The couples heard the questions. They were not surprised. There is a vast land on the other side of the sea. The land has similar large nations with cities and forbidden areas.

There are unexplored areas with magical monsters living in them. Each month the ships carry passengers across the sea.

“Lord, we can help with that. We have contact with someone who runs the shipping company. We can get you tickets free of cost,” the middle-aged man said.

Hearing that, I thanked them. I felt relieved.

Then I started traveling along with this group. On the way, they asked about my background.

But I told them that I couldn’t tell, but it was a powerful background. The middle-aged couple were from wizard families.

So they knew what to ask and what not to. But they were clear about one thing. They knew the masked man was a strong Magic Lord who had defeated the old man earlier.

The group reached the Border City of the Blue Pearl Country. The city has a beautiful name called Blue Falls. As the name suggests, the city has a beautiful waterfall.

When we got closer, the city walls came into view. Like any other city, this border city had city walls.

The other side of the city had a seashore and ports. This border city is called the Port City. The middle-aged couple took me to their family.

Their family is called the Patrick Wizard Family. The middle-aged man is Sam Patrick. The middle-aged woman’s name is Carla.

When I reached their place, I found it was a small estate. But it was surrounded by a large green field.

I entered the mansion. The couple showed me around the place. The couple have two children. They are studying in the wizard academy in the city.

In the end, they showed me my room. The couple were kind. I requested a couple of books from them to read. I wanted to know about the coastal nation and the place across the seas.

The couple were surprised. They came to some understanding that the masked man is taking on some mission. So they decided to help with whatever they could.

“Lord, there is one more thing. You have to be careful of the killers. They could be targeting you if you leave the estate,” the man said.

Hearing that, I looked at him and asked, “What’s their organization’s name?”

“Their organization is called the Sky Water Tower. Their base is located in one of the coastal nations. But their headquarter is located in a secret place,” the man said.

“Okay, I understand. I will take care of myself,” I assured them.

The couple then left. I entered the room and closed the door. I used the system to probe the place. The place was good.

There was no danger here. Then I went to the bath to refresh myself. The bath lasted for 20 minutes. Then I walked out and changed into comfortable clothes, but I continued to wear the mask.

It didn’t take long for the butler to come. He brought the device and books with him. I accepted the materials.

The butler then left. Then I placed the books on the table before picking up the device. The device was already on. There was footage, and you could watch live streaming of the news.

The people from the Sky Water Tower were taking the injured elder to their nearest base, because the elder needed immediate treatment.

Soon, they reached the nearest base. They brought the elder to the room. Then they contacted their headquarters.

When the higher-ups learned the news, they were shocked to the core. They didn’t expect their mission to have failed.

Not only had the mission failed, but their elder had gotten injured instead. The higher-ups wanted the mission to be successful.

So they gave orders to kill the couple from the Patrick Wizard Family. Not only that, but they ordered to kill the masked man as well.

The Sky Water Tower dispatched another team. There are many bases located in the coastal nations.

Time passed.

In the Patrick family, Sam Patrick had a meeting with the elders and the family head. The family head is none other than Sam Patrick’s father.

The Family Head is called Tom Patrick. He appeared to be an old man in his sixties. They were all inside the meeting room.

Tom Patrick’s eyes filled with anger.

He said, “How dare they set a bounty on my son and daughter-in-law’s heads?”

Hearing that, the other elders were angry as well. The Sky Water Tower is an assassin organization. Its bases are found in all the coastal nations.

Till today, nobody knows about the true strength of the Sky Water Tower. That’s why the elders were hesitating.

If it were other forces in the Blue Pearl Country, then they would have acted. The Patrick Wizard Family has considerable strength.

“Elders, we should not rush to make any decisions. The killer organization has bases all over the country. Their true strength is unknown yet,” one of the elders said.

Hearing that, others started supporting the argument. Tom Patrick was the same. He was not going to take a rash decision.

He then shifted the topic. He looked at his son and asked, “Do you know about the masked man?”

“Father, I don’t know. I tried to ask, but the person seems to be on a mission. So I didn’t try to pry further,” Sam Patrick replied.

Hearing that, the others agreed.

Family Head Tom said, “You are right. If the person can do an instant cast to defeat the Magic Lord, then his background is not ordinary.”

“What’s his demand?” he asked.

Sam said, “He is looking for shipping transport. I promised him to get a ticket.”

Tom Patrick eased down his eyebrows. He didn’t find anything wrong with it. This can be done. When he asked the other elders, they agreed.

Nobody wants to offend a Magic Lord with an unknown background. Not only that, but the person saved the son of the Family Head. At least, they can do this favor.

Sam Patrick was happy. When the meeting ended, he went to meet the masked man and told him about the meeting results.

The Family Head had agreed to get a free ticket for travel in the ship.
