Genshin Impact : Eerie Teyvat
Chapter 551: Ch 551 : Betrayal among the clones?
With the power of the Abyss and the strength of the Foul Legacy’s Armor on his side, the two clones were no match for Su Yuan.
Within moments, they were overwhelmed—utterly defeated and lying motionless on the ground.
Su Yuan looked at the two clones who bore his exact face and couldn’t help but feel a strange sense of melancholy.
Having to kill people who looked exactly like himself... it was truly a peculiar feeling.
But no matter what, if he didn’t completely eliminate them, he probably wouldn’t be able to clear the twelfth floor.
So Su Yuan hardened his resolve, channeling the power of the Abyss to pierce straight through the heads of the two clones.
Blood splattered from their foreheads, and their bodies collapsed, completely still.
Afterward, Su Yuan turned his gaze toward the last one—the clone that had collapsed before the fight even began.
He walked over and said quietly,
"Not sure why you, my clone, fell over before the battle even started..."
"But just to be safe—better finish the job."
With that, he once again manipulated the power of the Abyss, driving it through the fallen clone’s head.
"There. That should mean I’ve cleared the floor, right?"
Su Yuan dispelled the Foul Legacy’s Armor, exhaled in relief, and glanced toward the exit gate.
But to his surprise, even though he had confirmed that all three clones were dead, the gate to the next area remained tightly shut—showing no sign of opening.
Could it be that the conditions for passing weren’t yet fulfilled?
Su Yuan stared at the three motionless clones lying in pools of blood, deep in thought.
Could it be that even in this state, they weren’t considered completely dead?
Did he need to destroy them entirely—turn them into minced flesh like Dottore’s segments—to truly finish them off?
As that thought crossed his mind, he prepared to move forward and pulverize their bodies further—but the next instant, something completely unexpected happened!
The three clones that had been lying motionless suddenly twitched—then, in a disturbingly unnatural motion, rose from the pools of blood.
Su Yuan’s eyes widened in shock.
What was happening?!
Could these clones revive themselves, like some kind of mechanical constructs?!
But soon, he realized something even worse—those three clones were now radiating the aura of Eerie power!
That discovery made Su Yuan’s stomach drop.
It wasn’t just that they had revived—they’d been corrupted by the Eerie forces!
Now, even with the strength of the Foul Legacy’s Armor and the Abyssal power, he was facing three Eerie-state versions of himself.
There was no longer any clear advantage.
"Seriously..." Su Yuan muttered with a grimace.
"The twelfth floor really lives up to its reputation. The difficulty’s insane..."
"Still, my own base strength isn’t that great. Even if they’re corrupted, they shouldn’t be that powerful... right?"
"Anyway, no more holding back. I’ll use everything I have!"
He summoned the Foul Legacy’s Armor once more, covering himself completely, and faced the three Eerie-state clones in tense silence.
Then—something utterly ridiculous happened.
The clone on the right began to sway unsteadily again... and with a dull thud, fell flat on the ground.
"Young bodies sure have it good," Su Yuan muttered.
"Just drop and sleep anytime, huh..."
Though he still had no idea why it kept collapsing, at least turning a 1v3 into a 1v2 was a blessing.
The remaining two Eerie clones unleashed waves of Eerie power, combining their strength to suppress Su Yuan’s movements.
He immediately felt as though a mountain had been strapped to his back—his body heavy, his motion sluggish.
But even under that crushing pressure, thanks to the Foul Legacy’s Armor and Abyssal energy, Su Yuan could still move—barely.
Su Yuan also felt somewhat relieved — thankfully, one of the clones always seemed to be the first to fall for some reason.
Otherwise, if all three of them had joined forces to suppress him, he probably wouldn’t have been able to move at all...
Since he could still fight, that meant there was still a chance to strike back!
So Su Yuan gathered all his remaining strength and charged toward his own clone!
Abyssal energy surged in his hands as he unleashed a powerful strike toward the two clones standing before him!
The two clones, facing Su Yuan’s attack, also summoned that Eerie power, condensing it into a barrier that clashed head-on with his assault!
Su Yuan’s Abyssal energy and the clones’ Eerie power continuously repelled and consumed each other — but to his despair, he realized his attacks couldn’t even break through their defense.
Even maintaining the deadlock was draining his strength fast...
"Figures... judging by how calm those two look, they’re not even fighting seriously yet, are they?"
Su Yuan sighed bitterly.
"Sigh... trying to 1v2 them really is too much..."
Just as he was falling into despair, something even more hopeless happened — the clone that had been lying motionless on the ground suddenly began to stir and slowly stood back up!
Su Yuan was speechless.
It had already been impossible to win a 1v2 fight — and now that it was back to 1v3, he couldn’t even see the faintest glimmer of victory...
He was still locked in a stalemate with the other two clones, and could only watch as the one that had just risen shakily gathered Eerie power in its hands and began to stagger toward him step by step...
Su Yuan couldn’t help but close his eyes, thinking, So this is where it all ends...?
But in the next instant, he felt no impact — no pain, no attack.
He opened his eyes in confusion — only to see the two clones he’d been clashing with lying on the ground, their heads completely shattered!
Su Yuan stared in disbelief.
What just happened?
Could it be that the clone who’d just stood up hadn’t gathered Eerie power to attack him... but to strike at the other two?
Why...? Could clones even turn on each other like this?
