’s chest he had attacked before!

SHLIIICK—!

This time, it wasn’t a dull thud, but a sickening mix of tearing flesh and grinding metal.

Wu Liangchen’s hand had actually sliced straight through the alloy plate and into Schiller’s chest!

"AARGH—!" Schiller let out a blood-curdling scream, his synthesized voice becoming distorted and shrill.

Inside, Wu Liangchen’s hand could feel a complex tangle of machinery and warm flesh.

He didn’t hesitate for a second. An explosive burst of energy erupted from his hand, wreaking havoc inside Schiller’s chest!

A powerful surge of energy burst from within Schiller’s body, accompanied by the sharp crack of breaking metal and the pop of rupturing hydraulic lines. His mechanized body went rigid, and the crimson light in his eyes began to flicker and dim.

"You... you can’t..." Schiller stammered, his massive body beginning to twitch uncontrollably.

Wu Liangchen pulled his hand out, bringing with it a spray of mixed oil and blood.

Like an out-of-control robot, Schiller’s massive mechanical body swayed a few times before crashing to the ground, kicking up a cloud of dust.

The crimson points of light in his eyes extinguished completely, and he went still.
